There are so many places to stay in Key West, it's overwhelming. We found that this place is a fantastic location and Peggy, the innkeeper, couldn't have been nicer. In an age of impersonal service, this quaint little inn, with its friendly yellow lab ,chirping birds, and Southern Belle hostess is a welcome throwback. Mango Tree is right across the street from a great restaurant called, Sarabeth's. (The spinach and goat cheese omelet is amazing, btw.) We found the pool to be pretty good size compared to others in Key West and the demand for the pool was minimal so it felt like our own most of the time. The tourists that spend 2 to 3 times as much for a big hotel "on the beach" have no idea what they are missing.
