This was my first massage ever. The place was beautiful and relaxing. They needed more segregation between male and female- when we walked in there was a man wandering around in a robe in the women’s bathrooms. My therapist, Dayana, was amazing. She did just the right amount of pressure, and an excellent job of preserving my modesty. As for the fire and ice, the hot rocks were a delicious temperature, but the ice left something to be desired. It might just have been that as someone who has done ice baths I need something pretty cold get the desired effect. For someone else it might have been just what they were looking for.

Had a wonderful first time experience at this beautiful Spa while visiting Orlando. My massage therapist Alli did such great job that I had to book a second appointment. 2 massages within 3 days! I liked the signature “coconut” massage a lot. I highly recommend this place. Feels like you step into Bali. The steam room is great for a muscle warm up before your massage.

Google
This spa is beautiful, very spacious and relaxing. I had the pleasure of having a service here right before I had to leave for the airport and the women’s room had everything you needed to get refreshed from razors, hair gel, showers, you name it. My real review is for Ali who performed my massage. I’ve had countless massages, all over the place, all kinds of spas, this was by far the best one. Ali really pays attention to your body and I had a wonderful experience.

Tehmina M.

Google
Had a wonderful hot stone deep tissue massage - Diana is amazing! Perfect pressure, knowledgeable and such a calming reassuring presence! Her hands need to be insured I told her! :) would rate my experience as 5star because of her! Otherwise it’s a basic, pleasant Spa with steam room, showers, lounging area etc. I agree with a past review that it’s not a luxurious spa but still prices as such! I ended up there only because the Grand Floridian Spa is under construction.

Google
Best massage and facial I’ve ever had - anywhere. The staff, service, technicians, and spa itself were fabulous. The spa “add-ons” were so worth the extra money and time. Total relaxation and rejuvenation. First day without pain in over a year.

Google
The Mandara Spa is quickly becoming one of my favorite escapes! I had the best pedicure of my life—thank you so much, Gayle! The Fire & Ice pedicure was absolutely amazing and left my feet feeling brand new. I also had a massage that was exactly what I needed—relaxing, rejuvenating, and perfectly tailored. While the amenities may not be as extensive as some larger resort spas, the service more than makes up for it. The staff is attentive, professional, and always ready with a glass (or two!) of champagne to help you unwind. Thank you, Mandara Spa, for creating such a peaceful and pampering experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Google
What a lovely facility with amazing staff! We got a couples' massage, then spent the rest the day bopping between the sundeck, temple room, and steam room. We had a small issue with our method of payment, but Charlene and Lisa at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. They made sure to resolve everything for us before we left. All the staff were great at checking in with us to see if we needed anything. Such a great experience. We can't wait to come back!

Google
I had a fantastic experience here doing the Balinese massage 90 minutes. Ash is a wonderful technician; she made me feel comfortable and asked if everything was okay pressure-wise and how I felt. She's been doing this for 20 years and it showed. The scents and oils they use are delightful and the spa amenities and venue are very relaxing. There's a steam sauna and showers in the waiting area which I highly recommend using in the 30 minutes before your appointment. This is the perfect way to relax after a long day at Disney. I'll be coming back!

Yelp
Got a great deep tissues massage from Hilary and it was amazing. I had a bunch of knots in my shoulders which took a lot of pressure to get out. Truly deep tissue! I got lucky and was able to book a last minute appointment less than 24 hours in advance, which was a relief because I really needed a day to relax. Bonus points was that there was a discount offer happening when I visited which helped cover the gratuity. While there isn't a soaking area the seated area was nice and spacious with the ability to sit indoors and outdoors. There is a sauna that could technically fit two people on the beach, but I think it would feel awkward and cramped. The locker area is relatively small so I just planned my time accordingly. Since it didn't seem to be very busy this was not an issue. They thankfully validate parking which was a relief because due to self parking being at capacity I had to valet. Shout out to Ray who was super friendly when I arrived and left as I was internally stressing about having to pay for valet parking. All in all had a great time and due to the conscience of both booking, location and parking I'll happily go back.

