Service was amazing, food was delicious. We had 10 of us there that day and everyone had a good time and enjoyed their food. Thank yall!

Google
Fabulous place to eat. The service, from getting seated to the meal itself were superb. There is porch seating where you can watch activity outside the restaurant. I had haddock tacos with fried plantain. My husband had mango grilled mahi with fried plantain and broccoli. They have a kids menu too.

Tasty food, good local tap beer, great service, fun vibe when we were seated in the bar area.

My husband and I were stopping through town on our way home to the panhandle of Florida, and let’s just say we weren’t disappointed!! The atmosphere, the staff, the food— it was all wonderful! The food was TOP NOTCH, we cannot wait to come back. We are planning a whole weekend getaway and making sure we stop again!! We live in the Destin area of Florida, and we thought we had the best coconut shrimp there was. But no, you guys were over the top!!!! And the hand battered fish, it was the perfect medium to crunch and buttery!! 10/10!

On our trip to St. Agustine FL, we made a quick stop at Mango Mango's Carribean Grill and Bar. They offer a mix of American and Carribean flavors. We tasted different burgers with the top 2 being the Mango and the old fashioned burger. The term of each burger was as ordered. I had yucca fries and the sweat cold sauce was my favorite. Someone in our party ordered arroz con pollo, it was delicious 😋, the black beans around the rice were extremely hot and spicy. The craft beers were on happy hour and we all had the mango cider wheat ale, which was very refreshing. They had several desserts and we went with the Capuccino cake with ice cream, it was to die for. The service was on point and Keila was very pleasant. She got all of our orders correct and food came out quickly.

Google
The service was great for a popular busy restaurant. The food was wonderful! I enjoyed a corn cake with jerk chicken and a side of mango coleslaw. I'll be back.

Google
We love Mango Mango's! Had some good local beer, and ordered the nachos and onion rings appetizers. Both were very good, but the onion rings were really just amazing! Our server was awesome and the bar area with high tops is really cute. We'll be back!

This was a highlight of my St. Augustine trip. The food was an absolute delight. Everything was delicious and full of flavor.

Yelp
We definitely ordered more than we could finish because everything on the menu sounded too good to pass up--and we weren't disappointed! To start, we had the Jalapeño Poppers stuffed with shrimp and crab, drizzled in a delicious Caribbean cheese sauce. For anyone worried about the spice level, don't be--the jalapeños were mild but packed with flavor. For our mains, we tried Trevor's Chipotle Shrimp Tacos, which came with seasoned shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, caramelized onions, a two-cheese blend, and a Santa Fe sauce. These were packed with flavor and really hit the spot! We also had The Ultimate Island Burger, which was grilled to perfection and topped with apricot honey mustard, pepper jack cheese, beer-battered onion rings, brown sugar jerk rubbed bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Both dishes were incredible! To finish, we had the Key Lime Pie. I'd seen it delivered to a couple of tables, so my expectations were high--and it didn't disappoint. It had that classic graham cracker crust and the tartness of real key lime juice. It was just a tad sweeter than I prefer, but still fantastic. Every bite was delicious! The service was friendly, and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. The restrooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere was great. Good selection of wine and beer. Can't wait to return!

Lilia V.

Yelp
It was our first time here and it was kinda of late and not much was open late so we decided to give this place a try. We were seated right away and our waitress was friendly. We started with the jerk chicken nachos, the Caribbean hush puppies and wings! Well the apps were delicious! Full of flavor and portions were just right. For main dishes we had the arroz con pollo, the original burger and their fish tacos and grilled chicken sandwich. Well the arroz con pollo was a hit! I am Spanish so I was worried that it wouldn't meet my standards! The sweet plantains cooked perfectly because trust me, some places mess that up! The rice and chicken was bursting with flavor and the black beans were great! The rest of the dishes were great and everyone enjoyed their meals! They do not have a hard liquor license but serve beer and wine! We will be back!!

