Mandala House

My wife and I had a fantastic stay for 7 nights in total during our time in Chiang Mai. The team are so friendly, helpful, and always smiling and joking. It's a nice quiet spot away from the busy roads, and a great location - not too far to walk to local restaurants and markets. Room was a bit tired in places which only matters if you're fussy about such things - overall excellent value for money and on the mark for a 3 star hotel. Nice pool too ❤️

Location is very near to old town. Service is good. As my room is ready early, I can check in earlier than their designated time. Front desk service is also good check in and check out processes are super quick. A young gentleman, Saw from front desk was very fast and helpful to solve any issues arises during my stay. He shared all travel information that I made enquiry and even booked a grab for me on his phone app. 👍👍💪

Very happy with our stay here. The rooms have great AC which is lovely to escape the heat from outside. Nice little pool across the street and the staff were very kind!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is well located, with spacious rooms and a pool. However, the facilities are a bit worn—some light bulbs need replacing, there was a missing curtain on the window facing the hallway, and the faucets in the room were loose. That being said, you get what you pay for, and we were very happy staying at Mandala. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

nice hotel, clean rooms. the standard room is very small. but that is a personal opinion. is quietly located but cozy enough because of other hotels that are there. because of this tourists (and local) walk through the alleys! 4 min walk and your in the busy erea on both sides! the staff is super friendly.

Excellent service, beautiful room and very good location, between the old city and the night market. The people at the front desk did their desk to help us in everything they could.

Awesome service. I needed to extend my tourist visa and they helped with TR 30 and printing all my document (they were a lot!) Room is very spacious, clean, affordable and the pool an awesome add on. Location is awesome. Thank you again!!!!