Yelp
Mandara Spa is a third party spa located in the Swan and Dolphin Resort. When you walk in the lobby of the Dolphin hotel, you go past the beautiful fountain through a wooden entrance and turn before getting to the escalators. I had the Coconut Poultice massage. The massage therapist did a wonderful job and was able to find all my problem areas. Much needed after walking so many miles in the Disney Park. They also offer a beautiful relaxation room with a complimentary mimosa at the end. The decorations are fashioned of hand-carved wood, reminiscent of India. The only reason I couldn't give this spa 5 stars is that there is no jacuzzi/pool/sauna to enjoy. There is a steam room though and nice rainfall showers. Also, there is a nice outdoor patio to enjoy with views of the resort, but they were re-doing the sidewalk below and the construction noise led me back inside.

Yelp
We go here every time we go to disneyworld. It's definitely the best spa on property. But there's definitely room for improvement. While the facilities are impressive, they could use some sprucing up. The cushions are tired and floppy, the pagoda has large cracks, the outdoor furniture in such a well appointed room seemed out of place. They offer coffee, non branded water bottles, and cucumber water. I would like to see more options like Poppi or sparkling drinks. It would also be nice if they had better snack options, maybe a wasabi trail mix or chocolate covered nuts. I also think this spa lacks amenities that other spas make available. There is no access to a pool or spa (not even the hotels main ones). There's a small sauna in each locker room but why not an infrared one? Maybe a cold plunge pool or tub? The locker room is unfortunately very small. They also put me in a locker right next to another guest. It made changing and getting our stuff very awkward. Needs a full length mirror! The robes have seen better days. They're definitely well worn and the flip flops are kinda gross. I brought my own. It's odd because during the pandemic they were using some pure white waffle pattern robes that looked much nicer. And now they've switched back! My massage was kinda weird. The woman doing it had a strange vibe to her. Like she asked if I had anything to tell her and I mentioned I'm allergic to perfumes and scents. She then launched into a story about how she is "allergic to everything". Like she was trying to one up me or something? Very awkward. Then after the massage she asked if I wanted a mimosa. I said that I was ok, she said "are you sure? You're a big girl!". It just felt kinda weird and pushy. What if I were a recovering alcoholic? Maybe just accept the no.

Yelp
I was staying at the Dolphin for a conference and had a morning to myself. I booked a coconut poultice massage and a pedicure. They provide locking lockers and you can pick which locker you want to use. I have never had a coconut poultice massage before, but I would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat! I would have to say this was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I'm sad I don't live nearby to be able to do it again. When done, they lead you to a room where you sit and wait for the next technician to come get you. To me that was somewhat awkward, because I didn't know who was coming and whether they knew I was waiting. But someone eventually showed up and took me back for my pedicure. The pedicure was exceptionally well done, the leg massage was excellent, and it has been one of the longest lasting pedicures I've ever had. I was super impressed with my experience at the spa, and would highly recommend.

Yelp
Revisited and had an excellent experience start to end. Would like to upgrade to a five star experience.

Yelp
"Casper" my Masseuse was wonderful. She explained everything when she needed too and specifically after I was finished also the products she used that helped me with my neck!
google avatar

Aleisia D.

Yelp
This is a wonderful spa. The ambience is fantastic and very relaxing. The quality of the pedicure was perfect. The massage was obviously the best part. If you are staying at the dolphin and need a little R&R or some new time, I highly recommend booking an appointment at the spa.

Yelp
The spa was stunningly beautiful. Despite my initial reservations about booking a hotel spa due to previous experiences, I prefer a massage that is effective rather than just luxurious. However, my expectations were completely surpassed by Ash, who provided an exceptional and therapeutic experience. She was attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring that my body received exactly what it needed. If you are unsure about visiting this spa, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Ash immediately. The spa itself is beautiful with 2 relaxation rooms, a steam room (not the hottest in my opinion), and beautiful showers. They had every toiletry you could ever need and the robes they provide you to wear were divine! But did I mention Ash, I wish I lived here- I would be back every week!

