I went to the Queens location of Mamajuana, the vibes was great. Good music, food and atmosphere. Our waiter was Favio and let me tell you, he was excellent. He was pleasant, friendly and he made sure we were having a good time. I would definitely go back and hope to have him again as my waiter.

Google
The food was fantastic, the waitress was super friendly and courteous. However when checking in our party of 6 on a reservation we already had, I was refused for wearing a tank top with tan shorts, but you can let others in with loose T-shirts, Jersey's, sweat pants and muscle shirts, but I showed too much skin lol? There was really no explanation, just attitude from the front desk

Had a blast for my birthday! The food was awesome. The drinks were great. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and will return.

Food are perfectly flavored. Staff are great and the atmosphere is perfect for the setting. They also have outdoor seating. Be ready for loud music. There is a club attached to this restaurant but it does not open till 11pm when we were there. We did not get a chance to check out the club that evening.

All I can say is, this place is too good! A crazy mix of Latin and Asian cuisine. We got 2 sushi boats that a crazy flavor bomb… sushy topped with Maduro (plantain) or guacamole and pico de gallo! It sounds crazy but it tastes way too good, it is most definitely a place I’m coming back to! Came here for a birthday party and the staff was really friendly and helpful. They made sure everything went smoothly and supported us with creating a great dining experience. Also got a Meat Lovers platter, it was seasoned and cooked to perfection, and absolute beauty! Overall, the environment is amazing, staff is also amazing, food is also amazing, this establishment gets all my praises, and it is well deserved! Definitely recommend!

I’m just coming back here to give an actual feedback instead of just my 5 stars! I loved the energy of the whole staff (the DJ, servers, bartenders, the hostess, etc). The nonstop birthday singings and shoutouts was really fun to see! I appreciate their hard work to keep up the high level upbeat vibe of the place. It was such a remarkable experience. Food was SO DELICIOUS!!! The dominican sushi and mini chimi we got are so good! As well as their mojitos 🤤 I recommend putting in a reservation before coming in! The waitlist is long especially at night/dinner. It took more than an hour for us to get the table but it was worth the wait! I also recommend this because there’s not much to do in the area so you might end up waiting outside for an hour. So reservations seem like a must.

Google
Great food and atmosphere! Attended for mother's day; there was a prefixed menu which included appetizer, entrée, and dessert, per person. Enjoyed the music and vibe!

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a whim with no reservation (on a Sunday). Got here a little early without knowing and waiting for them to reopen post brunch. The bouncer let us wait inside due to the rain and we were seated relatively quickly. The drinks are strong and good! Dominican passion with Mamajuana, passion fruit and lime is delicious!!!! The food was amazing. For starters the mofonguitos were so savory and hearty! I would have happily ate it as a full plate. I tried the Latino sushi for my entree and it was delicious. A good fusion. The chuleta was a hugeeee portion - I was told it was good but a little dry. The mash potatoes were delicious! Vibe wise the music was great. DJ was on point. I would definitely come back for brunch or with a party.

Yelp
Dominican food in a brunch setting with unlimited mimosas.... Yes please! We were a large group and were seated promptly. We initially didn't like the table set up as it divided the group and the server tried his best to accommodate us. Is buffet style and you serve your self. They had an omelette station as well where you could order eggs and customize it to your liking. I went the traditional route with mangu, queso frito, salami, Moro de guandule y chivo. It was super tasty and delicious. The server came every few minutes to refill our drinks. We ordered a small hookah and definitely gave it a Dominican vibe to the brunch. Dj was awesome and interactive. Definitely recommend.

Yve J.

Yelp
Food and drinks were tasty and drinks had enough liquor, service and ambiance were great. Everyone is so friendly and the dj was playing great music.