Yelp
Love Mango Mango. Great food friendly staff. It's always a good place to visit. Family here Christmas had to go to Mango. I had a bowl of their chowder. Others had tacos. Their A1 ale is excellent with the meal. Plenty of parking. Yep it's a 5!

Glenn M.

Yelp
The food here was very tasty. The shrimp is local and lightly breaded. Along with the seasoned fries it was very good. The fish and chips was also a good choice. Not a fancy restaurant but very nice and close to the beach.

Debra S.

Yelp
We stopped by after a bike ride for a quick bite before riding back downtown. The place is cute and bright with plenty of booths and tables. Our server was helpful in pointing out health options on the menu. I went with a Avocado Mango Salad topped with mango, red peppers, red onions and avocado. Served with Caribbean vinaigrette on the side and topped with blackened chicken. The chicken is not spicy just flavorful. My husband had the jerk tuna tacos. He was a bit disappointed in the lack of flavor in the dish. I didn't try it so I can't comment. With so many other restaurants around I would probably go to a taco shop instead if that's what you are craving. All said, it was a fun place to visit but I can't say he would come rushing back for tacos and I would probably hit a different spot for a salad.

Molly B.

Yelp
Good food here tonight! The Fish 'n Chips were good without too many fries. Coconut Shrimp dish was slightly sweet. Great tap brew. Excellent service from our server Priscilla. Great seasonings at our table, as well as interesting sauces (my favorite was the Datil Pepper Sauce on my fish). My dining partner enjoyed the football game being played on the widescreen tv. It did get a little loud at times when there were fumbles...

Yelp
PLEASE READ!!!!! We have NEVER EVER waited this long for anything at a restaurant. We had 32 minute wait outside, then we ordered soup, crab cakes and a quesadilla. 40 minutes later, nothing. We had to ask the waitress to at least give us a bowl of soup. It came within 2 minutes. We ended up taking things to go. They gave us a15% discount which we appreciated. They are a local restaurant and we understand, but the table after us got all their food when they were seated 10 minutes after us. Obviously after walking back to our hotel the food died so I won't comment on the food quality. The soup was good so far. They said it's never like this but how do I know

Mark M.

Yelp
Ok so what to say.. I was a little concerned that this felt like a tourist trap but what a fabulous find. Service excellent = The waitress was attentive and had great suggestions to offer for our tired family of four. She was spot on in her suggested meals as evidenced by 4 very empty plates. Food - Great onion rings and the burgers we ate were amazingly juicy, Hot food well prepared and great portions. Dessert rolls around and we were enticed with Rum cake and boy was it astounding.. We limped home fuller and said we will return. What a great find and start in St Augustine.

Briggs P.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious. The corn cakes had great texture and flavor, totally exceeded my expectation. I also had the Haddock Tacos. The tortilla, and breading created a wonderful crunch. I will be back to try more of the menu.

Uriia H.

Yelp
Loved loved loved the food here. I was in town for work, and this place had good reviews. It was close to our hotel, so my colleague and I checked it out on the day we arrived. We were greeted and seated quickly. There were a ton of items on the menu that sounded so good that I had a hard time narrowing it down..when in doubt..ask your server. Lol. She recommended anything with the fish so I chose the fried fish tacos. The fish was sooo crispy. They lightly toast the tortilla shells which helped to hold everything in while you eat it. I had the mango cole slaw as a side and it was delicious!! We enjoyed our meal so much that we went a second time during our short trip. Plantains were pretty good as well. My only gripe is the parking lot..kind of a hot mess. Lol. It's like a yard with rocks and no lined spots so people were just parked anywhere.

Julia S.

