"Started by Seb Heeley and Jen Wiggins in their dining room, the founders scaled a micro-operation (initial 60-litre batches and 25,000 bottles made from home) into a full-scale distillery housed in six Grade-II* listed arches in the city centre, while retaining a craft focus that won Gold at the Spirit Masters for micro-distillery. Virtual tastings include four 50ml samples (Signature, Raspberry Infused, Blackberry Infused, Wild Spirit), four 200ml premium tonics and two branded glasses, delivered via a pre-recorded video by the founders that covers the brand story and a deep dive into each gin and its botanicals; live private sessions for groups of 10+ are also available and are run by the distillers.
