Mandurah Hotel

Poor and lousy service. Breakfast was so-so. Dirty floors in level 3. Elevator was broken. The room had an odd design - has gaps between toilet doors (had to put towel to cover). The choice of tap is too short for the sink and causes water to spill everywhere. Pillow quality was bad. Bed was not comfortable. Not asking for a lot but if you were to charge nearly RM400 per night, it has to be at least comfortable and functional (did not expect luxury). Has potential to be the nicest beachside hotel in Kuantan but very very very poor maintenance. Heard they’re changing management soon that could be why the service was below average. 3 stars only for the ocean view from the room.

Having family room. Room clean and facing sea view. 2 toilets and room are huge. 2 queen bed. Basis amenities given. Limited TV channel. Should include basis TV channel as TV1 TV2 and TV3 at least. Breakfast can be improved. Taste wise so so. May consider to add more breakfast items.

Bad review for this hotel because the hotel is so so. The breakfast is worst. The smell at 7th floor is stingy. The water heater inside my room is malfunction. Pay attention this price and need to go outside for iron you shirt. Parking limited. When there is event no parking fpr you eventhough you are the customer. Regret choosing this hotel. Worst hotel so far at the end 2023

This is a humble budget hotel with elevators. The room, bath, bedsheets, towels and bedsheets are clean. The staff is nice and friendly. Nice atmosphere, beautiful beach and surrounded by many amenities... supermarket, clinics and petrol station just a cross the road. Breakfast not included. No swimming pool.

This hotel has its ups and downs. First of all, it does not have a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet lacks variety, and the taste is average, nothing extraordinary. On the positive side, the seaview is nice. However, the beach is not ideal for playing around, as the sand is muddy. The rooms are average. If you are looking for a place just to relax without much activity, then this is an affordable option for you.

Place of healing and bonding. Mid priced hotel by the beach. Small group seminars and workshop activities for learning and brain storming. Reasonable quality food served at a price suited to your budget. Hold functions near the beach too. Enjoy the sights and sounds with the family, buddies or teammates. Peace.

Not a big hotel, but enough to cater our needs, nice beach frontal location. Superb ambience at the beach cafe and good location. Room can be a bit frustrating unless you take family suite which have the direct beach view, otherwise you'll get a side view (partial greenery, partial Seaview), but that's OK. Morning walk around 7am - 8am is the best.