Yelp
I had to urgently leave after having walked in and asking for their availability for a manicure, due to my dog consuming something she wasn't supposed to and becoming ill. I was a walk-in and had informed the lady I checked in with at the desk I'd need to leave and she informed me there would be a cancellation fee- I explained I didn't have a previously-scheduled appointment, I simply walked in and was told I'd need to wait 10-20 minutes to be seen for a fire/ice manicure. It was incredibly odd. She was very pressuring and insisted I reschedule my appointment and I said "ma'am, I have emergency, I will come back as soon as I can, I'm a local and can drop by at any point, but my dog is literally sick right now". And she told me she could not let me leave until I rescheduled or I would have a cancellation fee. I informed her that it didn't make sense because she didn't have my payment information and she shrugged. I apologized for needing to leave and just walked away. I was then called 3x after having left informing me I needed to reschedule or a cancellation penalty will be on my account. I'm more than confused and didn't like the lack of professionalism. I was really looking forward to treating myself at the resort that day and had an unexpected challenge arise and they just didn't match the vibe. So weird.

Yelp
The absolute worst experience I've ever had in a salon in all my life. I made reservations four months ago for myself and three of my friends to have hair and makeup professionally done for my son's wedding. When we arrived they told us that our appointments had been canceled they could not tell us when or by whom but now they had no appointments available And they could not fit us in. Imagine our shock here we are at a hotel hundreds of miles away where are we gonna get our hair and makeup done at this last moment they didn't scramble and were able to get a make up person to come in the next day When we arrived she attempted to apply make up to us, which turned out to look like a five-year-old applied make up to us. We should have stopped at the first application, but then again we had no other alternative so we continued. We did not look like clowns at the end, but we looked as though we had pancake foundation makeup applied to our face And when we got upstairs to our rooms, we end up taking it all off and putting on our own make up ourselves and flushing that $400 down the toilet bowl. they were not apologetic at all. They were very unprofessional at the reception desk and could not care in the least bit. There were no managers on staff to handle the situation, and I felt that it was handled very inappropriately and very childishly to say the least I personally would never step foot in any Disney property again but certainly not that Spa

Yelp
I visited the week of January 20-27 and booked a massage after several days of Disney parks. My masseuse was Ash and she was amazing. She provided an exceptional massage that left me on cloud 9....well done! As far as spas go, it was limited on some of the offerings of other Mandara Spas (no jacuzzi, sauna or ice rooms and the steam room was not working). However the common relaxation areas were very calming and the staff at the reception desk could not have been any more accommodating and polite. Would definitely return to this location get rejuvenated!!!

Yelp
When I vacation in Orlando I usually stick to the theme parks but this trip I added a massage. I was a bit reluctant as it's expensive and sometimes you never know what kind of massage you're going to get. Amanda was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing! I will be back! Not only was she professional but a true expert! If you have sore feet, achy back look no further and ask for Amanda. One of the best massages I've had ever! The spa itself was lovely. Had plush robes, comfy sandals and nice sitting rooms. Highly recommend

Yelp
I came here for a custom massage during my stay at the Walt Disney Resort. This was just what I needed as I had been stressed out from work and all the walking from Epcot and Universal Studios had me worn out as well. This place was extremely relaxing - highly recommend whether you're staying here or not.

Yelp
Needed a gel mani / it's Thanksgiving and my nails look so bad! I called here this morning and they said they had an opening at 1:00 so I booked it. I checked in and the woman at the desk was very polite. The nail technician came out quickly and took me to the back. I was in and out in less than an hour and my nails look great. The technician was friendly and very thorough. The spa was very clean and quiet. The cost was a bit pricey but that is to be expected at a spa, and it was a splurge for me that I totally loved! Forgot to mention that a glass of wine or a drink was also included!

