Spent 2 nights there. |Room very clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds.|Enjoyed spending a lot of time in hot tub. Outside temperature was-15C and water temperature about 38C. Amazing. |Sauna very nice too and the cold water pool was just big enough to get the expected kick. |Also enjoyed a massage and facial at the SPA.|Because of the time of the year, hotel was not crowded which was nice. |Breakfast is up to the standards. Nothing crazy but good.|Personal very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to front desk who were just amazing.|Only cons of the stay. WiFi was terrible in our aisle.

I stayed at Manoir Saint-Sauveur during the 2025 holiday season and overall the hotel itself is lovely. However, I was extremely disappointed by how a parking situation was handled after my stay. Upon check-in, the indoor parking was full and there were no available spots in front of the hotel. I parked on the north side of the building, on hotel premises, where other vehicles were also parked. The following day, I moved my vehicle to the south side near my room. At check-in, I was told by the receptionist that it was fine to park along the sides of the hotel. After checking out, I was shocked to receive two parking tickets by mail totaling $240. I contacted the hotel immediately and spoke with the Director of Reception, who was courteous. However, I was told that the tickets were issued by the Saint-Sauveur due to fire access regulations implemented last year, and that I had parked in a prohibited area. I was also told I should have parked on the street instead. While I understand municipal regulations may be involved, it is disappointing that guests were not clearly informed of these restrictions at check-in—especially when hotel parking was full and I was told side parking was acceptable. The issue is not the tickets alone, but how the situation was managed and the lack of accountability or proactive guidance offered to guests. My intention is not to penalize the hotel, as it is a beautiful property, but to share feedback on the handling of this matter. I will be contesting the tickets with the city and hope the responsibility does not continue to be redirected without resolution.

While the property itself is visually appealing, the overall experience was defined by a complete lack of guidance and communication. We felt like we were navigating a maze, forced to figure everything out on our own. Unlike other spas like Le Finlandais, where the staff is proactive and attentive, the team here was indifferent. We were never told about our package inclusions and only stumbled upon the private section by chance. Even at breakfast, we waited 45 minutes while staff seemed totally unfocused, and we were charged for lattes without any warning that they weren't included. The spa experience was the most disappointing part. When you go for a massage, you want to come out feeling amazing and pampered—like your needs were truly seen. Instead, the therapist was unresponsive and ignored our comfort. She was rough and aggressive, shoving pillows under our knees without warning and moving my head brusquely. Nothing is cheap anymore, and for these prices, you expect to be taken care of. Instead, the massage was mediocre, and both my niece and I left feeling uncomfortable and physically handled rather than relaxed. I do want to mention one bright spot: Maxime. During the booking process, she was incredibly helpful, nice, and went out of her way to provide extra information. She provided an excellent customer service experience, and it’s a shame the rest of the stay didn't live up to the standard she set. From the broken lockers to the lack of transparency, we felt completely ignored once we arrived. For a resort of this caliber, the attention to guest needs was severely lacking. If asked if I would go back, I would have to think about it long and hard

Been to this hotel many times . It’s a good hotel overall . But this is the first time we waited almost an hour for breakfast . And when we finally got to sit , food was very limited and service was bad . I noticed a lot less staff compared to previous years . They should add more staff especially during spring break where all the prices are bumped up. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast . It will go faster if you leave the hotel and go to local restaurants. And better food and much cheaper .

I had the great pleasure of spending a day here—and immediately wished I had booked an overnight stay. The common areas are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm, inviting lodge atmosphere that feels authentically Québec. The restaurant offers chef-prepared meals that feel like elevated home cooking—refined and generous, without ever feeling overdone. The meeting rooms are equally well considered, featuring large windows and room sizes that are practical, comfortable, and simply make sense. A wonderful experience overall. I look forward to returning—this time for an overnight stay. Sandra

This is a nice, hotel near many amenities. The location is great; it's near so many restaurants and shops while being a short drive to many ski hills. The breakfast in the hotel is nothing special, but not bad. Because the hotel was quite busy when we went, it took them a while to serve drinks. The rooms were also a bit cold, and the thermostat didn't appear to do anything. That said, the beds and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. The TV was also very big and new. Another thing to keep in mind, this hotel is family-oriented. It has lots of playrooms for kids, and almost everyone there was with a family. Overall, it's a good hotel for the price.

Very nice hotel with good amenities for a ski holiday. Nice rooms, nice pool and hot tub, generally clean and pleasant. They had setup an arcade for kids which was great. Bar and restaurant sometimes have slow service. Food quality is about average for a hotel, nothing special but good enough for snacks and breakfast; there are better restaurants in town for dinner. Elevators a bit slow sometimes.

