Stayed here 4 nights for a business trip with a work colleague. Upgraded from a two to three bedroom apartment upon check-in which was appreciated.
Apartments are a large size but very comfortable. Location is excellent.
However, I was kept up most of the night being bitten by mosquitoes. I would have had about 30 bites on my by the time the sun came up - rather inconvenient and slightly distressing. Checking other reviews in the past tells me I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue Informed reception who said they would look into the problem during the day. To be fair, they were much less of a problem afterwards but still a couple of bites received. I also have to give credit to Stephanie on the front desk for her sympathy, care and how she handled the situation. It was appreciated.
Shower water pressure was ok, but not great, and air con worked well in the living areas but not great in the bedrooms.
It's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town from here, but it will be a lot better when the roadworks out the front are finished - not the hotel's fault, but still slightly inconvenient. Finally, being charged huge amounts for Internet unless you sign up to their guest program is really a thing of the past and shouldn't be an issue in 2017!
The staff were lovely, the room was nice enough, however because of the issues I mentioned I don't think I would stay again.
