The bathroom needs to be deep cleaned. The loud music is an issue and goes late and starts at 7am. So note that part. The pool does not face the ocean as seen in the photos online, it faces the rooftops of buildings it still a nice pool. Food at the pool is ridiculously small portions, I had to send it back. Felt like an insult the size of the poke bowl. Staff are great, cleaners need to clean the showers better as the floor has black gunk on it and buildup. I had to clean it down myself. The spa was good, use the voucher for a little deal.

From the minute we arrived the staff were incredible. The management are always available and also beyond helpful. We feel completely safe staying in the hotel, they even check the go jek drivers we ordered for our security. They had our delicious take away breakfast ready for pick up at 5.30 am. The room was so comfortable and clean. The roof top view is spectacular, the day beds are always clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. We loved the gym, extremely well equipped.

The hotel itself is beautiful from the outside, when you step inside it's even better. The staff are absolutely wonderful and ever so helpful. You are greeted each time you walk through reception by everyone even getting a "welcome back" when you come from the beach. The roof top pool is amazing with plenty of space to hang around all day if you wish. The hotel keep you constantly informed of all events happening via the app that you download on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic service by very friendly staff was a definite highlight of our stay. The rooftop pool and restaurant had spectacular views and was a beautiful place to spend time. Delicious breakfast in the morning was included with the room tarrif, and the coffee and food offerings were above average. Our Kokomo Queen room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a window that opened for fresh air. We requested to move rooms and this was done with no problems and was thoughtfully done while we were away for the day with security overseeing the move so that our personal belongings were transferred without any problems. I highly recommend this hotel to stay!

Loved everything about this hotel. Seriously cool place to stay. Staff were so happy and friendly. Great breakfast, restaurant and bar areas. We were picked up at airport in hotel taxi, driven by Gogik. The loveliest guy you could hope to meet and a credit to the hotel. All staff members were equally welcoming. I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mamaka — it has such a cool, laid-back vibe with everything you could want right on your doorstep.||The infinity pool is amazing, with super comfortable pool beds (no extra charge!) and great cocktails flowing all day. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always on point.||The location is unbeatable — right across from the beach, and surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops, all within easy walking distance. We also made use of the gym, which was really well equipped and clean.||If you're looking for somewhere with style, comfort, and a great atmosphere, Mamaka is the one. Would definitely stay again!

Overall, a pretty great stay. There was a few room cleanliness issues in the beginning but not enough to ruin the stay, and staff was responsive to them..The late night cafe & bar was great, and having it right below you is handy.. as was the laundry and gym. They also have a spa next the cafe which we didn’t get the chance to try out but looked good (especially with the vouchers they give you to it)..

We’ve been to Bali a bunch of times now and always come back to Mamaka — it honestly feels like our second home. Every stay is just as good (if not better) than the last.|The staff are what really set it apart. Everyone’s so lovely, welcoming, and genuinely cares — they always remember us and make the whole experience feel extra special.|The rooms are gorgeous — clean, modern, and super comfy.|You can’t beat the location either. Right across from the beach, close to great food and shops, but still chill enough to really unwind.|The rooftop pool, the vibe, the attention to detail — it’s just got something about it. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Already counting down to our next visit!
