Traveled to Riyadh with family and experienced the best of hospitality at the Mandarin Oriental. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken care of. Lost luggage, changes in reservation, and more, the team handled every change with grace. The biggest thanks for Ashad, Hassan and Eliya for making every meal a family occasion. Your warmth was welcome every morning. Chef Shakeer, Chef Riyas and Chef Nisam went above and beyond to make our favorite Indian food for us for breakfast at request. We truly couldn’t recommend the experience more!

I had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at this hotel during Ramadan, and it was truly a magical experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and beautifully set to reflect the spirit of the holy month. The buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes — from traditional Ramadan specialties to international options — all prepared with great quality and attention to detail. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding; the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening. It was not just a meal, but a memorable experience filled with great ambiance and hospitality. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a special Iftar during Ramadan.

My experience at Fawanees Al Faisaliah was truly beautiful and unique. The place has a very elegant Ramadan atmosphere, and the décor feels both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. What impressed me the most was the variety of food; the buffet offers a wide selection of Eastern and Western dishes as well as desserts, and everything was well organized and clearly prepared with great care. The music was also soft and classy, perfectly matching the ambiance. It wasn’t loud or distracting; instead, it added a lovely touch that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I also have to mention Salma—she was incredibly kind and attentive. Her hospitality and professionalism truly stood out, making sure everything was comfortable and well taken care of for the guests. Her presence genuinely added a special touch to the whole experience

I had a wonderful Iftar experience at Fawanis 🌙 The food was delicious and well presented, with a great variety, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and family-friendly. The welcome was truly impressive — I was greeted by name and escorted to my table in a very professional and warm manner. Special thanks to the hostess who assisted me (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name), her kindness and professionalism made a great first impression. I would also like to thank Salma from Concierge for her lovely attitude and positive energy. She kindly showed us the kids area and coffee area, which added a very nice touch to our experience. Appreciation as well to Mr. Marcous and another manager for their warm welcome and for checking on our satisfaction. A great experience overall — definitely coming back and highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An unforgettable Ramadan evening at Fawanees, Mandarin Oriental Riyadh. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lovely hostess Salma, whose genuine smile and gracious attitude set the tone for the whole experience. She even kindly printed our bill for us with great attention and care. What truly surprised us was when Mr. Ahmed Saber personally escorted my husband and me to our table with remarkable humility and kindness. Only after we were seated did the waiter tell us that he is actually the "Director of Rooms "which made the moment even more impressive. It’s rare to see such grace and leadership in action. Despite the beautiful buzz and full house, the atmosphere was vibrant and perfectly organized. And the espresso coffee corner was simply wonderful the perfect touch to end a memorable evening. A truly remarkable Ramadan experience.
