Perfect location, close to everything worth seeing in the CBD and for everything else there’s a CAT station right outside. Dated but nice sized rooms, well equipped for a self catered stay. Reception were friendly but terribly slow. I think it took 15 minutes to check us in. We had a false fire alarm on the first night which highlighted the lack of preparation the staff had. No direction, no communication, fire poster gave no directions in rooms as to where we should congregate. The air con was very loud, fortunately it’s winter so made do with it off. No light switches next to the bed so you have to turn it all off at the door No water given, a flip top glass bottle you can fill from the tap and leave in the fridge would be easy enough to add.

Very happy with this hotel. The location is perfect. very spacious and the rooms are nice. staff were accommodating. Knocked off one point because the only air-con is a noisy radiator that is located in the living space area, rather than in the bedroom to keep the room cool while i sleep. Despite that I would stay here again! :)

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right in the heart of Perth. It offers easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and dining options, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication. The lobby is beautifully designed, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. The staff members were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. One of the standout features of Mantra on Murray Street Hotel is the outstanding customer service. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. From the moment I checked in to the time of my departure, they were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a fitness center and a restaurant. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The on-site restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with a diverse menu and delicious food. Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. I felt reassured by the rigorous cleaning protocols and safety measures implemented by the staff, which added an extra layer of comfort during my stay. In conclusion, my stay at Mantra on Murray Street Hotel was truly memorable. The prime location, elegant atmosphere, exceptional service, and top-notch facilities all contributed to an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Perth.

Rooms are dated and poorly arranged. Nor are they cleaned daily (without request). Meanwhile, the bed in the King suite was two singles pushed together. It was terribly uncomfortable and the only alternative was downgrading and having a room facing the street (which is particularly noisy). Laundry was unclean and included discarded drug paraphernalia from other patrons. Dining seating was uncomfortable and buffet breakfast was only worthwhile if you got there at 7am (otherwise the food was left to go dry). Service was good enough from the front desk, for Perth standards anyway. Room cleaners were lovely and super helpful. Ultimately, it's not a 4-star hotel, however, and to market it as such is, in my opinion, false advertising. It's 3.5 stars at best, especially when Accor has a genuine 4-star barely 50m up the road (Novotel Murray St). A few more issues to be honest but I think that paints a sufficient picture.

Good location in the CBD and tidy rooms. It's not the most modern, but it's alright. The only thing I fault is not having bottled water in the fridge, Covid is so yesterday, and having to call downstairs to request is silly.

Location was good, very central. Room was adequate and well made up. No view, except the next building. Clean and tidy but air con a bit noisy. Staff were not very attentive or offering much in the way of service. Had to continually ask about simple stuff that should have just been explained on checkin. Not once did I get a greeting when entering or leaving. Never did they make any eye contact. Have worked hotel reception before myself and golden rule was always eyes up. These folk never looked up. I watched as obvious homeless folk just wandered in past the receptionists who don’t watch, and straight up the lift. A couple of times i had someone trying my door handle late at night to see if it was open. Clearly someone who should not have been on guest floors. Security minimal. Not once did anyone enquire on how my stay was, even at check out. Or, did I like my room, etc. just the usual courtesies you expect from hotel staff. They seemed more interested in just getting their job done on their computer screens. Breakfast was average, the same every day, but no atmosphere in the place. A little music in the lobby or restaurant would go a long way. Instead just awkward silence as you sat there. Also lots of homeless folk milling around inside and out front of hotel, most of the day and night. Leaving hotel you have to go through smokers (ignoring the no smoking signs but no one cares) and most days I was hit up for money. Not the most welcoming scene for a hotel. I was alone on this trip but I definately would not bring my family here. Just had that run down feeling.

Good location & spacious room with kitchen & microwave. Perfect for family & long stayer Downside: water tap a little lose, it's hard to adjust to really close the tap without leaks. The room needs review individually for better guest experience.

It is in a good location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable. Due the elevated entry and the quality of the outside lift I could only be recommended to people that could climb the stairs and carry there bags to the elevated Reception. If they could the lift it would be a great place to stay
