Wonderful accomodation in Roseto! Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, large balcony facing towards the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. My partner and I were here for two nights and loved our stay. Stunning location and great access to the main walking strip in Roseto. 10 minute walk to the train station. Complimentary breakfast each morning in the courtyard was delightful. Thank you to the friendly ladies who helped make our stay so enjoyable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊😊

Spent 3 nights here in July for under $90 a night, loved it far more than my $300 a night hotel in Barcelona! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and we added a roll-in bed for free!||Just only one small street to cross to get on the beach! The hotel allocated beach umbrellas and beds. Great value for beach lovers!||Downstairs is one of the best restaurants in town. I loved the fish menus. I will go back to this hotel as soon as I am back in the area.

Perfect location in the center of the city. Location brings parkin problem. Table and chair could be more comfortable for working with laptop. Bed and pillows ware good for me. Perhaps water heater could be added to the amenities. While thinking were to stay next time, perhaps I choose this hotel again. Thanks.

Hotel is set one row back from the beach, but the sea can be seen from most front facing rooms. We paid seventy two pounds for a sea facing room with huge balcony and breakfast. Faultless, spotless contemporary room with quality bed linen.

Positives: Estethically pleasant, modern building, big rooms, clean, near the seaside, good restaurant in the hotel ||||Negatives: noise from the restaurant (loud on the first floor), a lot of noise at 5pm while resting (they were cleaning the restaurant and shuffling chairs for an hour), breakfast is dissapointing: only toast bread, no other fresh bread like pistolets or croissants, no egg,... , service is friendly but do not speak english ||||Overall, I would not come back due to lacking breakfast.

Pernotto business, in questo hotel a due passi dal lungomare di Roseto. Reception un po piccola, camera grande ben arredata, ma un po freschina, nonostante sia stato fatto notare alla|Reception. Bella il getto d’acqua della doccia. Colazione minimalist solo dolce, anche se con prodotti di qualità, ho dovuto chiedere un toast per poter fare una colazione salpata. Bravissima e gentilissima la ragazza della reception. Quindi diciamo che andrebbe provato in piena stagione.
