Salmon Roe Is the Perfect Ingredient For This Moment

"A creative plate — billed as “ras & pasta” — finished with creamy stracciatella, lobster and a scatter of salmon roe, using the beads to add salty, briny bursts alongside the richness." - Tammie Teclemariam

Google
i very rarely get upset with anyone who works in customer service but the experience i had (not even as the potential buyer) was horrendous. we were looking for a swimsuit top for my friend and i was helping her out. first off INCREDIBLY overpriced swimsuits. the lady working on the second floor was incredibly rude and got upset with my friend for taking "too long" in the dressing room. as well she was upset for me putting clothes my friend that did not fit in the DESIGNATED baskets for clothes that do not fit. she not only yelled at my friend but at me and told me that it was my responsibility to put every item back because "she was not going to keep running back and forth to do it". even when i asked her what the size of a top was she said "i dont care what size it is just put it back". was already hesitant with the prices but instantly walked out after her incessant attitude

I purchased several items from this store 2 days ago, and within 30 minutes of getting home all 3 items broke. I couldn't find the receipt and brought the items back to the store, and they said they can't do anything without a receipt. One item was a hat, and they grabbed the only other hat in the store like it and swapped it out, despite me telling them that it doesn't fit me. They told me it was too bad, that they had no obligation to me, a customer, to fix the issue, and to either deal with the broken hat or deal with the small hat. The supervisor and other employee in the store were both disrespectful and rude, had no name tags, and refused to work with me. I will not be shopping here again.

Go upstairs! You will be shocked at the amount of swimwear available. More than I've seen anywhere. Some of the prices are high, but great sale selection too. Good help from sales assistant. If you miss the second floor you miss all the fun!

Barely got into the store and an employee (who I'm assuming is not a medical professional) screamed that we needed masks. We gladly walked out, as we do not take medical advice from retail clerks. Spent across the street. They had their beautiful faces uncovered and breathing fresh air.

A clearly disgruntled employee named Tina just put my 6 year old kid out the store at 9:45pm because she was holding a drink with a lid. There were many other people waking around with drinks but this woman opted to bully my 6yo daughter as I was at the register paying. When I turned around I found my poor kid alone outside. SHE COULD HAVE BEEN SNATCHED!!! I immediately called the store to inform a manager. I was told that Perry will be there in the morning. They’ll be hearing from me tomorrow!

Google
Yeah not a fan at all. Not very friendly staff, no one helped me, or offered. Also didn't like how EVERYTHING WAS FULL PRICE, almost as if I was inside a department store. If you're in retail and on a beach, have deals or sales or discounts, bc that's what tourists expect tbh.

Yelp
I am SHOCKED that this place has fewer stars. This place has so many good quality gifts and souvenirs. We ended up getting a colorful painted spoon holder that says Bonita Springs and it has some manatees on it. We also got a painted glass jar. We also got a magnet and (candy skull and mermaid) stickers that say Bonita Springs. We also got water shoes. They have a ton of water shoes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Typical tourist trap type place, offering bathing suits, trinkets, etc. Not a bad place, but really nothing unique.

Yelp
I am also surprised by the previous negative reviews. First visited this store 4 years ago and returned this week. This is a great store to buy/browse swim and beachwear on the second floor. Nice selection of styles and prints (2-pieces), mostly only the standard S-M-L sizes though. I have lucked out each time I've visited. On the recent visit we also picked up kids' summer hats and a new one for me. We had no issue with incorrect prices charged at check out but was warned final sale on the swimsuit. Would return again!!

Yelp
We've been coming to the island for years and stop here once or twice each visit for new boards, sweatshirts or souvenirs. My 12 year old wanted to buy herself a sweatshirt, when we went to pay the price was higher then the tag. Turns out they just switched owners and added higher price tags on the other side, without taking any of the old tags off. Not cool, but happens. When my daughter noticed after paying we asked the 2 people at the registers and they could not have been more rude. Almost scoffing as I asked why they didn't remove the old tags, the younger one simply said 'well, you can't return it anyway because we only do exchanges'. Way to show the 12 year old how not to behave in future jobs. There are so many other beach shops, we'll be sure to go to one of those instead from now on. Terrible.