This was an amazing stay! The food was great!! It had a glorious location, there’s a grocery store right next to it. The room was so clean, the staff were cleaning our room every day! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a getaway somewhere in the snow, or if it’s summer there is an outdoor pool and tennis court!

Pooh and I stayed here for the first leg of our two week vacation. The hotel itself is nice. We had a king bed room and the breakfast buffet and spa were included. We didn't get to the spa but the buffet was delicious and had a lot of variety. Our room had a spacious patio equipped with a table and chairs. It also had a small kitchen with a small fridge and microwave. What we liked were the dining table, dishes and utensils. There is also a sink and extra garbage and recycling bags. The coffee maker is a (wide pod) Nespresso. Two pods daily are included if you want additional pods they are 3$ each. We went to the grocery store and bought a box of pods it was much cheaper. The bathroom was big. It housed a big waterfall type shower and a jacuzzi tub. The toilet is in a separate space in the bathroom. It had a double sink. The water pressure was on point. The tv was big; at least 60" and has outlets for Apple TV or Fire Stick. Both sides of the bed had a big table which we appreciated because we both have CPAPs and we had a fireplace which gave the room added charm. We did try the steak restaurant but will not include it in this review because it was a disappointment.

The beds were AMAZING, not much kitchen ammeneties but what do you expect? Its a hotel. They gave us complimentary dark chocolate which was good. Size is kinda small though. We couldnt use the TV for 2 days because it had no signal, but the 3rd and 4th day we had it.

An unexpected surprise in the village of St. Sauveur. More resort than hotel, the expansive grounds house a large children's play area, a massive pool and lounge area, complete with hot tub and sauna. A true oasis of relaxation with private tents and cabanas for rent. The service matched the grandeur of the hotel, and was nothing short of superb with every interaction.

Service, would be zero actually, it was terrible! The dining area especially, they are mostly rude, expect high tips so they'll give you attitude if you don't give enough, plus don't take care of you much (except for picking up the plates, like all restaurants do) I was with a group, but since I was a guest in the group I had to pay from my pockets, but I was never offered a menu, so I thought there was only the buffet, so 52$ for just a few bites cuz I wasn't very hungry. If I had other options, I would have taken that obviously. We ate there on Friday January 26th at lunch, our waiter was a rude older man, little bit of hair, gray thin and he wears glasses. Other than the dining, big group of kids were running out of control everywhere, on every floor and screaming like this was a park. The parents could have been warned by the staff, but no it looks like it was permitted i guess?... Nothing professional about this place, just stuck up, greedy staff. I am definitely not coming back, and will not recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice getaway place next to the hills, no way. Actually the opposite. It's way too expensive for what this place offers. In Tremblant I pay less for a hotel that offers a lot more with amazing service, much bigger rooms, complete kitchen, a balcony with a bbq, an incredible view of the mountains and lake, and the hills are crazy better than Saint-Sauveur obviously... Le Manoir Saint-Sauveur... I just want to forget about it. Good thing I didn't have the room to pay cuz it was taken care of by the group. I would have been angrier if I had to pay for my stay here. Honestly, after one night, I would have asked to cancel the rest of my stay and left. You can't touch anything without paying for it, even in your room. For the parents who are looking for a fun play place for their kids however... It seems like this is the place, plenty of room to run and hide and climb and it's well permitted. I don't mind paying a lot for something worth the money, and I'm an honest tipper.... This place though, does not deserve my money, I'll spend it where I feel more welcomed.

This is a review for the Restaurant only. When your 7 and 11 year-old nephew and niece ask you to brign them to Manoir St-Sauveur for lunch, you raise an eyebrow. "No, but it's really good." I had no doubt that it was going to be good, but that youngsters prefer this to other restaurants, I had to try it. We went on a father's day afternoon, thinking it was going to be packed and with one of those crazy menus. Finally the restaurant was quieter than we thought and with their regular menu. We all had pizza. My niece and I shared a margharitta pizza. One of those extremely thin crusts ones, where all the flavors of the toppings are in honor. But was cool was the outside setting. A choice of tables or sofas (which we chose) and so much choice sun vs shadow. Situated next to the pool but just perfectly hidden by the trees and flowers, I truly felt I was on vacation. So much it gave me the desire to organize an event there! For 1 adult pizza (which is big and you can always share with some) + one small kid one + 2 limonades it came to 40$ taxes included. Just perfect pricing for the great quality. To be discovered!

