In January 2026, our family stayed at this hotel to celebrate our son’s 4th birthday. The hotel staff prepared a wonderful message, beautiful decorations, bath toys, and a cake in our room. In addition, during breakfast, they surprised him again with a cake and a birthday song. Not only the birthday celebration, but every aspect of the service was perfect. It became an unforgettable memory for our son and for our entire family. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Sherly, Ochi, Tami, and Vollyn for their thoughtful preparations, to Dilla at the front desk for her kind and attentive assistance, and to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

We visited Jakarta to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From a birthday slideshow welcoming us using our family photos, to room decorations and complimentary cakes, every detail was thoughtful. The service was excellent, the room was spacious and always impeccably clean, and the daily towel art was a lovely touch. They even surprised me with a birthday song and cake on our last day. A wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay in Central Jakarta I had an amazing experience at MO, Jakarta. The hotel’s location is right in the heart of the city, with easy access to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, great dining within walking distance. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Daily housekeeping was excellent - special thanks to Valen, who added a personal touch by creating fun towel art that our kids absolutely loved! The city view from the room was a lovely bonus, especially at night. What truly stood out was the service; every staff member we interacted with was professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay feel extra special. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international dishes to choose from each morning. The overall vibe of the hotel beautifully balanced luxury and warmth, making it perfect for families like ours. I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located stay in Jakarta!

We were surprised and impressed by our room upgrade, which gave us a fantastic view of Jakarta from the 22nd floor. Many thanks to Gio, the desk clerk! The one-bedroom suite was more than spacious, and we enjoyed spending four nights in comfortable luxury. The room came with a breakfast buffet that varied daily and contained more than enough choices to satiate our appetites. We also ate at Li Feng, with its delicious Cantonese fare and elegant decor. We did several workouts and found the exercise space and equipment clean and well-provisioned. The cleaning staff were flexible and responsive to the handy electronic "Make up room" button. All in all, our stay was made perfect by the friendly staff, and we were very happy to have chosen to stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.

My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental for our wedding anniversary, they facilitated us to get "Selamat Datang" Monument HI view (we're so happy 😊) and they surprised us with a cake in our room, along with a message and swan decorations 😊. When we dined at the restaurant, we received another congratulatory cake (from Jennifer and Vina) 🥰. Wow, their hospitality is outstanding 😁! All the staff were friendly, in the restaurant, we were served by the friendly and informative Anna. The menu was delicious and the portions were generous. Breakfast was varied and of high quality, and coffee was available for takeout. The gym facilities were complete, and infused water was also available. The location was very strategic, with direct access to car-free day on Sundays and close to Grand Indonesia Mall. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, for making our stay so memorable. Alhamdulillah. Older facility, on quieter side of the Bundaran circle/Thamrin and need to take some detours on foot to get to Grand Indo and The Plaza sides. Place is well maintained and everything works! AND, staff were amazing!! In housekeeping, we have Novi, Dewi and Tasya. Friendly and very sweet. They even brought me a coffee machine overnight without my asking… and re-arranged my messy makeup table nicely every day. Cinnamon Cafe, Arin, remembered how I like my eggs, from day 2! Obliging barista poured me half a cup of oat milk for me to make coffee in my room… Receptionist, Ika, knew my name by the second time, and very quickly and efficiently sorted my requests, all with a beautiful smile :) For all that and them, I will be back (( hug)) Only took a photo of the gym. The treadmill worked well, place is clean… nothing flashy or fancy but fully functional. Just missed the massage and facial unfortunately due to change of evening plan.

Top-Notch Hospitality in the Heart of Jakarta. I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and attentive — from check-in to housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes and fresh offerings, which made every morning enjoyable. The hotel’s location is superb — right next to a major shopping center and easy to reach important areas of the city. I appreciated the hotel’s facilities including the pool, gym, and overall ambience. I would like to praise their excellent service, which stands out compared to many other hotels. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ika, who was extremely helpful, informative, and always warm with her smile.