Yelp
This place came with energy!! First night in NYC, my friends and I decided to check out a local eatery, MamaJuana. It's usually a wait if you have a group, but with our party of three, we were seated right away. The hostess and the security were very welcoming, and all the wait staff was attentive and helpful. We were greeted by a staff member who offered us a table hookah which we accepted. They didn't have many flavors, so we ended up choosing mint. The hookah lasted the entire experience, which I found very impressive. The DJ that night was dope playing Latin and Reggaeton hits all night. MamaJuana goes out of its way to celebrate birthdays. They bring a big sign that sparkles, and the staff sing while the DJ backs them up. For me, it didn't feel too distracting. But ok, time to talk about the food. The portions are pretty large, so my friend and I shared the Bandeja Paisa, which is assorted pork, beef, and fried egg, plantain, rice with a side of beans. It was delicious. My friend's wife got the Chuletas which are fried Pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes, which she also enjoyed. I tried the garlic mashed potatoes, and they were delicious. Overall it was a fun Friday night dinner environment folks enjoyed themselves. We went around 8:30, so the music wasn't too loud, but I can tell that place became a party later. It's pretty pricey but not too bad for the food on your plate. I almost forgot to talk about the cheesecake, and to be honest, that's because it was just ok. It was my minor favorite item of the meal. I recommend MamaJuana if you're looking for a fun night out with friends and some good food. Solid 4 out of 5

Jassery B.

Yelp
Food is always delicious the staff always hustles and it's a beautiful location I love coming here

Yeimi D.

Yelp
Mamajusna is always a vibe! Brunches are fun full of energy and great music. Is also buffet style! Everytjing on the menu is perfect and full of flavore. Staff are great, very friendly. They also have outdoor seating. There's a night club attached that opens after 11pm.

Yelp
The service here is extremely slow even when not crowded. The food: Mofongo trio is a must try. I very much so enjoyed. So filling and flavorful I really liked the empanada trio as well. I liked the guava and cheese and chicken ones. The tacos Burria were full of meat and well seasoned. Tasty. Not pictured: wings were fried crispy and well done. The mild does not have sauce. My niece requested Buffalo sauce on the side. It's just hot sauce. Good without the sauce though. Not my favorite: CAMARONES RELLENOS which is shrimp stuffed with crab meat cooked in chardonnay-lobster sauce. It wasn't horrible, but the flavors were not as great. I ordered it with the choral rice "Dominican fried rice." 3 people ordered this dish at my table and we all had the same thoughts. Recommendation is stick with meat not seafood I suppose.

Vee H.

Yelp
If you're looking for authentic Dominican food, great music, the perfect atmosphere and a lively environment Mamajuana's is the perfect place. You will be 100% satisfied with anything you order. We started with Empanadas stuffed with chicken and drizzled with a tasty cream sauce; my entree was the CAMARONES RELLENOS which is shrimp stuffed with crab meat, chardonnay-lobster butter sauce with asparagus chofan rice topped with manchego cheese, and I must say it was outstanding! We also ordered the SALMON a la PARRILLA (grilled atlantic salmon topped with coconut sauce, shrimp chofán rice, garlic spinach) and as I mentioned it was great! To compliment our meal we had a few cocktails of mojito with fresh mint and a sugar cane stick and a Cuba Libre (Dominican rum & coke) the drinks were defiantly on point. There are several locations in NY, so I highly recommend putting Mamajuanas on your must visit restaurant list.

Yelp
Really awesome place, I had Pargo rojo relleno de Masa de cangrejo. I can't wait to go back again.

Jackie S.

Yelp
I've visited in the past but they dropped the ball on my friend . It was their bday brunch which was planned and confirmed in enough time. However, another friend of ours was trying to get in contact with them and wouldn't get an answer. It wasn't until they got to the restaurant the day before the brunch they found out it was closed. They didn't get the call about them cancelling until the day before too. In the past they have been good but dang they did mess up on this one. It wasn't a small party too. I don't know when they will open back up.

Andrene W.

Yelp
Exceptional food, drinks and service. Thanks to manager Joseph Mendez for ensuring that I had an unforgettable evening.

Eva Z.

Yelp
The food was good. I had the chicken plate and rice with plátano. Everything was good. I didn't take a picture but there chicharrón de puerco was delicious.

El C.

Yelp

Ashlyn H.

Yelp
I actually really enjoyed the vibe here, this place is great for birthdays because the staff actually comes out with a big sign that has your name on it and wishes you happy birthday, while singing and playing music. Both the buffet and dinner style had a variety of food options to pick from that were equally tasty.

