Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing compared to my previous excellent experience at the same hotel.
From day one, I faced several issues:
Constant noise from the neighboring room and no action from the reception despite calling 4 times to request a room change. Even though I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, I was still disturbed.
Unprofessional attitude from the front desk when answering my questions, and no one explained the breakfast hours or any of the hotel’s facilities and services such as the spa.
Poor room conditions (bidet only works with extreme force, heavy door that’s hard to open, unstable trash bin that falls when opened).
Valet parking took more than 10 minutes to bring my car, and despite me requesting it first, they gave cars to others who came after me before mine.
When I received my car, they initially denied having the key and keychain and gave me only the remote. After I insisted, they finally brought the key and keychain, but the key was broken and the keychain damaged, with no apology. On top of that, the car smelled unpleasant due to the valet staff.
I’ve stayed in many hotels in Riyadh, but here the price does not match the quality or service provided. I will not repeat the experience.