Yelp
The service was wonderful! Our server, Sarah was very attentive and helpful, even with the restaurant being busy! Such a cute spot; it is very comfortable and has such cute decor! I am in love with the corncakes! Absolutely one of the best things I have ever eaten in my life. The corncakes themselves were so tender and slightly sweet stuffed with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese! The pork was decadent and juicy; tasted like it had been marinating all weekend! The sauce on top is amazing, with the avocado and salsa verde, it was absolute perfection! Such a delicious bite! Yucca fries were awesome! Super crisp on the outside and they came with a coconut dipping sauce. I wasn't sure about the sauce at first, but when I mixed it with the variety of hot sauces on the table, I loved it! Plantains are always great, exactly what you would expect! Drinks were not my favorite; the sangria was more like just regular wine, but that's okay, because the food easily made up for it! This place is an hour drive for us, but it is sooo worth it!

Madison L.

Yelp
Oh my god i'm in love with this place!!!! I need more !! It's just down the street from beach access. Just a few buildings down for a short af r meal stroll and dip in the ocean. Drinks were okay they're wine cocktails. Fun variety ! Would try something else. The FOOD is where it's at though !!! Oh WOW! So many amazing options. The flavor in everything is amazing. Phenomenal! There's a selection of hot sauce at the table that you taste. They're also available for purchase! I had to bring one home. Truly in love with their corn cakes. Cheesy yummyness. You can make it an entree with your choice of protein. LOVE the flavor of the jerk pulled pork. Every flavor was so extraordinary. Everything went well together. Now i Love This take on yucca fries. Crispy on the outside and mashed inside. They came out hot and fresh. Really everything came out so fast. It comes with a side of mango colada sauce. I've never had anything like that. Really sweet coconuty. I can't stop thinking about it. I mixed in some hot sauce yum. It's such a fun beachy place to sit down and eat. I can't wait to come back and enjoy some more corn cakes !

Yelp
Made a pit stop to Mango Mango's before a concert at The Amp and I was super pleased with my visit! My husband and I were quickly seated and serviced during our visit. As a starter, I knew we had to try their highly recommended corn cakes and they did not disappoint. They were cheesy and delicious, I would recommend these to anyone visiting. For our main course I got the tacos and they were very good and flavorful. The ahi tuna was good but I think the taco was very tasty because of the toppings they add. My husband also really enjoyed his burger and the fries were really crispy and tasty (I kept stealing his fries lol). This was our first time visiting and we will definitely be back. The vibe was fun, I like that it was close to the beach and felt like we were on vacation, despite us only being 45 min from home.

Kaitlin C.

Yelp
The waitress I had was very sweet! Attentive and delivered great service. This spot is a block up from the beach. There are public parking lots. Not sure if they had their own lot (I walked). Happy hour 3-6 is $2 off Drafts and 1/2 off wine. I really liked the A Street Amber Lager. It was a light easy drinker but had actual flavor! On happy hour it was only $3 which was a huge win! I got a whole order of the original nachos with the salsa. I have high standards for nacho and these were a little underwhelming. The toppings were good just not a good ratio with more chips. The fruit salsa was fresh and really hit the spot. Definitely the highlight.

Lucero S.

Yelp
One of my friends recommended this place and she was not wrong for doing so! Mango Mango's is such a vibe! This restaurant is a must when you're visiting Saint Augustine. We were sat in their rooftop which I highly recommend. The service was also great and the food was delicious! I try to visit Mango Mango's every time I go to Saint Augustine.

Dawn C.

Yelp
This family-friendly cafe has its quirks but is a solid choice for dinner. Our favorite thing was the HUGE pirate sipper with refillable soda. It's a great souvenir. They also have a good kids' menu. Not allergy-friendly. The wait staff and kitchen did not help navigate my food allergies. Gluten-free and dairy-free people be weary. I didn't want to get sick on vacation, so I didn't eat half my dinner because I was afraid of the ingredients and the vague answers from the staff. I also overheard from a waitress that the restaurant doesn't have a liquor license, so all their cocktails are made with wine-based liquor. We ordered the sangria, but they do offer drinks that should have hard alcohol in them. Just be aware as a diner. It was easy to get a table on a Saturday night. Parking was also easy.

