Manhattan Primary Care

Waited 50 minutes for an annual physical after showing up 20 minutes early to complete paperwork. My vitals were not even recorded and somehow someone else's vitals were recorded under my name. My portal shows someone else's height, weight, heart rate, measurements that were never taken from me during my visit. Basically making my annual check up useless. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning again.

Dr Carlos and the nurses are great but the front desk staff are highly incompetent and rude. It’s not even worth attempting to see anyone here if you have to deal with them. I’ve been 4 times and every time they’ve screwed something up and then had an attitude instead of taking responsibility. Such a huge disappointment. Stay away. EDIT: received notification from the portal saying my lab results had came back but received no call from the doctor or nurse to review them with me. I called and was told by the front desk that the doctor noted recommendations on my chart based on the results but I had to call myself to get this information. The doctor or nurse won’t even call you with your results. What a joke.

Dr. Norov has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. She doesn’t make you feel rushed and is very helpful. Probably the best doctor I’ve seen in the city! The office staff are also super kind!

This was a pretty great experience. Dr Lee and her associate were incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful. The space is incredibly clean and the staff very helpful. There was one woman at the front desk not wearing a mask, but otherwise all went very easily and was a good first experience.

I had the best experience today w/ the staff and new PCP. I will be making this my go to doctor. It was a very easy process, i got ALL of my questions asked and felt good when I left. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the doctors office. Dr. Rada Norov was literally the best doctor, so inclusive and made me feel great.

Clean, new offices; friendly staff; kind and thoughtful doctors. I had no wait time for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Seibert was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He immediately made me feel safe and welcome. His staff (from the front desk, to the medical assistants taking vitals, to the phlebotomist taking blood) were all welcoming and friendly. I don't usually enjoy going to the doctor's, but this was a great experience. Highly recommend to any LGBT patients looking for a qualified and queer-friendly environment.

Don't even bother to call the office. A very rude and disgraceful women answers the phone, I told her why I'm calling, and vaguely what I'm looking for. She then rudely told me "well there is Dr so and so located at so and so, and the next available date is Monday. First of all, did I tell you I'm looking to come in for anything? Did you find out what exactly I needed done? She had no understanding as to why I'm calling but she recommended me to someone. She then placed me on hold after I told her how rude and incompetent she was, she then place me on hold and never got back to the phone. Smh, this is who this hospital have answering the phone Disgraceful

The staff at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Dr. Norov was very helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns and gave me great feedback.
