Mannix Point Camping and Caravan Park

The facilities are 5/5. Great toilets with music and flowers. Brilliant kitchen and dining facilities. Excellent! However, we were attracted to the advertised music evenings and on arrival only one of the guitars had the full number of strings. The digital piano didn’t work and the mandolin had 4/8 strings. A great idea with a small adjustments needed. Every thing else was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back.

What a absolute gem this place is. The staff are super friendly, the facilities are second to none. The comunial kitchen has everything you could need. The showers and toilets are spotless. There are so many lovely seating areas dotted around the sight. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You truly feel you are totally away from all the hustle and bustle. It's total relax. We booked in for 1 night, left in the morning and continued to do the ring of kerry. Which is amazing. We looked at a few other motor home sites but didn't see anything like the manning point. So we came back and even managed to get the same pitch. This site is a absolute credit to the owners. Thank you for an amazing stay. The sunset was beautiful.

Got home yesterday after 2 beautiful days at Mannix Point Camping ......we had some difficulty with our tent and Terry and Fran were beyond helpful...we were so appreciative. Everything about Mannix Point is superb ... cleanliness .... atmosphere....gardens and attention to detail was just outstanding. I cannot wait to go back . We had a truly lovely 3 nights at this great site. Super friendly people, fantastic facilities and just incredible views. It’s definitely right up there on our favourites list. Really clean everywhere and our fellow campers were also delightful. Wished we could have met Mortimer but you guys are doing him proud.

We are just back from a 3 night stay at this superb campsite. We have a caravan and are real novices but this was such a well run campsite that we did not feel out of place at all. Booking, check in, set up all ran smoothly. Staff on arrival were attentive and helpful, the facilities are spotlessly clean and functional. The setting is beautiful (pity the weather wasn't a bit more cooperative) and the campsite is beautifully laid out.|One small suggestion, a little more signage at the entrance, we ended up in the school next door initially and the sat nav was telling us we had reached our destination.|We are already planning our next visit.

This was the second time we have stayed with our caravan for 3 weeks at this fantastic location. The campsite offers everything you need, very clean sanitary facilities, a well-equipped kitchen with the option of eating in, a cosy living room, covered seating on the terrace, washing machine and dryer. The pitches are spacious, with a view of Valentia Island right on the water, we were able to enjoy the marvellous sunsets. The location is fantastic, a good base to explore the great landscape of South Kerry with mountains, beaches and small bays. Terry and his team were always there for us. We will definitely be back and already miss Mannix Point.

I hate campsites but this one's really good! It has washing machines, driers, powerful showers, unlimited fresh water, kitchen, lounge, conservatory and much, much more. It's nicely laid out, the staff (and owner's son) are really fab and best of all it has guitars, a mandolin and beautiful flower arrangements.

We rocked up with our jeep and roof tent over the bank Holiday weekend. Amazing! Very clean, showers and toilets where well looked after. If you have a request there very helpful. The views are unbeatable. Will definitely be back in the summer.
