Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel

My stay at Mansard Riyadh was exceptional. From the moment I arrived there was something special about the place. The hotel has a beautiful Parisian charm and a sense of elegance that never feels forced. The suite was stunning and incredibly comfortable. The spa was one of the highlights of my stay and the experience at Sadelle’s was just as memorable. Great food great service and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. A special thank you to Shatha for her kindness and hospitality. She took great care of me and made the entire stay feel effortless. Mansard is one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. I’m already looking forward to round two.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception team was exceptionally polite and professional, a special shoutout to Osama for his outstanding hospitality and personal attention. The spa is simply phenomenal, one of the best I’ve experienced. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!!

We booked the two bedrooms deluxe suit! The experience was extra ordinary and we enjoyed it to the max. Staff were lovely and everything was perfect. I wish if the reception has mentioned that guests can use the Loccitane spa but next time inshallah

I strongly advise anyone considering a stay at Mansard to think a thousand times before booking. My experience was beyond disappointing, and I will definitely never return. From the start, the reception was incredibly cold; they even refused to check my wife in without my presence, which was an unnecessary and frustrating policy. The worst part, however, was the "upgrade." We waited until 9:00 PM for a promised upgrade, only to be moved to a small suite that was a complete disaster. It was much worse than a standard room because the soundproofing was non-existent; the street noise was so loud it felt like we were sleeping on the sidewalk. On top of that, the staff’s attitude was harsh and unprofessional. They started bothering us to check out as early as 11:00 AM and stubbornly refused a late check-out request despite the hotel not being full. This was a nightmare experience with zero regard for guest comfort. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The atmosphere is luxurious, calm, and very relaxing. The outdoor coffee area is especially enjoyable, with comfortable lighting and a peaceful ambiance. The indoor environment is equally elegant and well maintained. The staff are highly professional, and I would like to especially thank Mr. Jay for his excellent service, attentiveness, and friendly approach. The hotel also attracts respectful, professional guests, which adds to the quiet and relaxing environment. Overall, I highly recommend this luxury hotel for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

I stayed at Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel and overall had a nice experience. The hotel has a beautiful European-style design, great location, and a lovely atmosphere. Having Saddles inside the hotel is a big plus and adds to the vibe. However, there were some issues. We requested connected rooms on the same floor, but this wasn’t met. One room had a bad smell, so it was changed, but the new room was on a different floor. There were also maintenance problems—water leaked out of the bathroom, and the toilet (flush) felt unsafe, and I injured my finger using it. Soundproofing was also not good, as we could hear noise from the connected room next door. Overall, a beautiful hotel, but improvements are needed in room arrangements, maintenance, and soundproofing.
