Both had the paneer wrap and it was absolutely sensational. Filling, a bit spicy, and freshly made within a matter of minutes. Great for a pit stop lunch.

Sensational thali - ordered in the midst of a lunchtime rush hour (12:30) and was served quickly. Ordered the thali for £7.50 and was blown away, tasted lovely, roti nice and fresh and rice was delicious. Really loved the fruit and veg in the salad too, really homely feel to everything they do. Will definitely be back!

Heard about the spot from visit leeds page. Wanted to visit them and really enjoyed the food. Tried - samosa chat and masala chai. Really impressed with the flavour of masala chai and samosa chat was on the bit of sweet side which was fair considering the other country people trying it. The service was very good and everything made to order. The location has lot of spaces for dine in and clean chairs and tables. Few things to improve - a proper coffee cup with lid should be given for chai cause the it will allow people for takeaways. Some spots next to the shop needs to be cleaned regularly.

Fantastic and flavourful vegetarian fare. A small but well curated menu offering a range of items to suit all appetites and budgets. Service is friendly and fast with items like the thali being near-instant. The chilli paneer wrap and vada pav are favourites but the rest of the menu is great too. A good range of alcoholic beverages and the lassi is really pleasant. There are lot of good places to eat in the market but this is up there with the best of them. As it's in the market seating can be limited at peak times and it can be quite chilly but that applies to all vendors in there and not just Manjits.

Really enjoyed my lunch at Manjit’s Kitchen! The menu is entirely vegetarian which, as a pescatarian, I was really pleased to see. I got the Chilli Paneer Wrap and it was delicious. Worth the £7 and I felt there was a good amount of paneer in there - sometimes when I’ve been elsewhere it feels like they’re trying to use as little as possible and bulk out with salad instead, but certainly not here. The service was also very fast, no queue and I was able to find a seat easily, but I was here on a weekday when things are a little quieter. Definitely want to come back and try some of the other dishes. The menu isn’t huge, but everything sounded fab. They have a selection of drinks both non-alcoholic and alcoholic.

I stumbled upon this Indian restaurant with a friend after university, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The curry of the day was a delightful addition, making the experience even more enjoyable. Would recommend!

Inside Leeds Market kitchen area, nice to see it busy. Food ready after about 10-15 minutes wait and was tasty. Lots of butter used in the Vada Pav which may or may not be to your taste. Not quite the authentic taste as you will get in Mumbai but nice nonetheless. Masala dosa was yummy but the sambar served was more of a daal which was ok. Mango lassi was perfect accompaniment to the meal. Would definitely go again to try some of the other tempting menu items.

Double Dosa weekend started here with a tasty lunch. Accompanied by a bargain samosa, it was delicious and our first visit to the giant Kirkgqte Market in Leeds. Will be back for the Thali next time!