This hotel is a case of: it looks good on the surface but when you start to look a bit deeper, the crap comes out. My wife had a work conference there so I went with her and we stayed 1 night. The hotel is beautiful but seriously lacking on some things. First thing is that the wifi was basically non existent in our room. From the common area, I could connect and have a bit of speed but from our room, it would connect and tell me that it was waiting for the quality of the network to improve. Not great for a hotel in 2019. Another thing is that their outdoor pool area is too small for the size of the hotel. I wanted to go but it was always full. They also have a gym area but out of the 5 machines I tried, only 2 worked. Last thing is in the evening, we went to the bar area. There was 1 person working... he was the bartender, waiter and cashier for the inside and outside portion. Pretty bad planning considering that the hotel was full. The guy did his best and he kept apologizing. It's not his fault, it's the management's fault.

We always do spa weekends. Ive been to manoir saint-sauver once before and loved it. This time not so much. We booked hhe romantic package which is with tax, $895 for 1 night. It included supper, room, breakfast and a massage. I'll start by saying there parking is horrible. Spent over a half an hour circling to find some where to park. Dinner was a set menu. But only pasta and pizza was included. If you jwanted a piece of meat, you have to pay. Breakfast was good. The massage didn't happen because they lost our reservation. I have to say the spa was very professional. Very helpful. Will go back to that spa only. Driving home now feeling totally shocked and feel ripped off!!

If I could, I would give this hotel 0 stars. A spacious room with comfortable beds notwithstanding, appalling service from staff at the restaurant that serves breakfast to hotel management. Nickel and diming aside ($3.00 for bottled water and coffee pods in the room to $50 for robes to use at the hotel), my personal belongings "disappeared" between the time we checked out and next guests checked in. Called the hotel a couple of hours after discovering my clothes missing and received no help (still waiting to hear from the manager 24 hours later). There was a sign in the room that hotel isn't responsible for lost or stolen things - I just couldn't imagine that hotel staff would be taking them. Not that you would expect this experience from a 3 star hotel, but it's even more insulting from a 4 star!

We had brunch at the restaurant on Mothers day and my whole family and I got sick from it ! On top of it, the mimosa and the other alcoholic cocktails we ordered were warm and gross ! To make it worse, the manager was extremely arrogant. Never going back !!!!!!!!

This hotel does not deserve a 4 star maximum 3 even that is too much. Deproyable equipment and specially service under the excuse of lack of personal. This excuse we are hearing it for the last 3 years. Maybe they should adjust prices to correspond to the level of service they can provide.

At one time, this was the go-to hotel for my annual family reunions. It had everything we wanted... Restaurants both on-premises and nearby, excellent service, and fun activities for the kids. Unfortunately, the hotel has gone dramatically downhill in the last 12 to 18 months. The service has gone from great to absolutely awful (and unapologetically indifferent). The food in the restaurant(s) is now barely edible (although breakfast is still good) and it took almost an hour for our food to arrive at the outdoor cafe. I understand the hotel has changed management. I hope they are aware of the significant decline in quality and correct it soon..

My experience at the hotel manor st sauveur was pretty bad. Let me explain. I was here with my mother for her companies Christmas party. The food served at the reception was as such. Entree of some potato leak soup which was decent. An arugula salad with pine nuts and balsamic vinaigrette with some feta cheese and roasted squash, which was as well decent. The main dish however was beef with a shitake mushroom paste with a side of boiled veggies and mashed potatoes with cheese. This completely sucked. The meat was dry and had 0 flavour, even with the mushroom paste. (I wasn't the only one, every single person who ordered this was pissed off and left hungry because the beef was not edible). The boiled veggies lacked total flavour. I guess their kitchens aren't familiar with salt and pepper. And their desert a chocolate mouse type cake was light and tasted like something bought at Iga. In the morning we tried their brunch, my mom and I. Only to be extremely disappointed with almost everything. The pancakes were like soft hockey pucks that tasted like processed flour. ( my mom says it tasted like thin rubber for her.) Their waffles tasted like they were a day old and partially stiff as if left out overnight. Their coffee is worse then McDonald's. And on top of that their service was non existent. My mom and I managed to eat 2 plates each at a slow pace before a server noticed to take them away to clear the table. We had to hunt them down to get refills for our orange juice and there was a total lack of kindness and service in their staff. ( predominantly the Male staff was very lazy at doing their job in my opinion.) The scrabbled eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes were good enough to eat. However, it was not worth the 25$ they charge. This place used to have class and good food. Oh has it fallen from grace. Come here for the spa and the ski slopes, but don't expect them to have good food and attending service.

