Excellent pitches for campers and tents! Gorgeous views. Stellar kitchen. Most of all, the kindness of Terry, and the rest of the staff, is by far the greatest part of this campsite. Came for a night, spent three. The comfort and hospitality was food for the soul on our partial Kerry Way Hike.

Mannix point is The most beautiful campsite in Ireland in my opinion. Really nice welcoming staff. Spotless clean facilities. Lots of lovely pitches by the water. It’s lovely in all weathers. Caherciveen offers a large variety of good places to eat. Would 100% recommend.

This is a fantastic place. The service is excellent. The friendly staff at the front desk were helpful in resolving any issues we had. The views are stunning. There is no wind, so it is very comfortable to stay in the tent. The common areas are clean, and the kitchen has everything you need, including refrigerators, freezers, coffee makers, dishes, and a microwave. It's worth noting that during peak season, the tents are quite close together, but it was always quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Mannis Point is our home away from home every August bank holiday and as usual this year was fantastic. Terry and the staff Fran, Janis and Mykhailo were just amazing. They are doing the legacy proud. If the weather followed the script the park follows it would be beyond paradise. We will never tire of the views, the hospitality and warm welcome and the friendships that develop there. I wish we lived a bit closer and we would be there so much more often. Truly a special place.

So great. The spots are amazing and the staff are friendly and work hard to keep it clean and hospitable. I am not one to leave reviews but I felt strongly about this place making our vacation special. There is a nice cozy community room with a fireplace and many musical instruments around that ended up being used in a nice little musical session that amazed my daughter. Thank you!

The best campsite in Ireland in my opinion! Facilities are fantastic, spotless and everything has been thought of. The management team are so welcoming. The views are spectacular. Be warned though, it’s not somewhere you will visit only the once. A very unique slice of heaven.

Mannix Point is our home away from home. We have been visiting the campsite for many years and have always had a fantastic welcome. Mortimer sadly passed some years ago, but both Terry and Charlotte have continued his legacy. It is a very special place overlooking Valentia Island. The music room is a fabulous place and a sight to behold in full swing, it's like a mini fleadh! The campers kitchen is a warm and welcoming place for travellers passing through and long stay campers alike. If you need a slice of bread or some veg, you may just find what you're looking for in their food basket where people drop off their perishables before leaving. The campsite itself is a little oasis. We have made some amazing friends over the years and always look forward to our annual visit. We jokingly call it Hotel California, we find it hard so hard to leave!
