MANA - Aix

Cozy breakfast place with good coffee to kick-start the day. We had Maroccan eggs and miso eggplants. Not french but more like fusion. We also tried the carrot cake, moist & yummy. Overall a very satisfying meal. Highly recommended.

I had an unforgettable memory of this restaurant. Sandwich - I have never had the amazing sandwich. it’s sauce and toast pastes are made by many different kinds of veggies, a little bit salty but very smooth. Banana cake- outside is crunchy and sweetened, the staff told us that was made by honey comb , then you can have a crunchy taste but also filled with soften banana and chocolate. The cake is not so sweet, which is good that you don’t feel tired of flavor. Coffee- simple choices but good selection of beans Staffs are friendly , food is amazing. A short stop in town but this restaurant made my day. Dont know why google is not allowed me to post the pic of the cake which is the surprise of this meal / restaurant from my point of view

Great place for lunch. Nothing special or over the top. Defo recommend for simple brunch place. The savory French toast was interesting. Though the cheese and eggs was better in my opinion. Matcha cookie was nice. But tasted mostly like white chocolate so one bite was enough.

MANA is a fantastic place for coffee, breakfast, brunch or lunch. My partner and I were craving for a really nice coffee place in Aix-en-Provence and this definitely one of them. We both had the savoury French toast for lunch which looked amazing and was delicious. They also have less common lattes such as Matcha and Chai. Deservedly a five star place and the customer service is also superb. We will be coming back.

This is THE place to go if you: have (very) high coffee standards; swear by oat milk (so grateful for the option!); enjoy delicious breakfast options (and need a small break from croissants); are a fan of cute coffee shops with super friendly service (and lots of patience for English speakers). I was in Aix for a week and came here every morning - normally I would want to explore and find new spots, but it was that good! Try the granola bowl - Greek yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit of the day. Halloumi and mushroom burger was also delicious. Thank you thank you!! Will definitely be back.

Possibly the best brunch we had during our time in France! The breakfast sandwich is to die for, and their coffee/lattes are delicious. Great service as well!

This cafe might have limited food menu and food and drink were served with minimal presentation, but it did have some delicious vegan dishes and tasty rustic-looking cakes and cookies! Servers were tourist-friendly and very approachable. However, the seating was bit uncomfortable when the store got crowded.

We had a great brunch here. The food is very very good and lots of different options. I had eggs with aubergine and my partner had the savoury french toast. Both really delicious and innovative. Good coffee too. Worth booking a table.

Have been here multiple times now for breakfast, brunch, and coffee. I most recently enjoyed the mushroom toast. Their juices are always fresh and taste homemade. I have found the service kind, however, one specific time I was told to sit anywhere when I was there for brunch with a group of three. We sat down and had ordered when someone different came over and told us the table was reserved. We were then moved to a table clearly made for only two people. There was no signage on the table that it was reserved and the server didn't seem particularly happy we hadn't known this. Other than this time, the service has always been kind and I always enjoy the food.

Great coffee and food in Aix. As good as a good American coffee shop Located in the center city, a very nice coffee shop inside with plenty of USB and power connections and free Wi-Fi. They ask you not to work there at certain hours (very fair) but it is set up for you to do so! Staff is all multi lingual in French and English, or at least enough to get by, and they even have an English language menu. Don't worry, the food is high quality French and the coffee is superb. You of course get the typical for France espresso, but you can also get French Press, drip, and other styles of coffee. Overall, just a pleasure to visit and enjoy

Decent place for breakfast. The service was good. They gave us the table we wanted though it was under reservation. Ordered chai latte, green juice, Avocado toast for the table. The toast came in a decent size and was just perfect for one. The tea was also good and flavorful. There is only indoor seating with a few tables and a bar at the centre.

Ahhhh I was looking forward to bringing friends to Mana, I booked two tables online, received confirmation emails and arrived to discover one had been cancelled! Fortunately 2 of us were able to sit at the bar, so all was not lost although it was not quite what we hoped for... The coffee was great, the service friendly and the food imaginative, if not great... How do you say in French? A victim of one's own success? Open a more laid-back satellite place in Lambesc??? Make my vegetarian coffee loving life easier...

This is the perfect little café to get breakfast or lunch and do some work. My friends and I had one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever here along with a delicious lemon cake. The service was fast and the staff here was super friendly.

We had a very decent/good cappuccino here. Nice place to stop if that's what you're looking for...

Only discovering this during my last week in Aix! :( It's probably the only place that has matcha lattes! They also have chai lattes - their menu is extensive but not overwhelming with choices. It's quiet and is a good place to do work. Just come in and sit down, someone will come to you with water and take your order (: You pay at the end. This is very different from American coffee shops! The workers are also English speakers. The iced matcha latte I got definitely hit the spot - though it could have been stronger (more matcha) I really appreciated that it came unsweetened and I could sweeten it to my liking. All in all, a great place for a light lunch or snack and coffee pick me up.

I had a great shot of espresso here and a pleasant conversation with Orien, that offered a superior service explaining the origin and sharing his experience as the exclusive La Morzocco specialist in France. He runs his own coffee brand Placid. The place served my favorite Guatemalan lighter roast. Enjoy!

Absolutely the best espresso and coffee I've had in the REGION! Excellent service, great place to work. Just the friendliest people. The owner was helpful with local recommendations, and highly knowledgeable. Highly recommend the Chemex Pour-over (w. Columbia's Estate). Also: great homemade pastries. You can see the pastry chef working out in the open part of the day making it all!

Lovely coffeeshop on a little street in Aix, really simple and a very lovely decor (beautiful lamps and chairs!). The staff knows their coffee, and can help you pick the perfect bevvie to suit your taste buds if you're not up to speed on the different types of coffees or origins. They've also got snacks and juices. The perfect place to recharge or go for a coffee with a pal.

Mana is incredible. I studied in Marseille this past fall and had a lot of friends who would come to Aix and hang out at this coffee shop. The first time I came here the owners said hi and asked how I was doing and genuinely got to know me. Over a few weeks I only came in a few times but they never ceased to say hello and ask how my day was. The owners know english and french so you don't have to fear a language barrier. On the food: WOW. It's amazing. The avocado toast is the best I've ever had. Same with their different options of soups and sides. One I wanted avocado toast but they had ran out of avocado, so I got the cauliflower soup instead (YUM), when Alex brought out the soup she also gave me a bowl of vegetables with the last bits of avocado that they had!! It was so sweet of her to go above and beyond to give me something I wanted. On the drinks: Again, WOW. The coffee is incredible! Please take a second to appreciate the pretty latte art they will put on the lattes. Also the juice is super fresh. I love juicing and i like to do it at home but when traveling it hard to know you're getting fresh pressed juice when you buy it.

This place had one of the best lattes I've ever had. They also have several fresh food options.

My wife and I came here on out last day in Aix. Their coffee is smooth and flavorful, and the tartines are delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming with pleasant service. If we come back to this area, we will definitely come back to Mana. It's too bad we did not discover this place earlier so we could have gone more than once.

Walked all over 2a's in Paris and Provence old city and finally discovered Mana Espresso which turned out to be the very best coffee I have ever tasted! Being from NY, I am used to very good coffee, and found this shop which not only had the best coffee to stay or to go, excellent baristas, and also oat milk available. The environment is so friendly and courteous workers made me feel as if I were welcome all afternoon! I wish there were one here in Manhattan!

My favorite place in Aix brunch is amazing and their cappuccinos are the best I've ever had.

After looking for great coffee from Paris to Aix, finally we found a place that understands the flat white. Excellent, smooth coffee, good food. Run by two young Brits with passion for what they are doing.
