Mamma Nui

Atmosphere A+; Background/music A+; Service A+; Food A+; Beer selection - best I’ve seen so far on Rapa Nui. This place is awesome. I only wish we had discovered it sooner so I could go there multiple times. Thanks for a great dinner!

We have been only to the restaurant. It has been one of the best evenings we had during our vacation. Only a handful of other customers came that evening, which we cannot understand. It might be because there is no seaview, but that seems overrated on an island, that lets you see the ocean all day long anyways. The menu has maybe the best vegetarian options on the whole island. Some of us also had meat or fish and just everything was delicious. Besides the very good pisco sour, they also offer quite the choice of beers and wines. The staff is super friendly, the interior makes you feel very comfy. Did you also feel like the whole island plays the same kind of music all over? This restaurants choice of music is exquisite. Please try this restaurant once during your stay, they absolutely deserve full house every night.

The dinner was one of the best in years. I had tuna steak with shrimp and gravy over fries paired with a Russian stout. I can't begin to express how wonderful. A few days earlier I had the the tuna ceviche which was amazing but frankly all the raw ceviche I have had on the island was amazing. The tuna dish will live in my memory for years. Thank you!!!

Really good food and reasonably priced. A real bonus is this place has some great craft beers, which you can't really find anywhere else on the island. Had a west coast IPA from Mowa brewery (near Santiago) and it was great.

Really enjoyed the food and vibe of this restaurant. Good vegetarian choices for my hubby and excellent menu with a wide variety of options. I had the tuna steak with shrimp and French fries. Fanciest fish and chips I’ve ever had. Delicious!

Very nice restaurant with comfortable arrangements. Food was fresh and special and delicious and they had options for vegetarians. Music was very special and great, felt like home. Very friendly people and pisco was the best on the island

The food is good but the service is awful Very unsympathetic with bad manners I won’t go back

We had a great dinner at Mamma Nui last night. This is a family business with the man greeting us and providing friendly service, and the women working wonders in the kitchen. We had seafood pasta dishes which were outstanding. The venue is laidback and very very nice. They even have live music on some nights (ie this Friday to which we will go!!). Thank you for a great dinner!