Yelp
Just off the bridge and turn right If you need a bathing suit go here. Lots and lots of them Upstairs and down stairs. You can take the elevator up. Lots of one and two pieces Not many dressing rooms Not the cheapest Don't expect much help Not many in plus sizes Souvenirs, jewelry, and usual beach stuff One cashier down stairs

Arianna M.

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend going here, there's other places around that are much better. The employees in the clothing section were just overall rude & it made the whole experience looking for souvenir's uncomfortable.

Haley M.

Yelp
Do not buy any clothes here unless you 100% know they fit. The receipt says you have 7 days to return but that's false. We bought a t-shirt in the evening (around 7), came home and it did not fit. Went back that same night around 10 and they told us we couldn't return the shirt. Just be aware they do not follow their return policy

Yelp
Stopped here for the henna. The henna artist is rude and unprofessional. I will never give him my $. My mom received henna here last year and today and the artist tells the same rude stories about how he is the best and the other shops steal his designs and his customers.

Yelp
3.5 stars. I happen to love schlocky beach souvenir stores. They are endlessly entertaining to me, and Mango Bay ranks among some of the best I've found based on sheer size and volume alone. They've got the requisite flamingo-in-the-sunset beach towels; boobie bottle openers; seashell encrusted jewelry boxes; build-your-own rock collections; plastic thermometer magnets; gold lamé bikinis; beer stein sunglasses, etc. etc. etc. But there's two levels of it. And hidden corners of it. A whole wall devoted to magnets. Entire shelves of shot glasses. It goes on, and on, and on. Unless I'm re-upping a piña colada, it's rare I leave the beach during daylight hours. But if it's raining in Fort Myers Beach, you just might find me hidden amongst the infinite merchandise at Mango Bay.

Yelp
Sanibel location. So disappointed. Was one of my go-to places years ago...seems to be turning into mainly a shop for young boys. Was sectioned into basically thirds before: Women's, men's, and children with a few shelves of made in China touristy souvenirs. Now? it's more than half board shorts, sweatshirts (sweatshirts?) and t-shirts you can get anywhere instead of the good selection of Columbia, and salt life, and other sporting clothing in the past. The women's section is opened up to a shop behind with a HUGE selection of swimsuits. But, you would only find a few racks of coverups or the strangely gigantic selection of regular priced sweatshirts if you wanted to be able to go from beach to restaurants without a whole wardrobe change. Eh.

Yelp
Can't give it zero stars but if I could I would. Bought a swimsuit bottom for my fiancé and thought if she didn't like it she could exchange it, not so even though the receipt says no refunds, exchanges only. So when we went in to exchange they said it was Florida law that they couldn't be exchanged even though they were never worn and the guard on the bottoms was never touched. The employee advised us that there is a sign on the counter...the same counter that the merchandise was on so you can never see it. The clerk never said a thing about it and looked as if she was a foreigner. Another employee came over and said we could exchange it but came over a short time later to tell us that she had spoke with the manager who said that it was the law that they couldn't exchange. We then left. I did some searching on the net and actually found the Florida statute website and found that there was nothing when I searched 'bathing suit' or 'swimwear' so really not sure what the clerks were talking about when they were referring to the 'law' I think that the business is in it for the tourists and don't want to deal with returns. If this is the case they should just post that on a big sign. As far as the sign on the counter...utterly useless. Not going to be a return customer...and we stay here every year. Just saying'

Yelp
Check prices carefully! Item was priced wrong according to the checkout girl but somehow that was my fault and the price changed as she rang up the order.

Yelp
One of the best shops in ft Myers beach!! Good staff, big selection. Don't only go here go to others as well!

Emily M.

Yelp
Decent bathing suit selection. Terrible customer service. The lady upstairs made us feel like we were going to steal something. It was so bad I left. I would have bought a few suits otherwise.

Curtis D.

Yelp
Nice store, but . . . They close at 9:00 p.m., and start turning the lights out on you at 8:45 p.m. They made us feel most unwelcome, and when my wife asked, at 8:50 p.m. if my daughter could try on a suit (no refunds or exchanges), we were told, "We'll be here at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow." So much for customer service.
