Mansions on Pulteney

Very good apartment, comfortable, clean and good kitchen. Some street noise as is a heritage building - did not bother me. Very handy location and staff very helpful, especially when I lost my mobile phone. They were able to locate it through excellent investigation.

I stayed for a week in early June for a conference and was really happy I chose this hotel. It’s a really great location, the rooms are comfortable and although reception isn’t open on the weekend the service was so accomodating. It’s in the middle of the city and the street noise did bother me the first night, but I quickly got more used to it and to be fair the location outweighed any of that discomfort. The university is just across the road and the art gallery, botanic gardens and dining on Rundle St East of the Mall are all an easy walk. The hotel is a charming heritage building and I really enjoyed walking in the doors each evening. Thanks to the team who made it such a pleasant stay.

If you are looking for an accommodation experience that isn't a 5 star multinational owned tower, but offers a historic location with thoughtful & comfortable appointments, then perhaps this place is for you. I've stayed at The Intercontinental, The Hilton & The Stamford numerous times, & what they offer is a generic notion of luxury. My suite had more than I needed for my 3 night stay ie a full kitchen etc, especially since the hotel's proximity to Rundle St restaurants & bars made cooking an option that I didn't take up. I was afforded my privacy, which I value greatly. I'll be booking in again next visit without a doubt.

This apartment provided us a private haven to escape the chaos of a family visit. Location was great, facilities good, kitchen well supplied, and comfortable bed. The refurbishment seemed recent, room was spacious and comfortable. Reception team were kind and friendly. Just what we needed after a drive over three days, to arrive. Parking is in a secure site across the road from the apartments, so just be prepared when you check in to utilise the loading zone, nearby.

Incredible stay with massive rooms and great location I booked mansions on Pulteney quite last minute and was fairly surprised. The rooms are extremely spacious with high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen and they have been renovated recently so the decor and equipment is very modern. It definitely felt like a treat staying here. The staff was very friendly too and were willing to provide information on things to do around Adelaide. The location is amazing, just a stone’s throw away from Rundle mall and plenty of shops, cafes and parks. While Christmas time was a bit quieter, it helped being in the middle of the city as there were always people around I would definitely recommend you stay here and will be staying here if I am ever in Adelaide again

Review of Mansions on Pulteney|Reviewed 28 September 2023|Location couldn’t be better – right at the top end of Rundle Mall, next to shopping, cafes, restaurants, bars, bottle shops and everything else a traveler could want. It’s a short stroll to the East End Market Development, too many cafes and bars to count and one block from the free tram that takes people all over the Adelaide CBD and as far as the Adelaide Entertainment Centre for free!||Our apartment was huge, with a big comfortable bedroom and a large living area, a bathroom and a full size kitchen, all with gorgeous Art Deco styled furniture.||Pulteney Mansions does not have a 24/7 concierge service but access to our entry keys was easy and safe. Many thanks to Kevin, the Manager who made our stay so pleasant. By the way, if you wish to book there and you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, go directly to their website, call them and specify that you need an apartment on the same level as the lifts.||Date of stay: September 2023|Room tip: There is a large Supermarket 1 block away if you wish to do your own cooking, but with all the nearby restaurants and cafes, who would?|

Kevin at the front desk was always there to help for anything we needed, the accommodation was spacious for our needs, yes the bed was great. Position, Position, Position, as we were without private transport.||We were happy to return after our outings as a home away from home.||To note there is no parking facilities at the Mansions, at a fee parking is available close by.|We were surprised still to have an older style box reverse air conditioner in the unit, was still doing the job but for today a little noisy and not so energy efficient.

What an amazing apartment, beautifully finished, light and airy. Very well resourced with tasteful decor and furnishings. Such helpful and friendly reception staff too. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely come back again.
