Very nice accommodation. Bed and room were clean and neat. Shower pressure was a bit lower than I'd like, but the water was hot and plentiful. Staff very friendly and enjoy breakfast downstairs each day. Would look to stay here again.

Staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. Very clean room, comfortable bed and good space. The bathroom was great except for the silly narrow strip of glass for the shower which ensured the floor got wet, so then the bath mat got wet before stepping on to it. So you can’t just have a relaxed shower!

We stayed here on NYE as a couple. Perfect location for anyone to stay as it's close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Salamanca Market and 2 minute walk to the city and all forms of transport. Would highly recommend for any visitors to Hobart.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to get to using the skybus from the airport, easy walk into town or down to the waterfront area. |The room was clean and pretty comfortable, staff were really friendly and helpful. |It is an older hotel, so it did seem a bit tired in places.

This hotel is not your exclusive top end hotel but it does serve the purpose for those just looking for a good hotel in a good location.||The beds are comfortable and the pillows soft and the rooms are quiet on the higher levels.||The water pressure was a little low in the shower but nothing major. You get the standard coffee, milk etc in the rooms.||The staff are friendly and efficient and the location is close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants and a 10 min walk to Salamanca. ||I would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Dan at reception was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home straight away.
