Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. It is not a luxury hotel, but it's a great value and has all of the usual room amenities.

Hotel is dated but extremely clean. Owner is very accommodating. Great value and service.

You can't beat the price of a simple practical hotel service in our local town of Mansfield. The company is in the process of upgrading everything and the manager is incredibly nice. Excellent service here. I needed a place to rest during a nasty cold winter storm warning throughout the entire county so never take it for granted when it's absolutely necessary. Very much appreciated to be here. This small local hotel service has been in business for years way before I was born and it's going strong. I can't wait to see the finished work when the new upgrades are officially completed.

If you’re ever in the Mansfield area, do yourself a favor and stay here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculately clean, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch and a great way to start the day. Overall, my experience at Mansfield INN was fantastic. The Owners were super nice and upgraded us without extra charges to a king room. We had booked a queen room, but they wanted us to have more space for our two dogs and us. We got extra towels too. The Owners asked us several times, when we ran into them, if we need anything or if we are alright with the room and if everything is working. They are currently working on upgrading the rooms and the property. The rooms were cozy warm and clean. AC was working too. We could park for free right in front of the room. Room was secured with extra locks. We would definitely stay again there. Property is in walking distance to downtown with shops and restaurants, gas station and little park around the corner too. We were happy with what we got for the money we paid and felt very welcome. Neighborhood seems save and was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Our other arrangements were canceled and we needed a place to stay. Sadly this Inn is terrible! It’s extremely dirty! I booked a max 6 person room. We did not exceed this number. 4 adults & two very little children. The man said he should charge more because of how many yet the room number said 6. He verbally insulted our daughter & thought because my sister & hubby came into our room a few minutes they were moving in! He harassed us came to our door started taking pictures because “he thought” the very worse. He also actually came & looked into our room window! The microwave didn’t work. The frig freezer thawed on its own ruining our frozen food. I even bought our own toilet paper because I did not want to ask him for it!!!!! The floors are absolutely filthy. Just skip Mansfield Inn unless you want to be in a dirty, dirty place, insulted & harassed.

Worse Inn to stay in other than the management. New owner is horrible. They don't understand how to treat their guests. When I wanted ice-which was in office-most times I went down, office was locked. Yes they'd just purchased the place, I get that, though if you want guests to remember a good experience...Also the room was atrocious: broken faucet, a.c. unit was shotty, wooden blind was broken(on the room door) Not funny. To top it off-was ban from going there because a lil stain on shower curtain/tub. They've a bit more to worry about than that-repairs/upgrading.
