The best hotel in Jakarta!! stay for 5 nights at this hotel, i would like to said im really happy with the hospitality from all the staff, start from the guard (cant remember their name), reception (Shella) with helping smooth check in process!! the breakfast was great!! the team at the restaurant ( Valen,Monica, & Palma) was really awesome!!! i really enjoyed my stay in this hotel! definitely will come back. Kuddos and good job all the staff!!! thanks for making my stay awesome!!

I have had good experiences with the Mandarin Oriental hotel chain in the past and decided to book some time in the Jakarta hotel for me and my family. The expected quality was there and a 5 star hotel of this caliber has all the facilities you would expect. I would commend the breakfast which is varied and delicious and not in any way rushed. The rooms are gorgeously spacious and lack nothing. While the hotel may seem a little dated, it is clear that everything within is of the highest quality. And that brings me to the distinguishing feature of MO Jakarta - the people! From check in to check out, everybody was so attentive and genuinely happy to help. From the first morning at breakfast where the head chef gave us a guided tour of the offerings, to the wonderful room attendants (honorable mention to Astri), everyone associated with MO Jakarta was simply amazing. And that what makes this hotel stand out. Many hotels around the world have sumptuous facilities and food but when it is combined with outstanding service and genuine hospitality, it creates an indelible experience. Heartily recommended!

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning feel refreshing. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable – I had some of the best sleep during my stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of local and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. The peaceful ambiance throughout the hotel made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the warm and friendly staff. Every team member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and always ready with a smile – truly elevating the overall experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and peaceful city escape with top-notch hospitality.

This is an exceptional hotel and surely one of the best hotels in Jakarta. Service is extremely professional from the moment you check in and they’ve thought of everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and views across Jakarta are great. The food at both breakfast and in the club lounge are excellent. The location is central whether for business or exploring the city, though traffic is, as ever, a challenge. The room service menu is superb. We loved the hotel.

Exceptional service - staff not only met my needs, but exceeded them (eg provided a mousepad when they saw I was using a folder to work). Prompt, clean facilities and great location (although noisy but they did provide ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper). Gym was small but had the essentials. Lovely staff who are eager to help as needed. Hotel really helped to provide a quiet space which is helpful on work trips. Thank you to the MO Jakarta team!!

My favourite hotel in the capital since around 1980, because of the huge bathroom. The look now is totally different, but the spacious bathroom is even better. The 4 star is because of they don't have many dining options after 10 pm, otherwise they'll get a 5 star.

It was our first time visiting Jakarta and we had no regrets choosing Mandarin Oriental. They provided top-notch hospitality from the check-in, throughout the entire stay till the check-out. The deluxe king was very spacious and clean! Housekeepers did a wonderful job maintaining the cleanliness and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is situated opposite Grand Indonesia and took us less than 10 minutes to the nearest entrance of the mall. The breakfast spread includes a variety of bread and local dishes.

Amazing stay! Huge thanks to Tami for making it so special. They surprised my husband with a beautiful video and sweet writing on our hotel window – so thoughtful and memorable. The location is great too, just a short walk to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Perfect for shopping and exploring! Thank you Kelly and Estee for the ease of check in and check out and cheerful and welcoming hospitality. We really appreciate the efforts. Hope to come back with our kids next time.
