Mammy Pancake Sheung Wan 媽咪雞蛋仔 (上環分店)

Sweet treat after dinner was at Mammy Pancake! I’m very happy that it takes a small amount of time to serve the bubble waffle because it’s fresh and warm. I feel the quality is great, we tried the matcha flavour and it had a nice flavour, I think it’s really worth it to continue making the high quality product so I hope the nice, hardworking staff keep going ☺️

A great pick-me-up snack while strolling through the streets of Sheung Wan. Prices are reasonable, and we tried the classic waffle—crispy, flavorful, and delicious. They even accept Apple Pay, which is super convenient. Definitely recommended!

I like this brand which has several outlets in Hk as their egg waffles ain’t too sweet. In particular, they are freshly made and taste best when warm. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I recommend the following: - Matcha (relatively strong matcha taste) - Earl grey and chocolate chip (strong earl grey taste)

The waffle is crispy from the outside with soft texture inside. Yet the taste is not so rich, I think it could be more buttery. It is a good try for a snack if you happen to be nearby but definitely not worth the 30 minutes queue or travel across the city just for this. We ordered the plain original and chocolate chips.

Was so excited for this but sadly it lacked a bit of sweetness. Would go back to try other flavors though. The crunch was great though!

We did our own walking tour of Hong Kong food finds near Wellington Street, and we found this bubble pancake near our hotel at Homy Central. The pancake is big enough for sharing. We ordered the original-flavoured pancake (HKD20) and added two scoops of ice cream (HKD10 per scoop). We enjoyed this as a shared dessert, especially the chocolate ice cream with chocolate bits. The Google Maps Pin for this shop is not accurate, but it's close to the pin. I wasn't able to edit it anymore as I became engrossed too much with my pancake. I hope the pictures of nearby stores can help you find it.

Was so excited to try the egg waffles from mammy pancake and they definitely did not disappoint. We got the original and the cheese. Was a 20 min waiting time from ordering to getting our pancakes. The pancakes were so light and crispy - one of the best I’ve had. Would 100% come back.

I was recommended to come to this shop rather than others nearby! The Earl Grey egg puffs are well made. We waited for it to cool down. The egg puffs are more crispy! It worths to try other egg puffs taste.