Stayed here recently and it's a realreal rip off. Once they get your card number they deduct $150 for a damage deposit in addition to your payment for the room. Then they say it could take up to 10 days for a refund. That's not true because it usually takes 4-5 days. They probably hold on to your money for themselves. They never said how they check for damages. The room's overpriced too. No big deal. They charge $3 each bottle of water in the room even though it's called the Evian room. How ironic. There's bathrobes in the room but they charge you $55 per robe if you open the package and wear it!!! The room phone did not work. I couldn't even call front desk. The staff are not too bright and don't know how to use the phone. They just stand there and say I don't know. Garbage service! There was a tiny bar fridge in the room no microwave access. They must want guests to eat in the restaurants and spend money. This hotel is out to grab your bucks! I was not impressed. And considering the room with taxes came out to almost $300 for 1 night the water and bathrobes should have been free to use. How about a microwave too?

Rooms are clean and well renovated. The hotel itself is very charming. They have a section near he lobby that's set up with all kinds of funky sectionals that you can totally cuddle up on for a relaxing moment or little snack. The kids club is ok - it's quite small and the girls that are in charge don't interact very much with the kids. The food is good. The breakfast buffet was good a decently priced at $19.95. I did not try out the regular menu so I'm not sure. Upon checking in they gave my kids a little gift bag that included a water bottle, a manoir mug and hot chocolate mix which my kids enjoyed. The gym is pretty well stocked, though it is small I'm. It sure if it was full how having a proper work out would be. I plan on coming back with bathing suits next time so I can check out the indoor and outdoor pools.

The hotel try's very hard to make it look 4 Star. However the service is extremely substandard.

Overpriced - do not stay in one of the units away from the main hotel unless you have children. The apartment was 325$ for a dark place. The stay was a birthday gift, was suppose to be romantic - it was depressing. I was not informed on booking that I would stay in a basement. The hotel for me is a tourist trap, I live 30 minutes away so I was more than disappointed because I have been going to the Laurentians since I was a child. Gibby's steak house was perfect, the hotel highly disappointing.

I don't stay here because we have a place close by but we come here to eat rather often. Both restaurants are solid. Good food, great service, nice ambiance and beautiful decor. As a family we specially like the kids playroom. So there is a playroom right across from the restaurant, when you reserve you can ask for those specific tables. You can enjoy your dinner while the kids play, and you'll never see them finish their plate so quickly. Great wine list too, that's a good price too!

My husband and I have been here about 3 times and each time is pleasant. We always take an Executive Suite in Avoriaz. We absolutely love it. In general, the Hotel is pricey, but worth it. It can accommodate weddings and other special events. Check-out time is 12:00pm, rather than the standard 11:00am... a nice bonus. What's more, if you'd like to enjoy the room a little longer, call the reception and ask if you can stay an extra hour. They will probably tell you okay. (It might help if you tell them you're running late or not feeling well, etc.) My hub and I are bilingual so we do not have any issue with language, but I will admit that the staff do tend to lean more towards their NATIVE language, le Francais, but honestly - it is not only the Manior that is like this - almost all of St. Sauveur is like this. We always purchase a deal that includes the buffet breakfast in the Hotel's very own Resto "L'Ambiance". Without the "Forfait" the buffet is $25.00 per person, but again it is WORTH IT. The buffet breakfast is totally awesome. We have also been there for dinner and the dinner's are very high quality too, but I don't find quite as worth the money as the breakfast. The dinners are Fine French Cuisine so the portions are super small. During our second visit, there was a problem with the hot water faucet in the Jacuzzi tub. Within 30 minutes a maintenance man was at our door ready to fix it. He fixed it pretty quick and we had no other problems after that. Definitely Return-Worthy! And we will go back! :-) (We miss it a lot when we're not there, hahaha).

Located in an otherwise small and quiet town, Manoir is a huge, fairly modern hotel and tastefully decorated hotel. Right off the back, it's easy to see that this hotel is a go to for the out of town skiers in the winter. From the couches in the lobby that surround the floor to ceiling fireplaces, to the huge patios, Manoir almost had a members only vibe to it. It's also walking distance to the Main Street of town where all the restaurants and shopping are located. The rooms have a lodgy feel and are very comfortable. Some rooms have nice views, and others, not so much. Either way, they continue the homey and "wine by the fire" vibe that hotel gives off overall. To repeat, this is a great hotel for the winter. If you come with a group of friends, it will be even better as there is a really cool bar in the lobby and lots of seating around it. I can't see there being a reason to come to this town outside of ski season, but whatever the reason may be for the visiting Saint Sauvere, this is the place to stay.