Julianna C.

Yelp
Arrived right when they opened and was seating right away, It was empty so my friend and I were looking forward to a peaceful seat .. which we got until more people started arriving, the host kept sitting people on top of us .. it was weird. Even the table next to us was questioning the seating. But everything else was really great, the waiter was fast and pleasant and the food was delicious This place has the best Latin inspired sushi and the happy hour is a deal! Buy one drink get one drink free until 7pm - drinks must be the same The hookah was also great and reasonable compared to other places I been to. Will definitely come back again

Sacheen V.

Yelp
Nice vibes. Great music. Food was good. Great portions. It was 9 of us. Celebrating a birthday for one of my girls. We also had hookah at the table. Drinks were pretty strong!!! Had a really good time here. We had a 2 hour time limit on our table which we got extended because it was late. We ended up closing the joint down!!! Manager was really sweet about letting us stay. Enjoyed ourselves. Should stop by and visit if you're even in the neighborhood and in the mood for some good Spanish comida!!

Justin R.

Yelp
Large dining room with plenty of seating, just your average dimly lit casual restaurant vibe. They do have a nice patio outside as well with plenty of tables. Service was ok, nice staff just very long wait times. The menu is creative and a fusion of multiple different Latin American cuisines which I thought was pretty cool. The food however was simply not up to par. The pork was incredibly dry and came as a giant hunk so you could barely cut it. The shredded beef just tasted like generic bbq meat you get pre cooked in the freezer aisle. I know this is a chain started by who is supposingly a pretty serious chef. I feel like it's likely this place was once good when it was a smaller single store operation but after they expanded the quality declined.

Sheila S.

Yelp
We went there for the first time for a birthday dinner tonight and I am so glad we tried mamajuana The place is lovely , excellent service and fabulous food ! Drinks also were delicious We even had mamajuana !

Dorothy S.

Yelp
Dear Oscar Why focus on my past reviews? I tell the truth and in todays society uf it's not to someones liking they get called a Karen? but i digress! your response as a business owner should have been sorry you had a bad experience pleas come give us another try or something to that effect. please focus on what I said I experienced. long wait time with a reservation and greasy food. hey maybe your chef or kitchen staff had a bad day?? Be well

Michael T.

Yelp
Perfect spot for Sunday brunch. Great food with brunch cocktails. They serve some great Dominican dishes as well as an omelette station.

Roxy A.

Yelp
I've been hearing about this place for a while now, so I've decided to check it out. Once you arrive the restaurant is really big & spacious. I've never been inside & this is my second time here on both occasions I opted for outdoor dining. But I'm pretty sure indoors is pretty too. Upon arrival Idk if there has been any type of crazy altercation in the past. But there are security bouncers checking IDs like it's a nightclub. Men are also patted down & purses/ bags are checked. So be prepared to show a form of ID or I'm pretty sure you won't be allowed in. So as far as safety precautions that's ensured. I didn't really see the servers wearing masks so if that's an issue for you then ‍. But let's talk about the food 5/5! I loved the Latin inspired sushi! Omg never in my day would I ever order sushi in a restaurant Bc I'm not a fan of raw meat. But the sushi here is really good! It has a latin twist topped with sweet plantains shrimp &/ or chicken tempura. No raw dragon eel stuff here ! Me & my pattner ordered the La Niña special w/ 2 specialty rolls- madurito made w/ chicken, bacon, cream cheese & sweet plantains. And the Mexicano roll. We also got empanadas which were also really good as our appetizers which was enough to fill us up as a full course meal. But for main entree I had the stuffed shrimp (camarones rellenos) & my bf had the grilled chicken dish (pechuga pollo) I believe. I didn't really care for his dish lol but he enjoyed it. I loved my entree but was too full to finish. The drinks here are also really good & not too strong. So I'd def recommend this place esp for a cute lil date night. They also serve hookah too! & the service wasn't bad either

Darren D.

