Authentic high quality fresh delicious food. The bread that came out at the start was a warm straight out of the oven. The pasta was divine. Beautiful setting. Affordable. Great service. Great wine. Very good value (€60 euro ish for two, with a starter to share, a glass of wine each, and a pasta dish).

Amazing food and service! We came for a late lunch and sat inside to enjoy air conditioning. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful 😊

Tucked away in one of Cefalù’s charming alleyways, Mandralisca Sedici is a notch above your average trattoria—both in style and quality. We kicked things off with an outstanding octopus salad and a generous portion of beef carpaccio, both packed with flavor. The mains? Ravioli with pork, creamy risotto with scampi, and perfectly done spaghetti vongole—all delivering above-average deliciousness. Prices are a bit higher, but if you’re into great food, it’s worth it. Definitely a spot for those who appreciate quality over just another touristy meal!

Food here is extraordinery good, we went for octopus salad served with slices of orange, tasted heavenly good, same pasta with clams. The only disadvantage was not enough efficiently working air conditions.

The restaurant has a dining room and outdoor seating (see photos). Service was very friendly and efficient. The special of the day what grilled whole fish (sea bream) for €25. It was well prepared but unfortunately, it was not descled so one could not eat its skin. The Sicilian salad was surprisingly small and consisted of tomatoes, some olives, and capers. Their bread basket offer in-house baked rolls, which are truly amazing! The washrooms are sparkling clean, well stocked, and smell great. If not for the rolls and washrooms, my rating would have been lower...

The pasta con le vongole was very very good. The staff were kind and made the experience enjoyable. I would recommend this bistrot!

Easily the best food we had in Sicily. We had the squid rings fried in bread crumbs, the grilled lamb, and the sea bream. Every dish made our taste buds dance in blissful delight. Our only regret was that we didn't have space for dessert. Service was great, the staff is very professional and kind.

Friendly staff, high quality ingredients. We ordered both the pork loin and the mussels pasta and the octopus as the appetiser. The octopus was perfectly cooked, very good. The mussels pasta was delicious, lots of garlic and perfectly seasoned. However, the pork loin with bitter dark chocolate sauce was very disappointing, stone dry and tasted frankly quite bad. Unfortunately had to leave it. The restaurant could probably benefit from leaving the dish out from the menu all together, since everything else was basically perfect.