Julie P.

Yelp
I have been to this spa a couple of times and this last visit was the worst. While the massage was great, the amenities that they used to have were not there. No champagne after the massage, the robes were old, no hair gel, etc. The water backed up in the room that I showered in. The lemon infused water was nice as I sat there and waited. It seems as if they are cutting back yet the costs are the same if not more. I do not think I will return.

Yelp
I had a massage done by Hillary, she did an amazing job. I requested the deep tissue massage but it was too painful so I asked Hillary if she could do a more relaxing one and she did. I did this on my last day and it was worth it! I came out relaxed and energized. Thank you Hillary for the great massage!

Yelp
Best Pedi service, absolutely the nicest staff. As a local I will definitely be back to relax! My husband really enjoyed the men's option. They also do accept spafinder giftcards!
google avatar

Megan S.

Yelp
Ashley at Mandara Spa is unlike any masseuse that I have ever had. She has a tender yet firm ability that is able to tame all aches and stress out of your body. She uses multiple techniques and seamlessly integrates them into a healing session that leaves you refreshed and rejuvenated! Her massage integrates mind, body and soul into a session that transcends you into peace and well being. I had a couples massage with my husband and am more relaxed and revived than I have been in a very long time. Thank you Ashley for everything that you do. You are truly an artist in your craft. Yelp
The massage therapist I had actually did a great job. Everything else was bad. The lounge areas are terrible - snacks and water were bad, the tea bags wouldn't even open (I had to go to have someone go to the front desk to get scissors to open the individual packet). The robes were just gross - very old and worn out, so weee the sandals. The shower area and steam room were just not nice - and only rain shower head (many people do not want to get their hair wet when showering before or after services and this makes that nearly impossible). It was just very outdated and generic feeling. Would never go back until it had been thoroughly updated and revamped.

Yelp
Beautiful spa and great experience. I went here on one of the days I was in Disney. It turns out that Mandara spa is not part of Disney but is its own business inside a Marriott hotel in walking distance of epcot. There are many packages and services to chose from. I first had a body exfoliation, then an 80 min massage, a manicure and a facial. Every experience was great and all of my technicians were fantastic and super nice. The other thing I really liked about Mandara is that it was so clean and organized. There were two waiting areas for people before, in-between and after services to wait. One was a quiet area and one was a conversation area. Both had tea a d were beautifully decorated. The only thing that could use improvement was the culture aspect. Some of the services and decorations played off of various cultures, not necessarily in a bad way but also not in a very accurate way. For example, one of the spa packages is called the "asian experience", which is pretty generic and would be cool if it was more specific as to which asian country the services in the package borrowed ideas from.

Yelp
I saw reviews of the spa and managed to get an appt within 2 days of arrival on premises of the resort. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by staff, who checked me in and then showed me around and what part of the facilities were open for my use. After completing some paperwork, I was greeted by the gentleman that was handling my massage and scrub. I opted to have the massage first and scrub second (per his reccomemdation) so I would not have to shower in between services. Tha massage was relaxing and he was very consistent in his technique and symmetry. The scrub felt good after having been in the sun for 2 days, although it almost felt like he was scrubbing the color out of my skin lol. I was able to use the shower and toiletry products in the locker room, the products which all smelled fabulous. Wish I had time to use the rest of the facilities but I had to go. I found it convenient that gratuity was already factored into my total. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

Elsie L.

Yelp
I treated myself to a facial at the Mandara Spa at the Swan & Dolphin at WDW on Saturday. I booked the facial two days earlier, and while time slots were limited, I was pleased to get in. I arrived half an hour early and was able to drink a relaxing cup of tea in one of the relaxation areas. There were several teas as well as infused water to chose from. It was lovely. Locker rooms were clean and there were showers and a steam room I could avail myself of had I wanted. The facial was good. I can't say more as I've only had a couple so I don't know what the difference is between awesome and good. I enjoyed it and felt very pampered. My skin looked great afterwards. There was no sales pitch during the facial although my specialist did tell me she had some recommendations for me that would be at the front desk when I checked out. I found this experience to be wonderful and relaxing.
google avatar

Erika R.

