We started to have a room at 5th. Floor. After having unpacked all our thing, we went out walking, but when we came home, we saw that our door not was closed, as the automatic door closing not was working, so we were mowed to the room next door, so need to pack and unpack.||After staying in the new room for a couple of days, it’s knocks quietly on our door, and the guy from reception are telling us, that there is a fire at the room next door.||I went into the room, and there was really an open fire at the toilet roof, and a lot of smoke.||||Shocking NO fire alarm was ringing. NO alert at all. ||||We saw no one from the fire department to check about the fire was out. Only explanation was that it was a short circuit in the water heater.||The receptionist told me, that was an employed there had made the observation. ||They put out the fire with a fire extinguisher.||||Once again, we have to change the room due to smoke and the smelling. We want to move downstairs, but it was not possible, so we moved to the 8th. Floor right over the room with the fire in. I don’t want to stay here as I was able to smell the smoke. We ended up with a room at the other side. ||||Agoda have nice pictures of the hotel including the breakfast restaurant, swimmingpool, and also the gym. Swimmingpool and gym, was still closed due to Covid 19. Restaurant was closed the first day of our stay, so breakfast was served at our room. Next day (1/10) restaurant was open, but no buffet, only eggs, bread, coffee/tea and some fruits.||No warning about the above stated at hotel reservation.||The first 5 days we were the only guest at the Hotel. ||No compensation was given from the hotel. ||||Stay there once again? NO. Other hotels in a better condition can be found in same area.

My husband and I got a good deal for 2 nights. But very disappointed. The little things were missed. The breakfast was poor didnt even have the basics as cereal or yogurt. I asked for a wine glass but they said they didn't have the key to the restaurant. I booked it because it had a gym and it was shut for the month, bathroom was smelly. The entrance is very fancy they you go over to the cheap side of the hotel. Would never stay here again. Only good thing is it is quite central to the night life.

My brother and I booked this hotel because according to TripAdvisor, it is supposed to be very close to the Yoga Room. The check-in was smooth and being that we’re foreigners visiting, one of us have to present our passport upon check-in. After checking in, the porters carried our luggages upstairs to our room since there’s no elevator. ||We were located on the 3rd floor. And in order to use the lights and AC in the room, we have to insert one of our room cards in the slot by the entrance. After the porters left, our room started to beep. It was really odd and a bit creepy especially if you’re a solo traveler. We pulled card out and the lights shut off by itself, inserted it, closed and opened the door, etc. and nothing seems to be able to stop the beep. So a star off for that.||Eventually we decided to go downstairs to inform the receptionist and they decided to switch our room. They gave us 3 rooms to select from. I was not comfortable looking at the 2 room numbers they wrote on the paper and insisted to look at only the 3rd one. We went in and it felt comfortable... no beeps and nothing unusual going on. The room was a bit hot so we turned on the AC and open the window since the AC was a bit slow to start. We later decided to head out to the city to explore, came back and the room was hot since the AC got shut off when the card got taken out off the slot. I really don’t understand how a 4-star hotel would have no AC on when entering a room. A motel would make sense but a 4-star hotel? But it is what it is.||The room came with a fridge, towels, and 2 complimentary bottles of water. There’s no hair dryer but that’s okay. What really bothered me was the drain in the bathroom. The shower and the toilet was in the same room and without any partition. The drain was either too small or was clogged because within 2 minutes of showering, the floor was kind of flooded and I couldn’t wash my feet since it’s pretty much in the flooded floor afterwards. So another star off and decided to check-out after only one night here.

Walking distance to the Old City. Very convenient yet quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the Old City. The room is a bit dated but clean. Ample parking space.

The room we had was very spacious and clean. Our first greeting by the lady at reception was poor and offhand, she seemed to have little concern for welcoming a new customer or providing a good experience. Fortunately, the intervention of a young man at reception changed that and greeted myself and my wife in a manner that made us feel welcome rather than as an intrusion. Our experience after that during our stay was fine. However, this really is an example of how an individual can either damage or promote a business that is, after all, in the 'service' industry.

Considering low price, around 1100 baht a night, its fairly ok value for the money, but would not pay more. Outside and Lobby area look like a 4+ hotel...Room is clean, good big bed, but its floors need refurbishing. TV screens to small. In Shower its impossible to adjust temp, either cold or very warm. Pool need new filtration system, milky waters... Quiet area though. Near night markets. Location is good. I will probably use it another time.

I stayed here in April of 2018. I was here for approximately two weeks and they put me in the Resident C-section of the hotel. This was basically a 70 square meter two bedroom apartment without a full kitchen. I thought it was fantastic however the walls are very dirty and a little bit disgusting. The other thing is at the AC in the bedroom makes noise when it is on. It did not bother me at all while sleeping but some people would not be able to deal with it. They have a swimming pool however it only gets sunshine for about 1 and 1/2 hours a day so not great for me. All the staff were helpful and friendly and if I ever come back to chiangmai I will stay here again.
