If you need a spot where supper feels like a small celebration, Mansion Tea Stall is doing pretty well for itself. We tried the Roti Special, the Roti Banjir and of course the faithful Teh Tarik. The Roti Special turned up as a full on comfort bomb, banjir style with two and a half boiled eggs lounging on top. It is the kind of plate that makes you quietly whisper thank you under your breath. The regular Roti Banjir holds its own too, soft and soaked just right, perfect for anyone who believes gravy is a love language. The Teh Tarik came out frothy and smooth, the classic Malaysian mood stabiliser. One sip and you sort of forget whatever nonsense your day was planning to throw at you. All in all, Mansion Tea Stall is solid, affordable, and hits that familiar mamak sweet spot. Definitely worth dropping by when your stomach wants comfort and your heart wants something simple.

Awesome local mamak/kopitiam that serves authentic Malaysian food. We were attended to by a friendly server who spoke very good english. Prices are very cheap and servings are plentiful. They are open 24 hours.

The roti canai is cheap and delicious. It is filled with dhal and paired with runny eggs and sambal. I would recommend if you live in KL Masjid India. Also got me goreng and nasi lemak (very nice and spicy also).

AVOID!! (Indian with Indian palate here) I don't know how anyone can screw up a flaky Paratha, yellow daal and fried eggs... But these guys managed. Their Roti Canai 'special' was a putrid mess. We had a nice Indian (or Pakistani) waiter was helpful with translating/explaining what some of the dishes were. Only saving grace was a Maggi noodle dish served with chicken. And it's Cash only. Anyways. AVOID.

Went on weekend morning, 8.30am. Speciality is roti canai. Saw many ordered roti banjir and telor goyang. They take cash only. Parking is easy for motor. Service was fast. There's a mountain of roti canai ready to be served.

Top-quality Indian roti. I loved every bite. Honestly, it is one of the best places in Kuala Lumpur. The food is very affordable, and the atmosphere is lively and energetic. I even met a local who ended up paying, which added to the experience. The place is always active and filled with locals. If you want to taste something truly authentic, this is the place to go.

I’ve been here twice the taste and quality stays the same for years. Love the roti canai and egg combo. It’s affordable and very filling. One cons from my second visit is that now it seems people can smoke while eating here, it was not the case 2 years ago.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: SUPER Casual Ordered the Roti Double Special, Teh Tarik Cold. The food is worth the recognition and hype. I've ordered Teh Tarik everywhere I've gone and this place has done it the best imo. I ordered 3. Food was quick and service was English-friendly. Will recommend this place to all my friends and easily will come back.

Fantastic roti made by people who pretty much only serve roti in various forms. Roti this good takes practice and based on flavor the cooks here have made thousands upon thousands of roti. I loved this place. Highest recommendations

Talk about eating with the locals! This spot is tucked away in the alleyways of a Muslim community by the Klang river. The Teh Tarik here is excellent, this hot milk tea drink has quickly become my favorite while in KL. I had the Roti Banjir, which is Roti Canai soaked in sambal, dahl and fish curry with two poached eggs, which set me back, roughly, $1.25 U.S.

Ohhhh. This place is awesome. Their special is amazing. It's roti canai chopped up and topped with curry and soft boiled eggs.