Yelp
When I scheduled my treatments, I tried to go for the asian/air package. This would have saved me 20% off on all three of my treatments. When I arrived at the spa, what ended up happening was that my facial was a completely different treatment than what I had requested. I was not able to get the 20% off discount like I had expected. Trying to figure out the situation with reception was near impossible, and they were giving me the impression that it was something that occurred on my end that caused the issue. In my confirmation email you can see that I have clearly bought all three items from the air package, but in my receipt not only was the customer name different from my name, but the Mandara facial was replaced with a radiance facial. I am waiting to hear back from the spa regarding this issue. Overall my esthetician and massage therapist were absolutely amazing. The place itself is very relaxing, but with the way I was treated by reception I will not go back to the spa again.

Yelp
I'm visiting from CA where spas aren't yet open. So, bear in mind that this is my first pedicure in 7 months. I loved the environment of the spa, the pedicure experience ($80) was decadent and rejuvenated my tired legs (3 days of parks, 2 to go!). My technician, Beatriz (?) was the perfect balance of chatting and quiet so that I was able to literally pass out. The set up of the pedicure area was really lovely and while it was similar to a long, long couch, there was only room for 4 clients and every other spot was blocked off to account for physical distancing. The prices are high, but I expected as much and felt my service was worth it. Returning customers get 30% off their next service!
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
I went in today and had a great service and the people are really nice but the facility was lacking! I never once saw someone throughout the spa. No one checked on me. There was no shampoo in one shower, no conditioner or body wash in another. The locker room was a mess. There were no blankets to cover up with in the lounge area... sad ... they were nuts all over one of the lounge chairs. Even on the window seal. A Band-Aid paper on one of the magazines. It's definitely not the same Old Reviews The most awesome spa in all of Orlando!!! Beautiful facility with amazing quality teas that I love and the sweetest people to take care of you.... there's valet parking so as soon as you pull up you start being pampered off the bat... It's a very nice relaxing atmosphere that's quaint. They have many services to choose from. They have specials and they also have a menu to order off of, so you can on the patio

Yelp
[538] I visited this spa years ago when I snagged an amazing Groupon deal. This time I saw one for 40% more then last time but still 30% off list so I went for it. Had a really good 80 minute "customized massage" which helped me relax and get into the vacation mood. The spa is nice but really just ok compared to prices they are charging. There is a spot for manicures. Separate spacious rooms for massages. One large relaxation room (shared with others) for when you are done with your massage. They really need a jacuzzi, brine room, sauna or ice room. Just a little something to justify the cost. The robes were comfy but the hard rubber flip flops stink. The staff is really nice. I don't think I will be back. Even with this current deal it wasn't worth it (to me).
google avatar

Casey B.

Yelp
What a peaceful and wonderful experience! Sylvia was AMAZING! I did the body scrub and a massage. Everything was perfection. Ended with complementary champagne. The recovery room was peaceful and comfy. Not as big as some other spas (just a steam room, no jacuzzi, etc) but still delightful.

Michelle L.

Yelp
Had an excellent deep tissue massage with Kimberly. The spa is basic, not a place to linger all day. There is a steam room, showers and lockers. The seating in the relaxation area is not that comfortable. However, the massage was wonderful and therapeutic.

Yelp
First time at a spa for a massage. Atmosphere: Nice and quiet. Great place to relax and have a peaceful time. They had a tea station and citrus infused water. Also they had trail mix as well. Definitely a great place to enjoy a nice book or to disconnect with the world. Great showers! Very clean and everything was stocked. Their shampoo made my hair feel nice and soft. Service: My group and I purchased a Groupon for a hour Swedish massage and a warm paraffin treatment. It was an nice massage but I have had better. I prefer a heavier hand masseuse and when I met my masseuse I asked if she could be a bit more heavy handed and she didn't. We had a great conversation (I enjoy talking during my massages) The gentleman who helps us in the front was very nice and multitasked like a pro. He didn't have us wait long at all.

