The venue, the Chapel , was stunning!. It was beautifully decorated and had breathtaking views of the ocean. Every pew was adorned with flowers and we were serenaded upon entering. It provided such a picturesque backdrop, photos do not do it justice!. ||The facilities were top-notch. With a large event spaces and the Bula Bus providing transport to the ceremony. The layout allowed for a seamless flow between the ceremony and reception, making it easy for guests to move around.| | The food was fantastic!. The quality been exquisite, the mango cheesecake was particularly delicious and a standout. Also, there were so many options provided for the wedding cake and it is customizable to whatever you are after. The presentation was beautiful, and guests were raving about the meal afterwards. ||The staff at Mana Island were incredibly accommodating, professional and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. The service throughout the whole process was exceptional. The staff were always available and eager to help with any questions or requests.||Whether it was during the ceremony or the reception, everything felt magical and intimate. Overall, Mana Island was an excellent choice for a wedding venue. I highly recommend it to any couple looking to create a memorable celebration. I can’t wait to see how it looks in the future and look forward to our next visit.

We recently visited Fiji for 10 days, splitting our time 5 days on Mana and 5 days in Denarau. In hindsight, we wish we had spent almost our entire time on Mana Island.|"Fiji Time" really is a thing. While the service on Mana wasn't as efficient or fast as on the mainland, it was the greatest contributing reason for our complete sense of relaxation we felt while on the island.|We stayed in a Beachside Bure and were 100% happy with our accommodation. While it might not have been 5 stars (a high 4 stars in our view), it was very comfortable, everything was in working order, the layout was spacious, and the proximity to the beach and the view were perfect. The spa was huge, and the outdoor shower gave our holiday the "island feel" we craved.|The beach outside our back deck had soft white sand, warm clear water, and reef only 50 metres from the shore, which had great tracts of colourful coral, starfish, and tropical fish in abundance. ( Easy to see with the free snorkelling equipment provided by the resort).|The pool area and pool bar were very clean and well maintained, with staff helpful with cocktail suggestions and delivery of drinks and food.|Our package included daily breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant. Both offered a wide range of options with the staff (particularly the table staff) very friendly and quickly clearing any used plates, glasses etc from the table. (A very big contrast to the poor service we encountered in the Sheraton buffet in Denarau).|We chose Mana Island due to the competitive price advantage over some of the other island resorts. We did approach our stay with a little trepidation due to some of the unflattering reviews left. However, we are already planning our next visit next year, which is the ultimate complement from our perspective. |Some of the complaints appear to be trivial and certainly weren't evident in the Beacside Bures (however, we didn't inspect any of the unit accommodation on the island).|If you are looking for a 5 star resort in Fiji expect to pay a 6 star price, but if you are looking for a relaxing, wonderful holiday in a simply stunning location, Mana Island ticks all the boxes.

Mana island review, words like “tired”, “old” and “neglected” come to mind. Was very outdated compared to what they represent themselves as, I would say the room was 3 stars at most and that’s being generous. It’s like they haven’t updated things from 10 years ago. The room had a very old bathroom and the door was difficult to close and open. The wifi is no longer free, there were no free boat rides etc. There were stray dogs everywhere, they would come and sit under your table when you eat and follow you when you walk. Even on all beaches they would be around and follow people. The only good thing was the clear ocean water and snorkelling. They were more focused on the new renovations and it seemed like there were basic/minimal activities for guests. The food was bad! Either straight out of packaged tins etc or poorly cooked. Really wasn’t worth the price we paid for it.

This place is an absolute gem! The snorkeling on both sides of the island was beyond incredible. While exploring and hunting for Survivor filming locations, we unexpectedly discovered a beautiful beach near the backpacker area. We decided to snorkel there and were blown away by the stunning coral reefs and vibrant fish. From the beach, it’s hard to imagine such a magnificent reef just a short distance away. It was fascinating to watch as the SEG team set up locations for the Survivor show — watching the island transform into a Hollywood set was a real treat. The staff at the resort are nothing short of exceptional. They’re incredibly kind, hardworking, and genuinely wonderful people. The food was absolutely delicious, though I do wish guests would remember to use the provided utensils rather than eating with their fingers. We stayed in the beachside Villa, Room 302, and it was perfect. The room featured a huge deck that wrapped around, offering the most amazing views. Huge shout out to the young man who works at the beach in the snorkeling shop. My only negative was that there is no free WiFi. But having said that, sometimes it’s just nice being cut off from the rest of the world. Makes you really relax.

A slice of paradise!! Our garden Bure was very relaxing, clean and private. The outdoor shower was a novelty. We only had to walk 1 minute to the pristine white sand beach. The snorkelling was amazing. The colourful fish weren’t even scared of us and swam up to us. The food at the main restaurant was great. Every night it was different menu. We got to go on the Bula bus to sunset beach in the evening and witnessed a stunning sunset.|Staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment every evening was either a band or a Fijian show. Very good.

The rooms are clean but need professionally upgraded. The subfloor in front of our toilet was weak and when stepped on it caused tile grout to crack and make a mess. This made the bathroom floor constantly dirty with cracked grout particles. Throughout the resort there are elevation changes in walking surfaces that are difficult to navigate after sunset. The food is odd. There are odd combinations of food like lasagna made with kidney and black beans or spaghetti for breakfast. They always had salad. The chocolate Danny’s and banana bread were good. The themed buffet rotates on a daily basis. We found Saturday night (Mongolian) to be the best. If I come back to Fiji I will not stay here. I’ll try a different resort like Castaway resort

Fabulous holiday here through Luxury Escapes. We loved having all our meals included in the package. The nightly entertainment was always good, and especially loved the fire dance show.