Yelp
Wow this place was not what I was expecting. First off after making reservations we still had to wait 30 min and the place was empty! The bar has limited choices, the white sangria was orange and was gross! The apps were all deep fried and very great at and the pork was mostly fat!!! I had the skirt steak which was like a piece of leather and after trying 1 bite that I had to chew and chew I gave up! The yucca fries were so so greasy!!! I was a little hesitant when I saw men with security written on their shirts being the ones that ask if they could help you Lastly the DJ has the music turned up ridiculously loud that we had to yell at each other. Safe to say my first time was my last time.

Yelp
So a little preface: a few years ago when I was living in the Bronx, my friend and I went to the E. Tremont location after the restaurant we wanted to go had over an hour wait. A passerby suggested we go to Mamajuana, so we walked down the block and were seated outside (Pre-pandemic). We had THE WORST experience. The service was terrible, the food was cold. I even had to track down the waiter inside the restaurant when he went to charge our cards, and found him sitting at the bar chatting with people. He handed me the bill booklet over his shoulder with no apology . The only positive was leaving the restaurant. I left one of those "If I could give zero stars, I would" reviews here on Yelp and my friend called the restaurant and left a message about the horrible experience. So I moved back to Astoria (born and raised) last year. I pass by the Queens location time to time when I go to Woodside and wonder if they are the same quality or better. So two weekends ago, the same friend and I were craving latin food. It was kind of late and several restaurants were closing, so I saw Mamajuana was open late and had what we wanted. When we arrived, the bouncer said it was about an hour wait. But he went inside to see if there was seating at the bar and saved 2 seats for us. The place had a great atmosphere going in, beautiful decor that took me back to my childhood and going to Altos de Chavon in DR. We were greeted by the bartender immediately. I ordered the sancocho and my friend got the pernil with rice and beans. My sancocho was HUGE and came with a side of white rice and avocado. Her plate had what looked like half a pernil, we were shocked at the size of these servings! My sancocho was amazing and had me sweating lol. she loved her pernil and the rice and beans tasted like my mom's, so good. The entire time there was so fun, the bartender was great, the DJ was playing amazing music and the rest of the staff and other patrons were having a blast. We spoke to the manager to let her know we had a great time. It really was heads and shoulders above the other locations! I plan to do my birthday dinner here in a few weeks.

Cristina U.

Yelp
La comida es demasiado mala, realmente no es nada buena. El servicio deja mucho que desear, te dejan en la puerta esperando una mesa y la mitad del restaurante vacío, no entiendo eso. El ambiente música con volumen muy alto.

Eric M.

Yelp
This last experience was the worst. I've had bad experiences here before with horrible service, bad and cold food. I thought I give it another chance, boy was I wrong for going back. How do you paint all the bathroom doors and a busy Saturday? At least Paint half and then do the other half... As a business you are wrong for this.. I ruined my new pants going to this dump! Had zero empathy or care from the manager Evelyn and is why you deserve this score. Total useless, unprofessional and bad representation of this establishment.. When you're a customer celebrating your birthday, spending money on a party of 12 be a little more ethical and compassionate. Don't brush your customers off like you're better than them... Not even an apology or anything!! All she said "the sign is there; like f* you". Avoid this place at all cost, save yourself some grief. There are other better restaurants in the area. This experience ruined this for me...

Lesley P.

Yelp
Their food is pretty good. Unique and tasty. Their hookah is A+ different flavors, hits well etc.

Bianca M.

Yelp
I stopped here with my husband for appetizers and hookah. Hookah was good. Food was not so great. I could tell the kitchen cross contaminates when preparing the food. So be wary if you have allergies... Im allergic to shellfish:. & my allergies aren't that bad.. my throat and ears got super itchy when I just ordered chicken & French fries...

Precious P.

Yelp
Omg, I treated my cousin to brunch for her birthday and we had a blast. The food was really good. Not a lot of options but tasty. There were a mixture of food. They had white rice, rice and beans, lasagna, chicken, steak, ribs, steamed fish,, salad, etc. Very limited breakfast stuff but the food was gooood! LoL They had bottomless rum punch and mimosas. The waiters were not cheap at all with keeping the cups filled. They kept filling the glasses. The staff was super friendly, fun, helpful and amazing. Also, they have a dj playing only on Sundays. If you don't like Spanish music or food, than this isn't the place for you. I would totally go back again!

