Delicious egg waffles at a reasonable price right in Central! I’ve tried several different flavors, and they’ve all been great—but I’ve only had the egg puffs so far. My favorites are the matcha chocolate and the double cheese. Sometimes I get both because I can’t decide between sweet or savory! The matcha chocolate has a nice balance of slight bitterness and subtle sweetness, while the double cheese is crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Lines can get long, but the cashier usually lets you know before you order if the wait will be a while. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes. Definitely worth it!

Might take a while since there are often queues but usually quite quick Mochi brown sugar Flavour: A+, 7.5/10. Quite light on flavour unfortunately Texture: SS, 9/10. Loved the crispy outside and soft and chewy inside Value: B, 6/10. $45 is a bit much though Matcha chocolate Flavour: S+, 8.5/10. Also a little subtle but definitely quite much stronger Texture: S+, 8.5/10. Soft fluffy inside and crisp outside Value: A+, 7.5/10. $36

Had a great experience here. There was a queue as it was quite popular but I thought the wait time was pretty reasonable. We got the mochi egg waffle and it was delicious. Not too sweet but deliciously crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.

Here you can enjoy traditional egg waffles, just like locals love in Hong Kong and Macau. I had the matcha flavor and my husband chose the chocolate one - both were absolutely delicious. Such a nice treat to have in the morning with a cup of coffee!

Overall a very nice bubble waffle place. They ran out of vanilla ice cream and the wait was 45 mins for each person. Very popular place and really yummy flavors like the purple potato, the banana, the matcha red bean, the chestnut, mammy chocolate, etc.

Never tried this brand before but surprised to see this pricing in Central and it smelled so good while i walked past so i gave it a try. They have loads of choices, both egg puffs and waffles. And there are plenty of choices of drinks too if you wanna get a set (they offer $4 discount if buy food plus drinks). Really impressed by the quality. The waffle (original flavour) i ordered has the traditional local flavour, really recalled my nice childhood memories. I didn't try other flavours but it looks very tempting, will come back to try next time.
