Everything was excellent, the food, the service and the atmosphere. The waiter was really nice and we had a nice talk. We are expecting him in Iceland! We will come back ♥️

Ma'mu Ikaria in the charming village of Raches, Ikaria, Greece, is a must-visit! My husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch with their beef burgers paired with refreshing Icarian beer. The outside seating is both cute and cozy, adding to the delightful atmosphere. What truly made our visit memorable was the excellent service. We connected with our server, who, to our surprise, also lived in our neighborhood in New York City! She was amazing and played a big part in making our experience exceptional. Kudos to her and the entire team at Ma'mu Ikaria! Highly recommend!

Great food for great price! We didn’t really get the point of driving to this village as there is nothing else but a few nice cafes and taverns under big trees. Well, this is already something, isn’t it? Good food in the cool shadow.

Good delicious food. The waitress was very friendly the rest of the staff not so much but you need not interact with them. One thing to be aware of is the tiny fly like bugs that are all around the village (and island) and will bite you raw. Local peeps say to put Nivea cream on your exposed body parts.

I ordered Souvlaki with black pita and also grilled halumi cheese from Cyprus. It was so delicious that I had to repeat it (pictures). To those who haven’t ever been in this pretty and tinny village, I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The food was pretty tasty but not the best souvlaki I’ve tasted. They opened an hour later than the suggested time on google and unfortunately the gyros was not ready which is what I came for

Whether you`re in for a brunch, lunch or dinner - you`re going to enjoy the amazing quality of everything served here and the care to prepare and deliver a nice experience, by the small family business. They source and grow themselves most things locally which means, from nature to your plate. Just let them guide you based on your culinary preferences. Atmosphere is unique, nice little village under old tall trees. They are appreciated by locals so that tells a lot; if you sit in the evenings, you`re going to observe a bunch of locals queuing up for their dinner takeaway, Thanks guys!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant in Greece. The first, after order, and 20 minutes waiting, I've been told they still don't have that meal. When I've changed order, they brought me completely different meat (goat instead of pork). In the meantime, the waiter brought us water without glass. Besides that, the prices are a bit higher than in any other restaurant on the island.
