MANTA Sail Training Centre

My friend and I rented Fevas two different days during our trip. We let Manta know, in advance we were coming, and both days the boats were rigged and ready to go. Julia is so lovely and knowledgeable. Phung is also very kind and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating. The boats, sails and lines are in great shape; I was actually surprised given what I have experienced renting dinghy’s during my travels. Sailing through all the fishing boats in the harbor, out to the fish farms in the bay and waving to the fisherman working on their boats was surreal and brought the town to life in a way seeing it from shore never could have. I highly recommend Manta and the staff. They are true sailors. Meeting them and sailing their boats was a highlight of our trip!

We don't sail nor surf nor kite. Still, this place is exactly what we were looking for. it's quiet, directly at the beach and the never ending sound of the waves will put you to sleep gently whenever you feel like. no tourist rush there and still you have plenty of places for excellent food and coffee within walking distance. even more if you rent a scooter of course. it's not a luxury resort (no pool, no steamy hot water) but there is cold beers and soda accessible 24/7, working ac, comfy chair in front of your room with that stunning sea view, so what else could you ask for? and then there's that host. topnotch host or over the top host, ultra host, super-duper host whatever you like ;) no seriously, Julia is the most helpful and supportive person of the house we've ever had. whatever we needed, she made it happen, whatever we wanted to know, she had the answer. all other staff very friendly too. we had a really good time.

It was a great place to stay peacefully in Mui Me. It has a great view and private-like beach. Compared to anywhere in Vietnam, Wifi signal was very strong. We could use sun beds and paddle boats with life jackets for free. Also, the host was super kind and helped us for sand dune tour with decent price. Good experience !!! :-)

We had a lot of fun playing with the foiling laser! The staff is very friendly, they are experienced sailors and made us some amazing coffee and thee!

Highly recommended. Went from zero experience to solo sailing in 4.5 hours! Brand new, beautiful dinghies, lovely bay, great team

Highly recommend. I took a Laser out for a sail for an hour. Good quality boats and gear. Friendly staff and Julia is so welcoming and chatty. Going to come back and try the Foiling Laser later in the year. Would highly recommend learning to sail here. Good conditions and good equipment. Wide range of boats and water sport equipment. Well set up for all ages and abilities.

I absolutely loved this place. They rent RS Feva sailing boats in very good condition. The sea in front of the school had many wind changed and floating fish farms, which makes it perfect for good fun sailing around. The chilled atmosphere of the school is the icing on the cake. I spent quality time chatting with Julia, the owner, and her staff. Jump on a boat, get your training, if needed, then chill with them sipping a coffe and cuddling their cute dogs :) couldn't have had a better experience. Happy.

This is a great place for dinghy sailors, kite boarders and windsurfers. Generally perfect wind conditions for at least one of these activities. Good safety systems in place. Hanging out here is also great, with a very relaxed atmosphere. This is not higher-end luxury (although that option exists right next door, even if you want to sail at Manta ), but is great for those who really want to sail, or chill.
