My stay at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, elegance, and comfort in every detail—from the refined interiors to the serene atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. What truly elevates the experience is the outstanding staff. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality is remarkable. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, especially the lovely Jam, whose kindness, attentiveness, and welcoming smile made every visit a pleasure. Her service added a personal touch that reflects the true spirit of Mandarin Oriental. A sophisticated hotel, impeccable service, and an experience I would gladly repeat.

I had the most magical experience here at the Mandarin. The housekeeping staff were truly remarkable. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, they were super professional. In addition, the restaurant staff exhibited an attitude that was nothing short of phenomenal. If you ever find yourself eating at the restaurant in the Mandarin, please note that Jam, Suzana, and Melike (workers of the restaurant) are extraordinary; breathtaking to say the least.

My stay here was truly exceptional. The staff made every moment feel special and their service was warm, thoughtful, and consistent from the moment I arrived. I want to give special recognition to Salma because she went above and beyond throughout my stay. She surprised me with a birthday cake and made my celebration unforgettable through her kindness and attention to detail. I am grateful for the entire team and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a memorable and elevated experience.

We had a l Super Brunch at The Brassiere in December. There was a huge selection of gorgeous food, festive atmosphere and beautiful deserts. Jam was very helpful, gracious and accommodating. Adding to the festive atmosphere and making sure that we were very well looked after all the time either with drinks or desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon with the life music and very friendly service with a smile. We will always come back!! Sorry I couldn’t add more pictures because there were so many beautiful things !!

This is a very confusing hotel to review - because things are either mindblowingly great or disastrously bad - there are only extremes. Rooms are great with Japanese style toilets, but wifi speed is sub 1mbps. Breakfast is great but they always forget your order. I am generalising but they fprgot my order both days only for me to have be assertive on my third day. Reception is great but their invoice email never arrives. And the calls to reception gets picked up 1 of 3 times but when it connects they are very nice. Dear hotel manager - your hotel has a great potential - please get basics in place.

I regularly spend time at Mandarin Lounge in Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah for work, and my choice is not only driven by the elegance and beauty of the space, but also by the high level of professionalism and refined presence demonstrated by the team. The team consistently shows courtesy, strong organization, and great attention to detail. Even during busy and high-pressure times, they continue to perform with passion, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility, delivering a seamless and refined experience. My sincere and heartfelt appreciation goes to Irshad, Mahmoud, Norjan, Rana, Francisco, Kristina, Kai, Gevelyn, and Hassan. Thank you to the hotel management for this outstanding team, and to all staff members who continuously maintain such a high standard.

Brasserie is a great restaurant. The food was amazing and the buffet had a lot of variety. We were served by Jam and Elia, and they honestly made the whole experience even better. They’re very welcoming, friendly, and really took good care of us the whole time. Great service and great food — highly recommended.
