THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS HOTEL.
I am a Platinum member and this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Despite requesting room cleaning, it was never done, and when I followed up I was told, “we have no housekeeping in the house.” Is this really the standard of a MANTRA hotel?
To make things worse, I requested a late check-out. Instead of checking the system, the staff simply said, “come back tomorrow morning and ask again.” When I did, the same person told me they couldn’t allow it because there weren’t enough staff, and the latest they could give was 11 a.m. Honestly, if everyone checks out at the same time, how can housekeeping possibly clean all the rooms at once? It made no sense. If they had just told me the night before, “sorry, we’re fully booked, late check-out isn’t possible,” I wouldn’t have had to waste my time asking again in the morning.
Breakfast was equally disappointing. Staff stood around ignoring guests, offering no service at all. We ordered fried eggs that were completely forgotten. On top of that, the parking was horrible — poorly managed and stressful for guests.
This level of service is unacceptable. If you value proper service and basic hospitality, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
