I stopped by for a quick lunch after visiting Cheong Fatt Tze and ordered the spaghetti aglio olio. Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had! It’s more of a fusion style with bold spices, which I really enjoyed.
Because I couldn’t stop thinking about their pasta, I came back another day and tried the grilled chicken, which was quite disappointing. It was bland and didn’t meet my expectations at all. Thankfully, they had live jazz that day, and the music, paired with the breezy afternoon vibes, made the visit worthwhile.
Would I return? Definitely, for the live jazz and that unforgettable aglio olio :) Will I try their other menus? Maybe not without recommendations!
