This place is AMAZING. I have been to Key West several times, but this last visit was my favorite by far because of Peggy and the whole crew. They are beyond accomodating and will give suggestions for restaurants, activities etc., and not to mention, SO friendly and kind. The location is amazing... we never took an uber and walked everywhere. If you want to experience key west and feel like a local.. stay here! You will love it.

The hosts, Peggy and Johnny are very warm and welcoming. The rooms are very unique, comfortable, cozy and very clean. There's a patio and pool area in case you just want a lazy day or a place to relax after a crazy day.

Amazing comfortable Inn in the heart of Old Town. Turn of the century classic building featuring rooms with kitchens . Fresh flowers in rooms everyday. Clean and quiet. No children under the age of 18 allowed. Beautiful , heated pool. Walk or bike to shops and restaurants on Duval. The lovely owners, Peggy & Jonny Newberry live on the property and attend to your every need. Graceful, charming, impeccably maintaining by fun , helpful staff. The Mango Tree Inn will make your visit to Key West comfortable and unforgettable.

Excellent bedrooms in an adorable, historic home. It's close enough to Duval St. to walk to favorite restaurants and night spots, but also far enough away to avoid the worst of the noise and crowds.

Beautiful historic Inn that I would move into if I could. Peggy is lovely and you can feel at home the whole stay. I recommend to all!

Yelp
Listen up. I learned a good lesson. Recently I visited the Keys and was going to stay at the Marriot but a little bit of confusion (namely the Marriot was still under construction led to a change of venue) a friend suggested a nice bed and breakfast at the Mango Tree Inn. Located at 603 Southard Street, the Mango Tree in is a bike ride away from everything Old Town has to offer. Affordable, great service and nice home away from home with a full kitchen I would certainly recommend it!

Yelp
OMG!!! I live in the keys, I have family roots here since 1956. I stay in bed and breakfast here at least once a month. It was my wedding anniversary so we wanted to stay someplace that we have never been before. DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!!! The rudest nastiest people I have EVER encountered anyplace on earth!! Let me explain. We told them that we would be there to check in at 3:00 to 4:00pm They said thats fine. We arrived at 3:00. Fantasy Fest is going on so its chaotic. "I get it" No place to park! I mean NO PARKING!! So we are double parked, trying to get in with our bags and figure out where to park, but the gate is locked! We don't know what to do.. we called the office, and buzzed the buzzer but nothing.. I called the number again ..the lady answered "hello?" I'm the Hershey's were here but the gate is locked, what do we do? Lady: "I called you check your message" I don't have any missed calls..what do I do? Lady:"were closed" click..hung up on me. I called again ..Please don't hang up we don't know what to do.. Lady: "Check your message" hung up. My wife checked her email..bags in hand on a sidewalk.. Oh I got an email saying there is a key in a basket and were on our own parking. Parked 5 blocks away for $20.00 These people don't care about you! All they want is your money! Trust me! I know Key West and stay all the time.. You don't need to be treated this way by anyone..

Yelp
The place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! It's only one block away from Duval st, the price is not that expensive compare to the other places around and the room was super clean!!!! Peggy the hostess and her husband welcomed us in open arms and has been very kind to us since we came. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you Peggy P.S whoever come here, they have two talking parrots and a cute dog. :)

Yelp
Well, where do I start. Booked well in advance. Was told to be there by 5pm to check in and pay balance. Arrived at 345pm and place was locked up. Tried calling 4 times and husband FINALLY got a gal who hung up on him. I called agency who booked the room and they called the gal. Finally I was told she left me a message. In the message she was snooty about not getting ahold of me (sorry I was driving), she stated HAD YOU ANSWERED YOUR PHONE I could have helped you. After 40 minutes found a gate and a key and my room. Message stated to see her at checkout. She showed up soon after we unloaded demanded we check in. That took another 20 minutes and we had to pay to park 6 blocks away. NO PARKING at $400 night. Room was cute and clean but will NEVER go back . I prefer curry mansion.

Yelp
Just got back home from my daughter's beautiful wedding in KW. So glad I stayed at Mango Tree Inn: quintessential Key West, clean, homey, accommodating, a block from Duval. I'd definitely stay again and again!

Yelp
We stayed there we were treated unfairly place we stayed at had old sheets ( gross ) but of course peggy denies all wrong doings .Treats customers poorly. Many nicer places to stay .....and cheaper.

Yelp
The rooms are cute, old decor but cute. The bed is hard however, and there were broken dishes in the sink. There is no 24 hour front desk attendant, so if you need help or directions you are out of luck. Pool is small and doesn't get sun during most peak hours. The biggest fail, was the bugs. There's dead beg bugs on the bed and all the floor and furniture if you look hard enough. Gross. Staff is rude and I will NOT be returning!! Please take your money somewhere else, unless you enjoy outdated furnishings and bed bugs

Yelp
There are so many places to stay in Key West, it's overwhelming. We found that this place is a fantastic location and Peggy, the innkeeper, couldn't have been nicer. In an age of impersonal service, this quaint little inn, with its friendly yellow lab ,chirping birds, and Southern Belle hostess is a welcome throwback. Mango Tree is right across the street from a great restaurant called, Sarabeth's. (The spinach and goat cheese omelet is amazing, btw.) We found the pool to be pretty good size compared to others in Key West and the demand for the pool was minimal so it felt like our own most of the time. The tourists that spend 2 to 3 times as much for a big hotel "on the beach" have no idea what they are missing.

Yelp
I can't gush enough about the Mango Tree Inn. From the moment we arrived the owners were hospitable, warm, and welcoming. The choices of places to stay in Key West is overwhelming, and we certainly lucked out. I highly recommend this quaint inn for your next trip.