Rebecca T.

Yelp
It's a bit different but it's good, I should have ordered the corn cake with a meat on top. They do not serve LIQ, only beer and wine. I was over that, it's a beach town. Friendly , professional staff, a bit of a wait but it was packed and had a lot of folks waiting, so I sat at the bar.

Kelly T.

Yelp
I was spending some time on the beach this morning and was looking for a good spot for lunch. This place had good reviews, so I figured I would give it a try. The outside is a little underwhelming, so I was glad I had researched it beforehand. There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. The inside is bright and colorful, with seating in three separate rooms. I chose the enclosed patio, which was very cool. My waitress, Taylor, came over for my drink order right away. They have appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and specials. I decided to go with a steak Cuban sandwich. It was very good and very filling. It comes with one side, and I chose the carribean rice. I enjoyed my lunch and would come back again.

Mark P.

Yelp
Was delicious but wouldn't do them again. Something like a three or four rounded down from five star food and hospitality. Our waitress was Awesome and everything we ordered was delicious. Jalapeno poppers were very good. Caribbean "chowda" was wahoo! Loved the gringofied arroz con pollo with the chicken/rice mix molded up like mofungo better than mofungo, actually; and even turned the leftovers, with some of their coleslaw, into some Awesome tacos. Loved every one of their obviously curated tableside seasonings and sauces, which is a peculiar rarity for me, and even purchased some. ....but the incessant profanity coming out of an apparent manager sort of ruined the ambiance and rushed us out. Not the kind of place I'd take my family.

Sam A.

Yelp
The place had an island feel to it when I first walked in. After a day at the beach, we stopped in for a late lunch around 2:30PM. The restaurant and their parking lot was more crowded than we expected for that time of day but we still received attentive and quick service during our entire time there. When we were not sure whether to order the clam and shrimp chowder or their soup of the day which was Carribean chicken soup, our wonderful waitress brought out a sample of each for us to try before ordering. We had their clam and shrimp chowder, no pic of chowder cause I was sooooo hungry and forgot to whip out the phone until I took my first bite of my delicious haddock taco. The chowder was filled with clams and shrimp. The jumbo size coconut shrimp was a bit sweet for our table of 3 and when we told the waitress, she suggested and bought over their spicy tartar sauce and their cocktail sauce which helped balance the sweetness of the coconut shrimp. Their sides of beans and rice were declared "Yummy!" by my friend's 7 year old. They offer a large variety of tropical mixed drinks. Great place to stop into if you are in the area. We left too full to order any of their wonderful desserts so will have to return soon for those.

Cecilie J.

Yelp
It took over an hour from us sitting down until our food actually came. It was off season and not that busy. No one ever came to explain or apologize for how long it took until we complained. When it did come, the burger we ordered was well-done instead of medium. Three stars because the waitress did discount our bill because of the delay and made an effort to get our toddler's food out earlier as he was screaming.

Leo II ..

Yelp
So this is my second time going to mango's. we got the initial 45 minute wait even though it actually took 15min which was cool. We got Pretty quick ordering but the food took a min. Stainless steel It Wasn't too busy at the time, but I should've paid attention to the sign that was outside so It took a little longer. The food was outstanding though. Anyway, they need some help, the windows need some cleaning and stuff but they don't have time to do all of that. Maybe In the evening, though....

Cassandra D.

Yelp
We forgot to take a photo of the food and drinks, but the coconut shrimp, fish & chips, wings (Caribbean jerk), and citrus salad was all flavorful, and fresh with the right portions!! We will be back. Thank you for the excellent service. I love the vibe here.

Tuck S.

