Very bad experience at a 5 star hotel. From the 1st day to the 3 day, the whole hotel has no working air-conditioner. They stated that they are fixing their pipes but even after 1 whole day, the room was very hot. There were no offers to upgrade for free or change rooms. even after changing rooms, it remained hot and was perspiring next morning. There was air and wind but not cold at all. Worst part was that, we even realised a couple of days after we checked out that our diamond bracelet was missing from its box (we never used it at all). We have placed it in the safety box and was supposed to be secure. But the hotel management only said that they are investigating with very slow updates, only to claim that there are nothing wrong. Even if it was misplaced in the room, then it should have at least been found and kept at Lost and Found section. There are better cheaper hotels nearby for the same location. This is one of the worst hotel experience ever for us.

We were surprised and impressed by our room upgrade, which gave us a fantastic view of Jakarta from the 22nd floor. Many thanks to Gio, the desk clerk! The one-bedroom suite was more than spacious, and we enjoyed spending four nights in comfortable luxury. The room came with a breakfast buffet that varied daily and contained more than enough choices to satiate our appetites. We also ate at Li Feng, with its delicious Cantonese fare and elegant decor. We did several workouts and found the exercise space and equipment clean and well-provisioned. The cleaning staff were flexible and responsive to the handy electronic "Make up room" button. All in all, our stay was made perfect by the friendly staff, and we were very happy to have chosen to stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta.

Outstanding hotel! The staff here are the best. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. It’s all of the thoughtful touches — from the slippers and turn down service, the divine towels, the room size, and the delicious breakfast — everything combines for an amazing stay. In fact, I was working at the desk in the room and wished that I had remembered to bring a mouse pad and the next day, a mouse pad appears after I return to my room from a morning out. Just one of many examples of the care and thought that goes into making a stay more enjoyable! Well done!

Our overall stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The location, customer service, food, room comfort, and amenities were all excellent. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Every member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience, consistently delivering outstanding service throughout our stay. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our visit and would visit again.

Staff was very accommodating for my wife’s birthday. Breakfast was included and the spread was good. Due to MO Fans membership. Rectified a mosquito issue the next day. Which was good as well. Spa was under maintenance, which was unfortunate. But the experience was still good. Location was great!

Staff are feeling very welcoming, willing to engage with guest. Vollyn & Tami had extended professional to us for preparing our stay. Fans of M.O. in Jakarta go extra miles, we got upgraded and celebration cake even we walk in to MO Bar for dinner. The building itself is old and the noise sound from outside are bad experience to the stay. Overall is a good value for money and quality choice in Jakarta.

We spent 2 night and very satisfy. The staffs are very nice. Helpful with smiles. Great staffs always help with smile. Clean and comfy room . Spacious room. Clean and nice decoration. High quality breakfast. We got city views at 26th level. Beautiful view

The experience in this hotel has been amazing so far. What I would point out as the difference between other hotels in Jakarta is the service from all the hotel staff. They are extremely kind, helpful and always happy to help. Thank you especially to Jade from the Cinnamon restaurant for bringing such joy to my breakfasts! ☀️ Who knew travelling for work could be such a great experience!
