We stayed here for one night as we were visiting the Christmas market. The room is excellent and has everything you need. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had the continental breakfast and it was excellent, lots of choice, the only downside was the coffee is not hot. We would definitely like to stay again when next in the area.

Lovely Birthday Surprise for my Better Half. Decided to stay in Truro for something different rather than other places. The Hotel was very easy to find as my other half used to live down here. The room was very well appointed, exceptionally clean and tidy. We were greeted and checked in very well and pleasantly by The Duty Manager. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. We will definitely be visiting again in the New Year

Love mannings. Come here every year just before Christmas. The rooms are starting to look a bit tired now and the breakfast is more do it yourself now. I guess everyone is making cutbacks to survive. But it’s a lovely hotel. Love it. Always easy and relaxing. The staff are always lovely

A lovely centrally based hotel. Good facilities, great service, food good and the twin room had really large and comfortable beds. All of the staff were attentive and kind. The breakfast was great, both continental and cooked, the bar was lovely and being so central for the theatre, the cathedral and shops and some lovely pubs it was ideal although the weather wasn't!

Very pleasant stay. Staff friendly, rooms clean and modern. Central location with car parking. Breakfast was a wide range of breads fruit tea and coffee. Cooked breakfast was extra. Would recommend. I stayed one night on a business trip..

We booked to stay here again after an enjoyable stay last year. The room was clean and comfortable, although we would have liked 2 sets of towels rather than having to share a set.
A good spread for the continental breakfast but we would prefer to have tea served in a pot at the table (as was the case last year) rather than having to dunk a teabag in a cup of tepid water. The cooked breakfast was expensive and somewhat disappointing.
Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location with the benefit of a secure car park.

Myself and my family stayed at Mannings at the end of the summer holidays whilst my father was seriously ill in Truro hospital.
Their team were brilliant at handling our situation which was emotionally sensitive and logistically complicated. We were not certain how long we would need to stay at the hotel nor how many family members would be reserving and checking out over the time period. We were also emotionally exhausted from doing night shifts at the hospital in order to be by our father's bedside.
During this time, Mannings were extremely supportive and handled the delicate situation with care, respect and professionalism. They always managed to accommodate our changes of plans and made the hotel feel like our refuge. We will remember fondly the time we spent here together and very much enjoyed our breakfasts and evening meals at the restaurant.
The location was perfect for exploring Truro and the secure parking was very convenient for our situation which meant travelling to and from the hospital at unsociable hours.
Thank you very much for making this difficult time so much more manageable for us and we will highly recommend Mannings.