Kelly-Mae S.

Yelp
'A brunch a week will bring you the happiness you seek' -Kelly Mamajuana has one the best party brunches in Queens. I went with a couple of friends last Saturday and we all had a great time. Good food great music and awesome vibes. We had unlimited drinks and food for two hours. Near the end of our 2 hour block the manager came to our table to check in and give his thanks. Perfect place to hold a bday celebration, anniversary party, graduation party etc... The reviews are really mixed so I would suggest going in the earlier half of the day on the weekends! Pros Amazing price for two hour brunch Variety of food Great selection of music (Latin,Caribbean,AfroSoca and Hip-Hop) Indoor and outdoor seating Cons None really, if you don't like loud music don't come to brunch I guess. Four stars because I came for the drinks and a good time and they did not disappoint

Olivia R.

Yelp
Held a meet and greet for agents and the service was great, the food was delicious and the environment was phenomenal.

Emily P.

Yelp
I came here with some of my girls for my birthday and the whole vibe was AMAZING! The music is a bit loud but if you're looking for a spot to just listen to some good music, enjoy good food, and have a great time , COME HERE. The drinks were so good (strong but GOOOD). The food was also so delicious! They also do offer hookah with a variety of flavors. Watermelon is my favorite. There are also a lot of cute spots to take pictures :)

Francis S.

Yelp
Bendiciones..!!

Antonio P.

Yelp
Awesome service the food is amazing good music I celebrate my birthday day all the time and I love it

Brittney C.

Yelp
went on a Saturday late afternoon with my boyfriend and it was a cute vibe. We ordered hookah, 2 rounds of drinks (Dominican mule & guava margarita) empanadas, sushi and my entree. . . Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Overall experience was 7/10. I would come back, but maybe in another day with more service.

Catrn T.

Yelp
Had a great time. Was pretty empty when I got there. I went before NY removed it's curfew, and we were given two hours to be at a table. I had the grilled chicken the cilantro mash was delicious I still crave it. Let me not mention the super large frozen margarita with a Corona simply devine. Hookah was good as well. The hookah you pay directly to the person that prepares it for you. Overall good experience.

Jonathan T.

Yelp
Waiter says yes drinks are buy one get one then tries to pull a "oh no it's not buy one get one free." Nice try. You're also going to lose your tip for lying and trying to pull a fast one on people you think have been drinking and are "drunk". Very disappointed in the service provided and the dishonesty presented. I will not be back. We're waiting to speak to a manager as I type this. I'm going to reach out to someone higher up and speak to them about the waiter Favioo Explained the situation the the manager and he took care of us but this experience has left a crappy taste in my mouth and it's not the Hennessy coolatas. I don't think I'll be back. Edit- the business owner responded and that is the clear truth. I have zero reason to lie about my reviews nor would I. We were at the bar and since the bar was full we asked if we could sit at the table. The staff. Said no problem. We also specifically asked the waiter if it was still buy one get one at that table and every single person at our table of 7 heard it. Maybe he didn't hear what he asked. Maybe the wind blew at that exact moment but we have zero reason to attempt to get free drinks since we're not broke college kids. The fact of the matter is your response just shows the level of professionalism this establishment possesses. I'm sorry but calling me a liar is probably the last thing I am. 2nd edit- oh and by the way I can see just how serious you take criticism. I would be offended but the overall rating of 3 stars and other responses from past patrons who left poor feedback show that you really don't care about improving your overall rating, just your ego. Good luck with your business.

Anthony F.

Yelp
No need to give me the same response Oscar. I am fully prepared to take legal action. And your updated instagram posts yesterday acknowledged there was no policy to begin with. I now have even more confidence moving forward. With what I am planning to do legally next. As I was discriminated against and wrongfully denied service. As I've said before. All my wife and I wanted was to be treated with respect and fair treatment. We didn't become disgruntled until we noticed how dismissive and sarcastic your GM was with us. A GM title can't teach and help someone's character. I am blessed that I was raised by two amazing African American parents. That showed me how receiving the proper respect from any person or establishment is a must. I would be letting them down by not continuing this dispute. I will now be contacting Patricia Azeem.

