Staff very friendly. They helped me to my room with my luggage Wifi is Available. However the hotel bathroom needs upgrade . Not usable at all. I couldn't even bathe my children . Let alone scared to use the toilet.

This is the most disgusting ‘’ hotel ‘’ I’ve ever been too in my life I want to start by. Saying this place looks like an old fashioned jail they have roaches , weird stains & holes in the sheet’s & furniture that looks like it has been thru word war 1 , i checked in really late at 1am and had no where else to go the room was so filthy I had to just sleep in the bed fully clothed with a hood on & check out the following morning !!!!!

Stayed for 1 night. My stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was very nice, I really enjoyed it. I had the full Jamaican breakfast. In fact it was so nice I went back on Monday. I had something different and it was scrumptious. I gave 4 stars as I don't give 5 stars for anything 😊

Excellent service at the front desk, friendly staff. Very clean rooms, nothing was out of place. Only the balcony needed some work but I was still able to go out and enjoy it. Will definitely be back.

So I stayed at this hotel for a weekend which was three nights. The experience was good. My family and I were here for My moms birthday dinner. Which was set up and beautifully decorated by the staff. It is super clean. Apart from the pool and most of the staff was very polite. The breakfast and the food was amazing even tho a little pricey but i will definitely stay here again.2🤗

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I was told by friends that since Mandeville isn’t a tourist town, I shouldn’t expect to find great hotels there so I had lowered my expectations tremendously. However, i was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the Junior Suite with balcony . The room looked comfortable . The mattress was squeaky and needed to be changed however honestly we slept well. The AC worked well also. However the bathroom fixtures are old and need to be upgraded. We would have preferred a shower instead of a tub. There was also only one wash cloth for two guests. The pool needed to be cleaned and wasn’t turned on so that wasn’t an option for us. We appreciated the welcome drinks and we chose to have rum punch. The rum punch was well made and very strong. We also loved the buffet breakfast on Sunday. It was delicious with great choices. We felt like this hotel gave us value for our money.

We got married there in December 2022, the food and the service was exemplary. Ms. Elliot made my special day stress free and beautiful. Everything was perfect apart from me being hours late lol, and they were so accommodating.

I'm giving this review from the perspective of someone who used to live in Mandeville but now lives overseas. The hotel is in the middle of the city and allows you to access the entire town because of its central location. If you don't mind walking, you won't need a car and taxes are readily available. They're food places all around and lots to do. Mandeville is into your typical tourist destination as there are no beaches close by. But if you want to be a part of the Jamaican culture, this one's quiet town it's a good place to start as you have lots of interactions with the locals. That being said, if you're looking for somewhere quiet which has food and a little entertainment on property then this is your place. The property is older but will suit all your needs, especially if you're just looking for a place to crash. I did live in Mandeville but had the opportunity to stay in some of the rooms and use some of the facilities as well and they were always clean and good to go. Service was always excellent as well. Tip : if you're looking to stay here, call the hotel directly as you may get better rates than what you see online.