Yelp
A really nice "almost" beach side restaurant in St. Augustine beach. Excellent service, very busy lunch crowd, reasonable prices and a fairly good list of craft beers to complement the menu. Fish tacos for me. Well worth it with large portion of mahi mahi, My wife had the coconut shrimp and a light beer. As I recall the bill with tip was about $48.00. This was for lunch and we will be back soon to investigate the rest of the menu.

Taylor L.

Yelp
We stayed down the street, so figured we'd give this highly rated local spot a try. We were greeted with very friendly service and smiles, the place is decorated in bright colors and is very happy and tropical. Your table is adorned with local hot sauces, which is a very nice touch :) allows you to try the local datil pepper you've heard so much about! The food is good, but my husband and I weren't blown away. I got the cuban steak sandwich, it was pretty flavorless. Husband got a blackened fish sandwich that he said was just OK.

Sharon E.

Yelp
This place is busy, so come early for dinner.. We got seated quickly, but after a bit, there was at least a 40 min wait time after that. The service was good.. We ordered their popular dishes, which were the shrimp tacos, Mahi mahi.. I had the tuna taco.. and the best part they offered fried plantains as a side.. loved it... After all, what is a Caribbean restaurant without plantains on the menu :)

Tracey W.

Yelp
We visited Mango Mango's for an early Saturday dinner and took a seat at the friendly bar. Sarah took good care of us. Amazingly, there were happy hour drink specials (on a Saturday! Yay!), so we had a beer and a glass of wine. We decided to split the mahi sliders with mango slaw and yucca fries. A generous plate and plenty to share. Mango mango's hit the spot! We highly recommend it for good casual food, friendly service and an efficient kitchen staff.

Shayna K.

Yelp
Don't contemplate any longer just go here. The service by Carli was outstanding and had an impossible time deciding what to get. The corn fritters were not to be missed and were an explosion of savory flavors with a sweet, moist cornbread. Our entrees were the mahi mahi sliders and chipotle shrimp tacos. Absolutely delicious. We took home the key lime and peanut butter pie because there was no room for it at dinner! The key lime was spot on but the peanut butter lacked enough peanut butter to complement the chocolate. Ambiance is quirky and simple but the service was outstanding. Bring home an array of their sauces as well.

Norma S.

Yelp
Service was great, but our highlight was the food. Our first experience with Caribbean food, and we loved it. It was an epic experience, one we won't forget. Will definitely be back.

Briana V.

Yelp
Mango Mango's was close to my airbnb and had great reviews on yelp, so naturally I decided to give it a try! The service was great, our waitress was attentive and quick. The restaurant itself was okay. Not super clean, our margaritas were not made at the bar, and the drink quality was not worth the price. The food was only okay...average at best. All in all I just wanted to give an honest review from my perspective as I was duped by the very high ratings provided by yelp and google! Would not eat here again.

Judy G.

Yelp
Really good food! Nice relaxed atmosphere. Good service. The calamari was scrumptious

Gizelle S.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! Being vegan, I ordered their Caribbean salad. They let me add some additional veggies and beyond meat to the salad, and changed the dressing out for their Caribbean dressing. It was *chefs kiss* as far as salads go. And their yucca fries are my favorite! I just switched out the sauce that comes with it for ketchup. My boyfriend isn't vegan so he ordered their loaded fries and arroz con pollo. He enjoyed them both. If only we could get a vegan dessert on that menu *hint hint*, I'd be in heaven. On another note, the service is always great. Everyone is so nice. And the restaurant is so cute. Love the fun, beachy vibe.

Nicholas M.

Yelp
Sadly, I can only give 3-Stars even with parking (limited). Staff was 100%. Clean and cute and on the right corner. Fair priced. But food so average I would not go back but to drink.

Jason R.

Yelp
This place was a great surprise. It was the last place we ate during our most recent stay, and our favorite by far. Everything was tasty and we loved the ambiance. Service was fast and the tables are loaded with seasonings and sauces (they also have them for sale) which we love. We took home a couple new-to-us datil pepper sauces. Highly recommend.