Karlina C.

Yelp
Great food, service and ambiance. The food is great and brunch on Sundays are unique. I HIGHLY recommend Mamajuanas queens.

Aisha M.

Yelp
I've done some Covid-19 outdoor dining, but this restaurant takes the cake! They opened around noon and my friend and I arrived around 1:00 pm. My bag was checked by security and we were ID'd (I thought it was strange because it was the middle of the day but always grateful to have extra precautions to be safe). We were seated immediately. Carlos was our waiter and he checked on us periodically. He was very energetic and suggested I order the Mama Fongo. It was delicious!!! I typically do not like mofongo but I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. My friend ordered the Mama Sushi which was also delicious!! And, we ordered henny colada's which was perfect. They offer hookah and have a dj as well. It's perfect for a night time or club vibe, but the day time vibe is just as nice. I was pleasantly surprised by my the experience and have plans to go back with a larger party!

Marissa M.

Yelp
MamaJuana Cafe Woodside is like a first class trip to Santo Domingo but right here in Western Queens ! I loved everything about my boozy buffet brunch and I can't wait to come back again. This place is like an all inclusive resort for brunch. This place was a dream come true. From the Valet Service in front, the live DJ spinning jam after jam and THE DOMINICAN BUFFET !!!!! Everything here was perfection. We arrived for brunch at 1:45 and the hostess seated us on the patio which I was so happy about because I LOVE patio seating in the summer! Im Caribbean, heat does not bother me. I fell in love with the authentic and fresh decor here ! Very modern. Very Latin ! Fresh colors like orange and yellow and rustic brown. I've walked by the location on Dykman St in Washington Heights and loved the vibe there as well. We were seated near the CABANA's for the large parties and it was nice and shady on this 90 degree day. Our waiters came over to start us off with the 2 hour booze with a Choice of Rum Punch or Mimosas. We stuck to Rum Punch of course. We headed to the buffet and grabbed our plates and to my surprise there was a heavenly feast of a omelette station, French toast which is cornmeal Coated and sooo delicious, salame, Mangu, Fried Cheese, hanger steak, potatoes, rice and beans, chicken, salad, fruit, Flan. You name it, I ate it ! I was content for the rest of the day. I ate at 2:00 and haven't eaten for the rest of the day. The service here was stellar ! The waiter came and refilled our glasses every time they were low. The food was amazing. A-mazing! If you're not familiar with Dominican food, a must try is/ The Fried Cheese The Mangu ( smashed yuca topped with onions soaked in vinegar) The Salame !!!!!!! I must add that the staff here was very warm, kind and Professional. Treated us like family. Awesome culinary staff and wait staff. The omelette station chef was awesome. Best omelette I ever had. This place is one of the best boozy brunches of attended. Everything was $30.95 for our drinks and unlimited buffet for 2 hours.

Yelp
HANDS DOWN- hats off to the CHEF. The plating and the food were AHHHMAZING. Each bite was super flavorful. If you are into drinking a BOMB michelada, please be sure to ask for Clamato on the side, the waiter brought me a glass with lemon and salt, not going to lie, I laughed and said what's this, he said that is how they serve a Michelada. Where I am from a good Michelada is made with, salt rimmed cold glass with ice, Clamato, fresh squeezed lime juice, a dash of hot sauce and a good cold beer of your choice. My boyfriend asked for a pina cola, it was really tasty- I think next time I'll stick with a piña colada as well. I can't wait to come back, cute place for a date night with your loved one. Also... the menu price is very fair.

Steffani A.

