I stayed here on a work trip in June 2025. Decent budget accommodation, but there are a few things to be aware of before you book.|1. In all apartments, the showers are over a deep bath, approx 50cm. You need to step in between two fixed panes of glass and steady yourself - there are no rails and no non-slip in the bath. The taps are at the far end. It is treacherous. I am able bodied and it felt unsafe to me. It would be impossible for anyone with mobility issues.|2. There are major construction works occurring immediately adjacent to the hotel. One night they stopped at 10pm but on the other they went though the night.|3. Two out of 4 lifts are broken and according to staff require a part that is not available. Not disastrous, but you can wait several minutes for a lift.|4. The common areas on the floors smell. I don't what of, but it just smells. My colleagues and I were all on different floors and reported the same.|It's a bit dated and looks like it's been furnished from Facebook Marketplace (including the worn out mattress - thinks student accomm) but it was clean.

Checking was easy and the large balcony with a view was great. The bed was comfy and we had all the in room amenities we needed for our stay. The things that keep this hotel from being a 10 are the need for some renovations and a bit more cleaning. The shower head in the bathroom was very green and in need of a clean, the leathwd couch was the first thing wr saw when we arrive and it was very scratched off and peeling which made the whole lounge look less impressive. There were badly covered holes in the walls and paint chipping off the bottoms of the doors as well as the island was badly scuffed and scratched as if with sand paper. On another positive not though, there was heaps of construction directly outside, but the insulation in the hotel is amazing because we didn't hear a thing when we closed the door and we had an amazing sleep. We also really appreciated the chocolates and sparkling water left in the room. I do recommend that in the locations that do not have welcome drinks, members should receive a voucher or credit for the nearest accor restaurant to receive a complementary beverage. And we appreciate the late checkout as well. The ladies at the reception were lovely and very helpful as well.

The apartment was OK. The location was fine The building was very obviously a residential place, and busy with residential people doing residential things, it is their home so that's fair. The place is clearly next foor to a restaurant, and reception seemed to have the exhaust of the restaurant's kitched plumbed into it, as it had a strong fish sauce smell most times of the day. Level 22 has less so, but around dinner time I could on all 3 days tell you what was for dinner somewhere! The bathroom used a step in shower. I am able bodied, but in 2207, the step is substantial. There is no way on earth my wife could step into that safely. This is not great. The internet was abyssmal. This is not good enough in 2025. I had to hot spot off my phone so it was not a show stopper, but is bad form.

Shower over bath setup a disgrace so unsafe to step up so high to get in.Would not of thought it passes OH&S . Told by staff we could go down 19 floors and use the walk in gym shower. Never told that our bedroom would be just metres away from construction of high rise tower with works happening 24 hours a day. What a joke. TV out of the 90's not even a smart TV in 2025 come on!!! Website stated DVD player but not provided. Couldn't even be assigned a correct car space as this was occupied when we went to park. Silver Accor members who were entitled to free drinks on arrival and given a bottle of sparkling water!!!!Total refund should be given as stay was appalling!!!!!

An apartment building with shared residential accommodation. The place i was in was ok, but the bathroom would truly challenge a person with mobility issues. The building site next door went till well after 1am.

It’s dirty. The bed is shit. I had a room change due really bad condition in 2602. Need to review your cleaner as there is stuff floating in my kettle even I had a room changed, it’s disgusting. Will report the hotel to my company. Shouldn’t send anyone to the hotel anymore.

We stayed over the weekend and found the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchen, space for 3 guests. Not flashy, but simple and clean. Will stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

Located on Mary St, a few minutes walk from Queen Street Mall and right in the middle of the Brisbane CBD and down the road from the new Star Casino. The road in front of the hotel is currently, at the time of the review, partially blocked off due to Cross River Rail. The lobby is pretty good as it shares the lobby with some apartments as per the norm in Brisbane. However when you arrive into the floor lobby, it feels like a hotel from the 80s in that it hasn’t been renovated. Thankfully the rooms have. The room was fairly large and had the minimum requirements. Some concerns were there were some scuff marks in the microwave cabinet and the air conditioning was quite noisy and didn’t do too much to alleviate the humidity in the night which is a requirement while in Brisbane.

Yelp
This is probably my favourite Motel in the City. Great customer service, super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and tidy and the beds were really comfy, not the mention the view from the main bedroom was amazing. They even gave us later checkout which was awesome, there's nothing better than a sleep in!! Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the city, whether it's for business or leisure.