We came in here to eat at 12 noon and upon sitting outside, we noticed there was only one server on. It took 10 mins for her to ask what we wanted and we said we needed to see a menu. Another 10 mins and no menus, we went and grabbed them. After another five, we saw her walk out the other direction away from us. We waited. Another 5 mins. Then finally decided if it was this hard to get a water, which we still didnt have, it was best we went inside and sat at the full resto. We went over to the resto, the girl asked if we were there for breakfast. We said doesnt really matter, we are just looking for food. She said ok and looked confused. We sat down and she walked to her manager who said no, no if they want food there is only soup and pizza now. She came back and told us this. So we debated and left. This place has the most confused staff with a terrible ability to meet very simple demands of we would like to look at a menu and be able to order from it. That somehow was not possible in such a massive place. I'd like all of this time back now please.

Had a great night's sleep under a comfy duvet and a view of the snowboard hill.

This is a very nice hotel, complete with a huge outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, and a reasonably sized workout facility with updated equipment. We didn't try the restaurant - it was fully booked on a Saturday night, so we went to Le Rio (which I also highly recommend). The real wood fireplace in the lobby with lots of big leather chairs and sofas is inviting and well used by people lounging about. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Wi-Fi is free - another bonus.

Absolutely rude service and only half the hotel is renovated! Worst stay ever!!!!

We were shocked by rude behavior. When calling to confirm reservation as one always should when booking online, my husband was meet with a very rude response from reception, she refused to take confirmation number or allow my husband to speak with manager. Very bad first impression if this is the way they treat guests not sure we want to stay here. Have NEVER been treated so badly and we travel a lot.

This is my 5th stay here. Great place to take the kids for a couple of days to change things up. Buffet breakfast, kids club, spa, indoor pool, kids manicures and pedicures and ticket to go tubing. Makes for a perfect weekend escape. Staff is great and rooms are clean.

I like this hotel, a lot. I've stayed there many times over the years. The rooms are well-done and reasonably priced. The spa is good, the pools are nice, and the faculties are in general of high quality. The restaurant buffet is perfectly reasonable and well-priced. Among the things that are great are: (1) the underground parking, assuming it's not too busy; (2) the club d'enfants, if you have a kid who would like entertainment, and (3) the outdoor spaces and proximity to the mountain. it's also easily walkable to rue Principale, the shopping centers, and other restaurants and stores. And, you're right off of Autoroute 15! For those reasons, I will keep going back year after year. The one negative thing about this place is the bar area. There was never enough seating, and this year they've redone it, presumably to fix that. The new design is not great, the furniture is uncomfortable, and there's really only seating for large groups, which means there's lots of lost space when parties of 2 take up sectional couches meant to provide seating for 8. But, the worst part is the quality and service at the bar/lounge. It's always been bad, and this did not improve with the renovations. The service is EXCEPTIONALLY slow and rather rude. The quality of the food, moreover, is very bad, which is exacerbated by the sky-high prices in the bar. It's a shame, because I like to spend a lot of time in the bar relaxing, and we had a series of very bad experiences there this past trip. It makes me want to hit the SAQ and market (across the street) and stay in my room drinking and eating my own stuff!

I stayed at the Manoir a few years ago for a business meeting. The rooms were nice, the staff was nice, and there were plenty of places to walk to nearby. Fairly classy looking place and all of the staff I ran into were friendly.

Good Hotel, great service even if it was full.... Breakfast included in our deal. A lot of choices, smoked salmon, a lot of fresh fruits, croissants and all kind of danishes, french toasts etc... I would go back.