Yelp
I booked a massage for my friend and a fire and ice pedicure for myself to celebrate finishing the Disney Wine and Dine half marathon. The main reason I chose Mandara was its convenient location to our hotel (WDW Swan). The services and the providers were amazing! My friend loved her massage and my pedicure was awesome. I was even offered a glass of wine with my pedicure. But the general operations of the spa were a little chaotic. From booking the appointment--I was on hold for a really long time--to our departure where my friend's locker malfunctioned, everything seemed disorganized. I don't know if the spa is poorly managed, but it would add to the experience if the font desk staff made the check in and check out processes more relaxing. There are several spa options on the WDW campus and in the future, I might choose a different one to see if it's any better.
google avatar

Erinn P.

Yelp
Best pedicure ever! This space is calming and peaceful. They have a tea room, a temple, and a private balcony for use by spa patrons. Pedis come with mimosas. Care was taken in an excellent foot and leg massage. The fire and ice pedi was just $75 - so reasonable. Will be making this a tradition to start future Disney vacations!

Yelp
had a couple of massages here over a week's stay. both times i saw Ali who was magnificent! she is very skilled with a kind and comforting demeanor. i have never been so relaxed and distressed. if you go here ask for Ali!

Yelp
Today, I had 50 minute massage and 25 minute Lime and Ginger Salt Glow scrub. My appointment started at 1230. I was done by 1330. (Scrub was 10 minutes) When I checked out and said something, I was told it included shower time. Really? 15 minute shower? They made it right by removing charge for scrub. (I was charged tip for both services.) The massage was A+. Best I've had. Many lockers are broken and lacking robes. The shower had many long black hairs stuck to walls. I do not know if there were sauna or steam rooms. They were not mentioned to me. Would have been appreciated to tell me where drinking water was.

Kyoji L.

Yelp
Never answer phone no matter the time of day. Called every day for a week straight and left messages. Gave me a call back over a week later while I was in a conference and unable to answer. Called back to the same automated voice message system. Terrible service.
google avatar

Carrie B.

Yelp
Beautiful spa but there is no customer service here. I scheduled a 50 minute massage for 1145am. I waited for 15 minutes and no one came to get me. I went to front desk to tell them. Waited another 15 and the therapist finally came to get me. Then said she could only give me a 30 minute massage otherwise she would be late for her next appt. Seriously? Not one apology and not one person tried to make it right. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I went in for stress relief and left even more stressed. I will never be back.

Yelp
I went to Mandara spa at the Swan and Dolphin 5 years ago and absolutely loved it! I was finally able to make a trip back, but this time, I was sadly mistaken in recommending the spa to my family and friends. It started with quadruple online booking where 4 people were able to be booked for 2 available facial spots as the spa only has 2 biotech machines. Once we got to the spa, there was an extremely small sauna where only 2 people in our party of 4 were able to sit down. There were used towels overflowing the women's bathroom as well as hazardous puddles if you did not watch your step. My biotech facial with Yenifer was unexpectedly messy. She was incapable of removing the majority of my blackheads even though it was my only concern listed in the questionnaire. I also left the facial with white crusty specs all over my face and stuck in my hair. During the last portion of the facial, she accidentally smeared products on my top lip where it started to tingle. The products then dripped on both of my lips and I was unaware the products could be toxically edible. If there was more attention to detail, the overall experience would have been positive. However, to end on a good note, I did appreciate the water and tea and 50% of our group had a wonderful time with other aestiticians.

