MAMBO ITALIA LAVINGTON

I really love the pasta here. I always get the vegetarian options for the pasta and it never fails me. The pizza is fresh and tasty and the ice cream too.

I had my senses well and truly tickled by the desserts here. They were that good! I especially recommend the orange and almond cake as well as the fudge brownie (served a la mode). Absolutely delectable! The restaurant is on the 2nd floor and you can choose to sit on the terrace or indoors , where you still have an almost panoramic view of the city (including the parking lot downstairs). The decor makes for great instagram-friendly shots and the exposed wooden beams and lampshade pendant lighting in the bar give a unique feel to the space. Good food, good service, good decor. 👍🏿

I had a lovely time at Mambo Italia where Nairobi meets Italy with it's good food and drink options. You've got a choice of making your own pizza as well. There's ample space for kids to play as well so it's good for a nice family hangout. The service was quick and tailored, you can get food recommended your way. I would recommend the ice-cream with a brownie. It's a bit breezy in the evening so a sweater would be good.

Amazing place with a beautiful rooftop view of the usual Nairobi traffic madness! They have a kid’s play arcade on the rooftop (yea i know crazy) but perfectly safe. They have craft beer that comes with long intimidating glasses but we’ll still drink!! Pretty chilled out less noise & more fun.

We visited this place on Saturday during Easter holiday and I was pleasantly surprised how empty it was for the superb food and service they provide. We ordered BBQ Pork Ribs and Fillet Steak for the main course, and a few drinks: Passion Margarita (for my gf) and the Amarena Jack for me. Both food and drinks were amazing. So I highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back. BTW, passion margarita was served with sugar instead of salt, which my gf liked a lot. PS. I would probably try their pizza next time (for being an Italian restaurant.)

Very nice kids play area. I love their food almost every time but sometime the same food tastes different. Traditore is the best pizza here and their Tiramisu is the best one in Nairobi.

Quite disappointed after hearing good things online. The service was slow, the food was bland and served lukewarm. The location however was very nice. Price not justified by quality.

Beautiful place good for friends meet up meetings, couples and children too..I loved the ambience the pizzas were on point and the cocktails were amazing! though the service needs to improve we waited long to be served even though there were very few guests at the time.
