Manly Spirits Co. Distillery (Distillery Bar/Cellar Door/Gin School)

Thank you for an incredible whiskey tasting. We had such an awesome time — Sascha was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience engaging and fun. We learned so much and truly enjoyed every sip. We’ll definitely be back!

Yesterday had the pleasure of exploring Manly Spirits Co. the place is beautifully setup great atmosphere beautiful reception and entrance, great vibes. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I think it’s great for a birthday party or even a function for a small group of people. Great history lots of fun and scary facts about the history of gin. You can even bring your fur babies here as well. Great atmosphere.

We had a fabulous time at Manly Spirits Distillery for Father's Day. Hannah and the team there are awesome, the location is great and the drinks selection was amazing. We had a lovely grazing board and some waffles. Our distillery tour and tasting was really fun thanks to Gabriel. Definitely give it a try.

Whisky Tasting Experience What a great experience we had. We recently took our overseas visitors on the whisky tasting experience at Manly Spirits. It was very informative and the 'guide' was very knowledgeable and personable which made it a great and insightful experience in a great atmosphere. It felt very personalised and we enjoyed it very much. The venue also offers some great bar snacks and a great evening was had by all of us.

I'm a big fan of Manly Spirits, they have excellent products, and visiting their cellar door was a brilliant experience! The cocktails were absolutely divine. I recently went to their Gin School ($190pp) where you make your own bottle of 700ml gin. It was an incredible experience, lots of fun and the distiller Jackson was very knowledgeable and charismatic. The bar is incredible, the experiences are incredible I really couldn't recommend Manly Spirits enough.

In the middle of this industrial estate is this amazing distillery making gins, vodkas and white whisky (which they plan to be real whisky one day not too far into the future)... but the best part? Not only do they sell directly to the public but there is an awesome bar where you pick up a wonderful range of cocktails! The vibe is excellent, the owners friendly and the atmosphere chilled! Even better... every 3 months they do a wine and food matching... just amazing! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great location, setting and the drinks were good. The food was a bit underwhelming.

Amazing cocktails and made with such care and precision. We went on a Saturday night and ended up staying for trivia - so fun! Highly recommend this place - a must stop for your next Brookvale adventure.
