Our stay at Mandarin Oriental Vienna was exceptional from start to finish. The service was amazing and genuinely warm, with every member of staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. The hospitality stands out in the smallest details, from thoughtful touches in the room by housekeeping to the consistently friendly and attentive attitude throughout the hotel. The porters were especially sweet, professional, and extremely helpful, always ready with a smile, assistance with luggage, and helpful local advice. The location is excellent and makes exploring Vienna effortless. This is a hotel that truly understands refined hospitality and personal service. Highly recommended and we would absolutely return 🤍

An outstanding property with exceptional service from the beginning to the end of my stay. Rooms are spacious, and beautifully appointed. Dinner at Le Sept was a highlight, with the wine pairing being one of the best, it felt like the sommelier put the pairing together just for me, as the wines were spot on.

This is about the bar, not the rooms. I found the drinks to be rather underwhelming and average compared to the many creative small cocktail bars in the vicinity. Sure room for much improvement there. The service however was nice and friendly. Kudos to the German girl at the bar entrance, she was genuinely helpful and competent.

A few weeks ago, I didn’t have the best service experience here. On this return visit, however, that impression was completely turned around. From the moment I entered the building until I left, the service was fantastic. The signature drinks at the bar are inspired by paintings from the Belvedere Museum, and there are also three non alcoholic cocktails on the menu. The bar snacks are very good — the kimchi Leberkäse was amazing. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it a very pleasant place to spend time. American Express is accepted, as expected.

It was great stay! Felt like Arabic luxury exclusive home! We were on anniversary she made us big surprise and we wake up to make breakfast order in Arabic with concierge karina and we order dinner with her to room. Like pasmara restaurant in lunch. Karina was such a phone friend to my love wife! She took care of all the time and call us always if we need water or car. It is great ritz Carlton. We will be back with our kids in January and hope to have better room. Thank you, we liked ritz.

Dear manager Mario Habicher you probably didn't read my complaint carefully, there were free seats, it wasn't an illusion or an appearance, we just weren't told that we could sit at the bar, they simply told us no, we're getting ready for a party. That's it!!!! Coordinate your actions between the staff! Best regards