Yelp
This spa experience was terrible. I will NEVER return to this spa ever again. I do not feel i got my money's worth at all. First of all i called for days and days and there was no answer. When i finally was able to book my (Groupon), my massage therapist talked to me about her cancer diagnosis for the duration of the massage (and yes I get that that's an awful thing and feel sad for her). This wasn't the time or place. I asked her to please massage a little stronger and she said she couldn't because she had just had a chemo session and she couldn't. At the end they MADE me give a 20% tip. Yes the tip was mandatory. I DO NOT recommend this spa. I believe it is poorly run, I did not get my money's worth and will unrecommend this place to all my friends and family.

Yelp
I was on the Norwegian joy this past November and made a massage appointment. Right after the treatment the lady who did my massage pushed me into seeing the doctor about injections. Before I knew it I was with the doctor. I felt venerable and pushed. There was no discussion of cost. It was close to 4,000 dollars. I was appalled. I had never had this done and I was taken advantage of. I filed with the BBB and have heard nothing.

Yelp
I recently had a massage at the Mandara Spa in the Swan and Dolphin. The ambiance immediately had a relaxing effect on me and then my massage therapist Ali, came out to greet me and take me to my room. She was sweet and engaging from the time she met me. Her massage had the unique effect of being relaxing as well as therapeutic. She masterfully worked out my knots and tightness and I felt like a new person when she was done. She then guided me to the balcony where I enjoyed a cup of tea and basked in the sunshine. I felt pampered during the entire hour and begrudgingly left to face the real world more refreshed! What a great experience!!

Yelp
The only positive about this was the ability to get an appointment. Once my daughter arrived, she was told they weren't able to remove the shellac from her nails, nor were they able to repair one of her acrylic nails. All they were able to do was paint over her already painted nails with old polish that left her nails looking atrocious. All the while the mail tech, having acrylic nails, stated she got her nails done there at the salon. Our appointment was for a complete hour to accommodate the scheduled services. We will not be back and will not recommend.

Yelp
Just had an amazing example of customer service happen today. My reservation somehow didn't show in their system even though I had gotten a confirmation number. The manager at first was going to give me a gift card to come back and get my service another time for free but then due to a last minute cancellation, the front desk person called me and got me in a couple hours later. I was ready to pay the full amount but the manager insisted it was comped. Awesome customer recovery! Will be back!

Yelp
This place is very relaxing and enjoyable! The massages are excellent. Experience personnel with a lot of knowledge to share. A place to come enjoy, relax and forget everything.

Yelp
Two of my ladypals and I thought it would be fun to get pedicures/manicures on our first day at the Disneyland resort before we start our days at the parks, so we booked at the Mandara Spa. They only had two nail techs on, so we weren't able to get our nails done at the same time (we were given 2pm, 215pm, and 315pm). First, it's expensive. Like, REALLY expensive. I got the Fire & Ice Pedicure. That's $75 base price. The hot stones were okay, but I have no idea what the ice part was, or if it even happened. I asked for some nail art: red toenails with a black Mickey head on the big toes and black and white polka dots. The lady rushed through EVERYTHING and barely talked to me the entire time. She made a mess of one nail, which she redid, but the polka dots were still sloppy. Apparently they charge extra for "all the nail art" on a per nail basis, and then throw on a 20% AUTO GRATUITY on top of it (which applies to everyone whether you are a party of one or a party of three, etc). I paid $114 USD all in for the worst pedicure of all time. Hands down the most regretful purchase of my entire trip. The other girls I went with had polish come off their nails within a day. The quality just isn't there. :( The decor of the spa is nice, and they give you tea or cucumber water while you wait, which was probably the only good thing about this place. Save your money. Go off resort. Go before you get to the resort. Just don't go here.

Yelp
I've gone to this location a few times. They have a nice Japanese meditation room and good service. I usually get the deep tissue massage and am always disappointed with the amount of pressure used or when elbows are used because the hand strength is not strong enough. This time, I was partnered with Bill/William. He was absolutely amazing! He knew where all of my pressure points were and really did a good job keeping steady and hard pressure the whole time. He kept my needs and trouble areas in mind the whole time. I got off the massage bed and wanted to melt into the ground. Definitely will be requesting him next time!

