Mamora Bay

We came in a family trip with brothers uncles, kids... 18 people. First, we were both extraordinarily and warmly attended by very profesional and impecable people. Always a smile, always ready to help. It does not come from whatever company standard, they are really so. General speaking, the interior is really beautiful and cozy. Very worth it. Rooms are impecable, really clean. In our case we all commented how confortable were the beds. Some bathrooms were may be too small, but well built and clean. The only con is that there is no elevator, but we did not miss it. The restaurant, were also breakfast is served, up in the third floor is really nice in terms of food and attendance, with a peculiar view we all liked. The sea, the port, and part of the city with that mix between old and new, renewal reforms where you can feel what is a growing city. The foods offered for breakfast might be different for what a european might expect, but they were reaally good, with fresh products, unlike so many chain hotels where chemistry is a part of it. You eat real, therefore, tasty. In its price, it is unbeatable. We were happy not to have chosen a "standard" four or five stars hotel. It was better to be down on earth, with people that helps and smile not on obligation, but on own will.

Great little hotel in the heart of Tangier. Was treated to free fruit and water in the room. Enjoyed a varied breakfast with both European and local options in a breakfast room which has stunning views over both the kasbah and the beach. Reception staff super helpful, including printing my boarding pass last minute.

This was the worst place I stayed in Morocco—and that’s saying a lot, considering I stayed in eight different accommodations (hotels, riads, and Airbnbs). Nothing even came close to being as bad as this one. The room was very small, dark, humid, and stuffy. There were no proper windows and those weird almost the ceiling couldn’t be opened, making the air feel thick, suffocating and disgusting. The humidity was horrible —so bad that the bathroom never dried. Everything felt damp all the time, which made the whole room feel dirty and unpleasant. Calling it uncomfortable would be generous. It was disgusting, poorly ventilated, and clearly not suitable for guests. I could not wait to leave. If you’re traveling in Morocco, do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. This place completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay and was, by far, the lowest point of my entire 10 days trip all over Morocco

The hotel has an excellent location: very close to the city center, within walking distance of the old town, the fort, souvenir shops, cafés, and restaurants. The train station is just a few minutes away, and the airport is about 15 km. A taxi to the airport costs around 100 dirhams, while the hotel offers a transfer service for 200 dirhams per person (must be arranged in advance at the reception). Rooms are very small and feel cramped — hardly any space to move around. Standard amenities are provided: a safe, hairdryer, small fridge, TV, and a window that can be opened. The bathroom is clean, but the bed linen could use some refreshing. Overall, the room quality matches the price. Breakfast is quite good. However, the main advantage of this hotel is definitely its location: cafés with sweets, coffee shops, and all the main attractions are just a short walk away.

*** AVOID AT ALL COSTS *** I wish we could give the place a proper rating, as the overall impression was quite good - reception was friendly and professional, rooms were clean, breakfast was fine. HOWEVER! Room service stole parts of our belongings which made us feel extremely unsafe and ruined the entire trip as well as our impression of the entire country. Our trust has been abused and we will never be coming back, to Mamora Bay, Tangier or Morocco.

No frills hotel, with excellent service, good rooms, clean, and with outstanding location and views. Good breakfast. Excellent value for the price.

This hotel is inside the Medina, but the drop off point for cars is very close. You will have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the hotel, so call ahead of time so they send a porter to get your bags. They serve complimentary breakfast at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff very hospitable. We got a good rate on the hotel as well, so it wasn't very pricy.

Amazing hotel the staff are super friendly I went with my girlfriend and the kindness of their staff is 10 out of 10.Their rooftop has great views and location is perfect.We will be back soon