Yelp
Made reservations for a Wednesday night and glad I did! Don't know if I would've been able to get seated without reservations being that they were pretty packed and it was only a weekday. They have outdoor seating and tables seemed to be 6ft apart. Once my entire party arrived, I got seated right away. The waiter took a little long to greet us and take our order. Everyone at the table went for sushi ! Their sushi options were not your typical raw seafood sushi rolls but more on the Latin side with a twist. These are the rolls we went with: 1. El Mexicano which consisted of shrimp tempura, fried white cheese topped with guacamole, sweet plantain and pico de gallo. 2. El Fuerte which consisted of grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, bacon and cream cheese topped with avocado and sweet plantain. 3. El Ninja which consisted of shrimp tempura, fried cheese, sweet plantain topped with sweet chili shrimp and guacamole. 4. Volcano which consisted of shrimp tempura, cream cheese, avocado topped with salmon and crabmeat paste. One bite had an immense amount of blended flavors that were well put together. Very satisfying and great presentation ! Ambiance Perfect for a night out! Would recommend if you're into Latin music and wouldn't mind loud music. Hookah is available. Service Service started off slow and it set the tone for the rest of the night. Our waiter was nice but didn't come to check in as much as he should've and we waited quite some time before getting our food and drink orders to the table.

Yelp
Definitely make a reservation before you go. We were a party of 2 and had almost an hour wait but it was definitely worth it. The music and ambiance were really fun and just good vibes all around. The food and drinks were really good too. Will be going back.

Yelp
I've heard great things about this place so I had to come check it out myself. My friend and I came to dine here on a Sunday afternoon. Post covid this business seems to be running very smoothly. Their outside patio has plenty of seating and we were seated right away by a friendly hostess. Before we ordered drinks we were offered a hookah. I love this place already. There's a DJ playing lively music and the vibes here are great. Both my friend and I got the henny coladas they were blended well and cold. Which were perfect for a hot summer day. For our entrees she ordered the Mama-fongo and I got their empanadas and the arepas. Food was delicious, seasoned well and very colorful. I recommend this place if you want a Sunday funday type of vibe.

Yelp
A MUST GO! But book a reservation by calling first!! This place is a hidden gem, or at least it were for me. My friend and I arrived there with no reservation but we're lucky enough to eat before another reservation started at 6pm. There is plenty, organized outdoor seating- some even have a cabana style dinner. Our waitress Isabella was so sweet and kind + her makeup was flawless lol. I tried the fried pork with rice and beans, avocado, sweet plantain and skirt steak. You could so add egg if you wanted but i opted out. My friend enjoyed the happy hour $3-4 tacos (fish tacos) snd she said it was yummy!! There was also $4 margaritas that weren't too bad- they tasted like your ordinary happy hour drinks. But the music was perfect. It wasn't too loud but nice enough to jam too. Keep in mind we went at 4pm so perhaps later in the evening it gets a little louder. Oh, how could I forget- they also have hookah there but I hear it's cash only! I would totally recommend this place!

Yelp
My first time at this place was amazing, the music, the ambiance everything was just delightful. The hookah was great, the food came out fast and tasted delicious, the drinks were strong. I wouldn't have anything bad to say about this establishment, the bathroom had an attendant and was clean. I definitely recommend this spot for a date night or birthday celebration, you won't be disappointed and I definitely will return!

Yelp
Save yourself a tripAnd money. This is by far the worst customer service experience. Called to make a reservation for today's brunch and the agent told me it wasn't needed. So I showed up, used their valley parking ($20) and sat in to wait until 2:30pm to get a table. It's now 2:48 pm and the hostess is telling me that they needed to sit reservations first and then if there was a space, I'd get a table. ( I CALLED TO MAKE A RESERVATION)... This is so disrespectful in so many levels. This hostess was so hypocrite and had the rudest attitude! I am never coming here and i would encore you not to step foot in this place.

Yelp
My first time here was for my 35th birthday in 2018 , had a party of 12 & that went well, perfect place for large groups of family & friends. I've tried brunch & taco Tuesday and was pleased , brunch is buffet styled & they keep the unlimited drinks flowing. I'm going to try sushi Wednesdays next. I came here for 4th of July 2020 , outdoor seating is well spaced out, food & drinks were on point & the $25 hookah topped it off. Service was fast & attentive. Only complaint is the music, kept playing the same songs over & over. Will visit again soon.