The hotel is beautiful, although clearly redecorated in the 90's. At first I thought this hotel (unlike other places in QC) was very tourist friendly. The staff seemed to speak English and was polite. The longer we stayed (a total of 4 days) the worse it got. It seems as though we were very lucky the first day, it seemed as though we ran into everyone that knew what they were doing. Unfortunately it did not last. The hotel has more employees that don't care about tourists than they have those that do. We decided to go to dinner at L'ambiance, their "haute cuisine" restaurant. The prices, for 2, ranged from 100 to $150 for a 4 course meal. The food was superbly prepared and presented. Unfortunately the wait staff was extremely disappointing. We got in line at about 8:28 pm, our reservations were for 8:30. There were a few couples in front of us and the hostess was no where to be seen. About 5 minutes into our reservations (no one in line had been seated yet) the hostess finally arrived. Keep in mind that the restaurant had around 4-5 empty tables. We had our winter coats on, considering we were staying at the Executive Junior Suite in the Avoriaz Center. She looked at us awkwardly, and said something in French. I told her I didn't speak French. She then, in broken English said "jackets at reception". So we went to the hotel's reception desk and asked them where we should put our coats. She then responded in french. I told her I didn't speak french. She then pointed us to coat check. When we get to coat check, the door was closed...so I assumed we should just walk in. As we hung our jackets, the coat check boy (he was actually a 60 year old man, probably in the bathroom) came in and asked when we planned to leave. I said 10 to 10:30 and he took our jackets. We stood back in line to the restaurant which at this point hasn't moved. The hostess approached us and said something in French. I told her I didn't speak french and that we were tourists...which doesn't sound so outrageous. Why would a resort in Mexico not have English-speaking staff? This was a ski resort in Canada and should have English-speaking staff, considering its ONE OF THEIR OFFICIAL LANGUAGES. She asked for our reservation name, and then told me she couldn't find it. She then shrugged and said "are you sure you don't want our more laid back restaurant, tablee?" I said no and that the man I spoke to assured me I had a spot. The closer I got to the reservations book the more the name on the list became clear. I pointed it out to an old man, who was also a waiter. He said "oh, you're in the Avoriaz suite..." and I said yes..and then we got a seat. The menus were only in French. We were then promissed english menus that never came. We ordered our food, the food was great, but the more wait-staff we came across the more no one spoke English. And there were at least 4 other English couples in there. I just didn't get it. They also never brought us the drinks we asked for. Then some child threw up all over the floor. The older waiter (50 years of age) noticed...but didnt do anything about it. I couldn't believe it. There was vomit, 4 feet from me. The father of the child just laughed it off and walked away 2 minutes later. I then pointed it out to our waiter 10 minutes later, when it started to smell. He was startled apologized and quickly got it cleaned up. Our waiter, which we were given after 2 of which couldn't speak English, was in his 20's very cordial and spoke perfect English. We then went back to our rooms. Our shower floor was covered in soap scum, there were spots in the shower tile that had mold. Once of our kitchen cabinets was missing a handle. The electric kettle was from the 80's, and looked like it hasn't been used in ages. One of the glasses we were given was clearly chipped. Considering the maid's clean the dishes by hand in your room, using the sink in the kitchen, I find it hard to believe that she missed the chip during the 4 separate washings. The table in the room is supposed to seat 4, given their room descriptions, however they only seat 2. I left a comment on their facebook page in English with my concerns and it has been left unaddressed. Other comments (in French) were answered within a day...The corkscrew provided in the room is flimsy and more like a pen with a screw at the end of it, after 4 bottles of wine it became pretty tedious. As for the internet connection, it's pretty much non existent. They advertise high-speed internet, free wifi. We weren't given any instruction on how to connect at reception. When I called to find out, no one picked up the phone. I called again, and reception still failed to pick up the phone. They have 2 "Manoir" networks to connect to, both of them are very slow. An employee came to by door and asked to check our minibar,she told me she would look into the wifi issue for me and get back to me. She never did. This could have been a 5 star review if they paid attention to details.

A nice hotel in absolutely beautiful surroundings. The room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The lounge has a 90s chalet vibe that I liked; had a couple of Caesars by the fireplace. The breakfast buffet has loads of options, though it's a bit costly if it's not included in your package. The spa facilities are also pleasant. It's very close to the Mont Saint-Sauveur ski mountain, which has some great slopes, and there's a free shuttle a few times a day, which I recommend you take advantage of as it drops you off right next to the lift ticket booth. There are some restaurants and stores within walking distance (grocery store with good prepared meals, liquor store, pharmacy). I've seen a few negative reviews about the staff on here but, while I can't say it was outstanding, we really didn't have any problems. You should probably keep in mind that this ski resort is in an otherwise pretty small town in Quebec, so not everyone will speak English.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, great restaurants. Very attentive and helpful staff! They gave us great suggestions for in town and gave us a nice tour of the property. The pool and spa are huge and relaxing! They even have cabanas you can rent out, and an inside lap pool for people like me who dont like to run on a treadmill :) also has really nice event spaces, saw a couple company retreats while I was in town. Very nice atmosphere, lodge like. I'll definitely be back!