Yelp
Mandara spa is the best spa you can find on Disney property. I went to senses last year and it was definitely not up to par. Mandara is beautifully decorated and has a great ambiance. They have only have a sauna no pools or hot tubs. They have tea and trail mix to snack on. They have two giant gorgeously decorated relaxation rooms with plenty of room. The seats and cushions are so cozy and relaxing. I got a pregnancy massage and it was wonderful. I was even able to order a burger and fries to the spa! Being able to order food so you can relax all day in the spa is the best! Highly recommend. Will come back!

Yelp
As soon as I walked into the swan resort I was expecting an average spa with high Disney resort prices. To my surprise it turned out the complete opposite in most ways. Yes the prices aren't what you pay at nail salons but it's a spa and you kinda expect their services to be a bit pricier. The spa itself to me was a magical serene escape. With oriental decor and lots of openness made it a perfect day for relaxation. Their waiting lounge was well equipped with teas, coffee and a few edibles. Each massage room had its own private shower and some had a private jacuzzi. The locker rooms were very clean too with a nice steam room. The nail services staff was very friendly and kept on checking in on our comfort. The whole place was top notch when it came to class and style. Definitely very luxurious without the snotty attitude. There is wallet parking which is validated by the spa. I'd highly recommend this to parents or adults trying to take a break from the Disney madness.

Yelp
Located at the Loew's Portofino Hotel but with no interior access. You do have to walk outside if I'm not mistaken. I passed by a lovely swimming pool surrounded by sand which was unique. I had to use the gym and was sorely disappointed that there's an additional $10 charge per visit to use the gym? The gym is decent though. I wanted to wind down so I checked out the rest of the facility. Typical steam rooms, locker room and a lounge area but nothing that blew me away. The front lobby area has a lot of nice products. Spas should give me that relaxing, blissful, pampered feel afterwards. I just wasn't feeling it here.

Yelp
I went into the spa and was greeted by ms. Dolsie - very polite, helpful and hold her responsibility over the job very seriously , you'll see why once you finish read my review. I called in first to check on the schedule of massage therapist would be available for same day reservation they didn't have spot open but they put my name on the list just in case no show or any cancellation. Then for 2-3 hours I got a called from them that they can squeeze me in last minute yay!! Since I was in the area. Went in to enjoy the spa heated jacuzzi was a blessed, warm up relax then the girl name Anna guide me into the warm massage table cozy temperature room. I had a cold nature specially my hands and feet so she took bag of Paraben warm enough to make me soak into the moment and compete relax. She's really well trained and gave me a full rest walked out of the room feel like a noodle. In the locker room has dry and wet sauna to make sure after the session their customers could still enjoy the facility Helia - was the locker room attendant came up to me followed up with my massage along of offering wine or champagne to drink that come with strawberry wow !!! Which spa does that ! Helia was hand down caring her hospitality mindset is far beyond I would ask for. The dressing room , relaxing spot , complimentary drink was fantastic!!! The well manner respectful of all staff there were amazed me. And kept me smile for 3 days after. 2nd visit was even far beyond peaceful relax and professional handle by Wilson. His hands were strong but not too strong to give me the sense of uncomfortable feeling !! Just perfect , I got my peaceful professional massage also fixed my stiff muscle tissue that I've been having problems for the past feel week before I met Wilson !! Thank you for the clean, professional , great hospitality beautiful facility like Mandara Spa

Yelp
Jenny (or Jennifer?) was fantastic for 80-minute signature massage. I would have given 5 stars, but I went with my husband and he did not enjoy his service as much as I did, although we paid for a deep tissue upgrade. The spa is very beautiful, but I think the relaxation areas could have less traffic and more comfortable seating to decompress. But I would go back here again, especially for the same service with the same excellent technician.