Matt M.

Yelp
Best wings in St. Augustine! We frequent the spot often. Plenty of parking too which is nice for an island spot.

Deanna A.

Yelp
This server Nick , bartender is just amazing. He is on spot with his service, genuine personality, and fast and friendly. Definitely recommend

Daniel T.

Yelp
Away from the hustle and busy streets of downtown St. Augustine is this cozy taco spot. Within walking distance of St. Augustine Beach. The peach smoothie is chilled, smooth n delicious. The pulled pork tacos are hot n fresh, the tacos are soft with little crunch to it. Really good. The loaded fries taste like they look, hot, cheesy n so good. The rice and beans, have a little spicy to it but good. Overall, a casual n cozy dining atmosphere. Friendly staff. Some good appetizers n TVs to go with the drinks at the bar or with the group. Enjoy!

Alex C.

Yelp
Great food, fast service, reasonable price. Perfect little spot to dunk into on a rainy day or to get out of the sun for a while. Wish I had a place like this close by.

Jessica O.

Yelp
I got the Mahi Mahi sliders. The Mahi was cooked amazingly. Melted in your mouth the perfect amount of juiciness and you can tell the fish was never frozen. My mom got the coconut shrimp which was the best coconut shrimp I have ever tried! The sauce was what did it! The hot sauces that they had were all phenomenal. Such a fun place, great vibes! Definitely check this place out if you are in the area!

Samantha W.

Yelp
Amazing food! What a sweet, beach side place to have lunch. The locals eat here and it's very friendly. I've never had such HUGE and delicious crab cakes. Deep fried but in a good way. I'll bet I had a pound of crab. I had more than enough to share with my dining companions. My friends tried different things. We all enjoyed our meals! The server was very pleasant and the food was delivered timely. I'd definitely return!

Matthew K.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service. Only been once when we were in Saint Augustine but will be back again one day.

Alexander B.

Yelp
The food was really good. The service was also really good. The family came into St. Augustine and checked into the hotel and looked for a place to eat dinner. The coconut shrimp (appetizer) was amazing. The sweet sauce it comes with was good. The Mahi Mahi was really good. The pineapple salsa that is on top of it was good. The fries are really good.

Jennifer H.

Yelp
Food and drinks were great! Bartender could have used some help, as she was swamped with orders. Even still, she was super friendly and we had a great experience!

julia h.

Yelp
Everything was great. We came in with a group of 6 close to closing but they served us with cheer and the food was excellent. Will definitely go again.

Rick C.

Yelp
The food is well prepared and tasteful. Service is always very good. Ambiance is chill. Recommended small group dinner

Darryl A.

Yelp
Mango Mango's is one of my favorite lunchtime spots. I usually go for the shrimp tacos but today I was a bit adventurous and ordered the fish tacos! They were flavorful and yummy. My favorite sauce is Sassy G's and I added that to my tacos. I asked the server if the original yucca fries were back and indeed they were back! The piña colada dipping sauce is nice but I jazz it's up with the Sassy G's. Our server, SArthur (that was the name on the receipt) was very friendly and alway has a smile. Pro: fresh flavorful food, great service, tropical surroundings, and you can purchase their hot sauces. Con: it's not closer to my home.

Christine d.

Yelp
We walked right in. Thanksgiving Saturday weekend. Great to avoid crowds. We had lunch: Delicious Mahi Mahi sliders, bbq sauce (the best yet), blackened Mahi with fries for the kids was also good and not too spicy. Sweet potato fries with the Mahi tacos were the best I've had in town, fries were sweet and fresh, dipping sauce was as good too. Going to come back again.

Crystal Rae M.

Yelp
Food was good, Ambiance was nice and the service was ok, they took a while to take our order, but the waitress was friendly and nice. Overall it was good

Don P.

Yelp
EVERYTHING!!! From the service... To the food... To the atmosphere... It's just a great little place!
