The location is great. A short walk to the bus station, mercado or river. Right off a main road, the green grass and trees of Mana Kai do not feel like you're in the city. With dorms, cabañas, car and tent camping, there's lots of options. Wifi is good there, and the tap water is potable, although it's quite chlorinated. Large bottled water is available at the community outdoor kitchen. The tours arranged by Francisco were all top-notch and worth the money. Our room was nice, with fresh linens, a fridge, and air conditioning we didn't use. It was screened in well. Not fancy, but good. It was noisy on Friday night, and I'm glad i had ear plugs. I would both stay there again and recommend it.
