Mamaison Residence Diana Warsaw

Room 307 was very large; good for 3 people . It was very clean. The beds were comfortable (not too soft). Very large towels. Well located; 30 minutes walk to the palace and tourist area. Staff were helpful and prompt to resolve small problem (missing one coffee cup - there were only 2 while we were 3 in the room)|Disliked · Getting there with a car is not easy even with a GPS as it is located on a pedestrian street. Better directions to get to the parking area would have been appreciated (you have to go through a very small opening on a wall to get to the area)

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. Staff was kind, breakfast OK, rooms clean. Surrounding streets were nicely busy in the evening. Lot of restaurants and places to go...

The only good thing about this hotel is its central location, right in the heart of Warsaw. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge disappointment. The room was extremely dirty – the furniture was dusty, the table hadn’t been cleaned, and the trash bin was in a disgusting state. The sofa had burn marks and visible stains, and overall everything looked neglected. There were no complimentary toiletries like shampoo, which is really shameful for a hotel of this level. While the bed linen and towels were clean, the rest of the room was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

the room wasnt bad (except plenty of mold in bathroom) but you can't pay in euros - thats a big problem. locaiton Is great, breakfast quite satisfying.

Huge rooms, fantastic location central to everything. Great customer service. Both Mamaison properties are amazing in Warsaw (Diana and La Regina). Only caveat, parking is tough.

Room was like a studio apartment, very very big, full of amenities except blow dryer and no water bottles in the room. There is a water dispenser near reception where you can fill your bottles. Location is superb- walking distance to everything you can think of. If you can manage to get under budget this hotel is best to choose.

The location is perfect, the room was very spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly and thoughtful. Their breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. They even have gluten-free bread if you ask for it ;) Can definitely recommend a stay.

The hotel is well located, a short walk from the train station and the old town. The location is also quiet as it is in a courtyard which means there is no street noise.||Our room was huge and came with a kitchenette and a "guest bathroom". There was also access to a laundry facility (you had to provide your own washing machine pods or buy them from reception) which we found to be very useful even at the very start of our holiday. The bed was comfortable and the room was dark enough at night to ensure a good night's sleep.||The only real disappointment was the breakfast. The first morning we went down to the restaurant for breakfast to be told that our rate didn't include breakfast (it did) but this was sorted out quickly. The breakfast options were very limited and on this first morning a lot of the food had flies sitting on it which meant we didn't eat much. The other morning we had breakfast at the hotel it was a little better with more options and a lot cleaner.||Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Warsaw. If the breakfast was better I would have given the hotel a 5.

Stay here. You might want to bring your own soap and conditioner Location: I wouldn't have picked anywhere else. So close to many restaurants where as other places in Warsaw is spread out. There's a bakery right outside that is very good and popular. It has a yellow sign Also many other restaurants along this street which is closed off to cars (almost like an alley)

Right at the check in we were upgraded to bigger room as a first time customers courtesy so that was a nice surprise right there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to use an iron and we got it 5 minutes later delivered in the room with ironing board. The room was clean and decorated in modern way. It had small kitchen area well equipped with cooking utensils but we did not use it. Sitting area with two couches and TV which was a little bit too small for today`s standards but it is not complain just a remark for hotel managers if they are reading this :) The room contained two bathrooms , one full, the other one only with toilet, which was very convenient. They have free laundry room and the stuff has detergent at the desk if you need it. We went for breakfast down by the hall and it was very good and had a variety of food to choose from. Breakfast is supplied by restaurant attached to the hotel ~Maka I Woda~ and is priced for 51 PLN per person which is around $15 per person. Then there is location. It is placed literally in the heart of old part of city, close to restaurants, bars and landmarks. Overall we had very good experience and excellence of service for this hotel speaks for itself. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Warsaw.

Phenomenal hotel. The service is exceptional and so willing to help answer any of your questions. The location is fabulous too. We were able to walk to so many major attractions. Also they had free parking which is great. There is a little arch with a sign that brings you right to the hotel entrance. Couldn't recommend it any more!! Stay here in Warsaw, you won't regret it.
