TL;DR: Mandalay Hotel misled us about a baby crib, overcrowded the room with extra beds, our baby fell from the bed, and the hotel owners hung up when confronted. Unsafe and unacceptable.
I do not recommend Mandalay Hotel. The listing promised a baby crib, which was critical for our stay, but upon arrival we were told there is only one crib in the entire property, and it was already in use. Instead, the hotel forced an extra single bed into the room, making it overcrowded and unsafe. During the night, our baby fell from the bed, and when we spoke with the hotel owners about it, they claimed we had no evidence and hung up the call.
The hotel failed to deliver what was advertised, and this experience was both unsafe and unacceptable. Agoda’s customer service refused to provide a refund at all, citing a “non-refundable” policy, despite the misleading listing.
Avoid this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children.
