Mamaison Hotel Andrássy Budapest

We stayed here for three nights in early September and had a wonderful stay. Rooms were ample, bed was comfortable, breakfast was abundant, location was exceptional (right next to Heroes Square and the subway), walking distance to many many things and lastly, the staff went above and beyond in providing five star service. This is a great choice if looking for a fairly priced hotel in Budapest.

No doubt a Great location and I think our experience of 5 days may have been better had we Booked another room but we're swayed by reviews and photos ! But we were disappointed our room was first floor from the open plan reception area So very noisy especially as People and groups chatted loudly, also around early breakfast times ! Outside noisy chatter too from all balconies above until late at night! The room was small and the coffee machine did not work but was replaced day 3 weeks were there 5 days so we just bought own coffee and used as a kettle, however they tried to charge us for All coffee pods used so be aware as we did not know or were told this!!! |We would stay again but only in another room! The staff were friendly and helpful!

Very nice and clean hotel in a beautiful green area full of old historical villas. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Close to the Heroes Square and the amazing city park with a castle. Kind, young staff told us about the nearby festivities so we could experience something fun and unique. The room was clean, quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We would come back here.

Amazing hotel and experience I really recommend it. Went on a honeymoon with my wife, they upgraded our room and added champagne. The service is exceptionally good, all the staff are very nice and attentive to all your needs. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The location was very good for us, just a minute from the metro which gets you everywhere. The prices were some of the best in all of Budapest.

Just returned from a 3 night stay and we were impressed by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is in an excellent position, close to the Metro and short walk from Heroes Square. On arrival our rooms were ready and we had been upgraded to large rooms with balconies. Abel was particularly helpful on reception and all staff were personable and service was excellent. The breakfast was included and one of the best, most varied breakfasts we have had in a hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

Wonderful stay! Rooms are spotless, staff is extremely attentive, and the breakfast is excellent with plenty of variety. Located in a quiet and elegant area, yet only about a 30-minute walk to the city center and Parliament. Perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

The hotel staff were super friendly and thoughtful. The location was great — really easy to get around by bus or metro, and it’s right on Andrassy Avenue, so walking around was super nice too. It felt safe and quiet, especially with the South Korean Embassy just across the street. The breakfast buffet was amazing — great quality and lots of options. Highly recommended!!
