The Good: I checked in late on Sunday, 3rd August, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The two-bedroom, one-bath unit was spacious, and the kitchenette, washer, and dryer made my stay convenient and comfortable. The location was great, right in the heart of the city.
The Bad: Unfortunately, the property is quite outdated and not very clean. Upon check-in, the air conditioners in both bedrooms weren’t working. On Monday night, I was asked to reset the remote control, but the issue wasn’t resolved. I reported the problem to the front desk on Tuesday morning, 5th August, but no one came to fix it all day. I eventually gave up trying to reach the front desk and relied on the living room air conditioner to cool the entire apartment. By Thursday night, that air conditioner also stopped working. The night desk manager came to check, but couldn’t resolve the issue, and I was disappointed to learn that there was no engineer on duty, so I had to wait until the morning. I had to open the balcony door for ventilation, but the unpleasant outside odor started to seep in. The front desk staff promised that a supervisor would speak to me in the morning, but no one showed up. I checked out on Friday morning, 8th August, feeling very disappointed. Accor, you can definitely do better than this! Room 302.
