This place is massive! So many deals so little time 🤣. I found the prettiest pair of earrings. But with seemingly endless levels to explore, there's something of interest for the whole family. Same thing goes for the lunch options on the top floor, virtually endless selection all freshly prepared and ready to enjoy.

Excellent store. Got quite busy on Christmas eve as one would expect. Lots of people shopping for gifts at the very last minute. The downstairs food section is one to check out. You can get a number of different delicacies from across the world. These are ready to eat and can often be cheaper than eating out. All designer brands are available upstairs. Worth a visit.

Not so great value if you don't go early in the morning, or wait for lunch hour. We reach the food court half an hour after 10 AM and already no egg, barely found something to eat. You cannot have breakfast with fruits and juice. You need to ensure at least eggs in any forms and butter. Will not make the same mistake coming here. Not a value just people staying in line for nothing.

This mall basically has everything you need from food, toys, clothes, stationery, bedding, sports, scooters, electronics, etc. well stock with plenty of options. If you are new to Geneva check this place out. Great food court on top floor and very nice grocery store on the first floor.

Stylish department store in Geneva with a great mix of fashion, beauty, and home brands. Clean layout, helpful staff, and a calm shopping experience. Perfect stop if you want quality without chaos.

Beware Manor Jewellery department. Probably fine for a casual purchase, but I ordered a wedding ring here and it was like a comedy sketch, only, it almost ruined my big day. I selected a ring in the shop, took lots of photos of the beautiful ring, asked for them to do ring fitting for me as I have never had a ring before. After trying on their various ring sizers etc the advisor seemed satisfied with the size selection so we went ahead with the order. After the order was submitted, I compared the order with the photo’s ring details. THEY ORDERED the WRONG RING. So I went back and they corrected the product code in the order to the correct ring. A few weeks later I was called to collect my order. THE SIZE WAS WRONG! And the date of my ceremony was approaching. They said they would order a correct size free of charge with URGENT processing - I later realised they actually ordered a resizing - a subtle but important difference. Finally, the afternoon before my wedding day I was told it’s ready - As I was already busy that day I had to go ON THE MORNING OF MY WEDDING to try on and collect my ring. It finally fitted, and then they wanted to charge me 50 CHF for the extra services. So I had to wait around until the management were called to seemingly grudgingly package up my ring in total silence then mumbled a word of excuse as they gave me my box ‘without additional charge’. I essentially missed morning preps for my own wedding thanks to this chaos - BUYERS BEWARE

Food floor rather impressive with all sorts of foods including fresh stuff to take away. Good bakery section which also sells rolls and sandwiches and so on freshly made which make for a good lunch. Reasonable pricing. Gets quite busy particularly around lunchtime but worth a visit anyway. Obviously other floors too with the usual department store stuff.
