Mantra 100 Exhibition Melbourne

It was suitable for it's purpose (overnight stay with an early morning leave) and the bed was clean and comfortable. However the room was much smaller than was advertised and the bathroom needed upgrading. The main reason for my score not reaching "8" was the fact that I had to clean the kitchen before leaving - which takes time unnecessarily, and almost defeats the purpose of renting a motel room. Overall, the stay was great, offside assistance was excellent and they provided complimentary water and chocolates - bonus!

We arrived to be greeted with a welcoming smile, check in was swift and hotels facilities explained. The room was on the upper level thanks to our unexpected upgrade. The room was well appointed with a top city view. It was warm and well set out. The bed was large with a lot of pillows to choose from. Excellent shower and bathroom facilities. We enjoyed our stay.

I arrived early morning and left my luggage at the reception , to be checked in later. After attending work I went out for dinner with my colleagues. I arrived at the hotel around 9 pm and there was no one at the reception, and the doors were closed. I called at the phone number mentioned there , and the person on the other side told me that I would have to self serve my check-in. Whilst I did that and went up to access my room , I wasn’t able to open it. Had to go downstairs again to realise that the room number given to me was incorrect. Finally managed to access my room but my luggage was missing. Finally found a person at the reception who tried to find keys to the luggage room for about 30-40 mins. I arrive at the hotel around 9pm , but kept struggling to get access to my room and luggage till 10:30pm. There were no refreshments or drinking water in the room. Vanity in the bathroom didn’t have hand wash , instead there was hair shampoo to be found on the vanity. Shower area had 2 bottles of body & hand wash , but they were locked in a basket in way that there was no way to swap them.

I booked isnspite of all rhe bad reviews abt cleanliness. I had no issues with smell nor cleanliness apart from horrible kettle and stained iron box. Room was clean and comfortable. This hotel is Definitley not 4 star. Seen better ibis styles. The biggest problem is the quality of people. All the partying youths . Idiots were having a full blast at 3:30am and I had to call the hotel. Being unattended at night you get poor quality of people. Look at the video recorded at 3:30am.

I stayed at Mantra 100 Exhibition over the weekend and found the location excellent, close to everything I needed. The property itself could benefit from a refresh, as the room, while well appointed, felt slightly dated. The breakfast option was confusing; I had a Continental Breakfast but wasn’t given any control over the order, and the process wasn’t explained, which left me disappointed. I wouldn’t choose that option again. On a positive note, the receptionist was the highlight of my stay, polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Her professionalism made the experience much more enjoyable.

This was pretty ordinary. Reception is not manned after 8pm (they don't tell you) and if you have not checked in before then you'll be ringing Queensland and regaling everyone in the street with your credit card details. Rooms are clean but don't expect a welcome note or the shampoo bottles to work. Don't bother paying for breakfast as there is no restaurant on sites. A real disappointment for an Accor member.

Terrible experience. Washer/dryer broken so moved to another room where the air conditioner didn't work. Told two days later that the air conditioner was not able to be repaired so it was suggested that we move to a third room. Reminded staff that this was supposed to be a holiday!!!!! Towels not changed despite requests to do so. Mould in bathroom. Bath/shower combination not great if you have mobility issues. WILL NEVER USE A MANTRA HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it is excellent. The room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and high level of cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
